Cost optimization estimation of medical institutions in grading diagnosis and treatment based on system dynamics model

The grading diagnosis and treatment system in China is to improve the first-time diagnosis rate of patients in primary health care institutions, thereby increasing the proportion of people in primary health care institutions, thus achieving the goal of reducing costs. This study constructs a system dynamics model of the number of primary and upper-level visits—the cost of medical institutions, and simulates the effect of the increase in the proportion of of patients attending the primary level on the cost of medical institutions. The study found that with the increase in the number of visits, the cost of primary medical institutions will increase, but the total cost of the entire medical system will be reduced significantly. Moreover, the higher the proportion of the number of people attending the primary level, the lower the total cost. If the proportion of primary care in 2017 increases by 15%, and this trend is maintained until 2021, the total cost saved by medical institutions in 2021 will be as high as 903.32 billion yuan

What Motivates People to Donate in Medical Charitable Crowdfunding Projects? A Trust Theory Perspective

In recent years, the micro-public welfare model based on social network has been widely used in medical crowdfunding, providing a novel solution for patients facing financial difficulties. Using social networks to eliminate time and space constraints on offline donations, more potential donors can be found. Based on the trust theory, this paper collected the medical crowdfunding projects data of public welfare on Weibo from 2012 to 2018, combined with the number of followers, regions and identity information of the project promoters on Weibo social media, and explored the influencing factors of the amount of public crowdfunding projects by using multi-source data. In the fundraising process of medical crowdfunding projects, the subject of trust construction is the donors, and the object of trust includes not only the relevant information of the patient, but also the promoter and the information characteristics of the project. This paper aims to build a theoretical model of trust from promoters, patients, project information characteristics, so as to explore the factors influencing the fundraising ability of medical projects under the micro-public welfare model. The results show that promoters, patients and project information characteristics can affect the trust of donors, and thus affect the amount of money raised by medical crowdfunding projects. On the basis of the above empirical research, this paper also puts forward some suggestions for the healthy development of micro-public welfare based on the problems found

The Research on Competitive Abilities for Sustainable Development of Small and Medium-sized Textile Enterprises in Shandong Province

Under the condition of market competition, the success and the failure of the enterprise management is normally regarded as the result of “superior winning while inferior out”. Yet for the community of theorists and entrepreneurs, what are the reasons leading to the enterprise bankruptcy or successful are important research topics. Among the small and medium-sized enterprises in China, most are loose and innovating slowly in their business management. The lower competitive ability has become the serious barrier for their sustainable development. Comprehensive analysis are made on the positive factors and adverse factors affecting sustainable development of small and medium-sized textile enterprises of Shandong Province according to on-the-spot investigations. How to gain and maintain the continued survival and development ability of the enterprises, and how to enhance competitive ability and realize the sustainable development are analyzed. And three kinds of development strategies are put forward

Highly sensitive inverted polymer ultraviolet (UV) photodectectors were fabricated by doping a phosphorescent material of bis[2-(4-tertbutylphenyl)benzothiazolato-N,C2′] iridium(acetylacetonate) [(t-bt)2Ir(acac)] into poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) polymeric matrix. Under the UV-260 nm illumination with an intensity of 0.7 mW/cm2, the device achieved a photocurrent of 11.37 mA/cm2 at −3 V, corresponding to a photoresponse of 15.97 A/W, which is 381% higher than the undoped device. Detailed analysis of photoluminescence, charge carrier transportation and film morphologies of PVK polymer active layers were carried out, and the enhanced UV absorption, formation of the triplet excitons and better charge carrier transport are ascribed to the improved photodectector performance

Resonance Scanning System and Method for Testing Equipment for Electromagnetic Resonances

A resonance scanning system and method for testing equipment for electromagnetic resonances uses a resonance detection subsystem with at least one probe to identify at least one of a resonating location, a resonating frequency and a quality factor of a resonance of the equipment and an automatic scanning subsystem to displace the probe to different testing locations of the equipment so that the resonance detection subsystem can determine if any of the different testing locations of the equipment exhibits electromagnetic resonances

Effect of styrene–butadiene rubber latex on the properties of modified porous cement-stabilised aggregate

As road base materials, porous cement-stabilised aggregates (PCSA) can reduce the erosion damage caused by the water inside pavement structure. However, due to the reduced deformation resistance and anti-cracking ability associated with the high porosity, the application of PCSA has been held back. A laboratory experiment was conducted in this study to improve the cracking properties of PCSA through the incorporation of the styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR) latex. The effects of the SBR latex usage on permeability, compressive strength, flexural strength and anti-freezing ability (AFA) of PCSA were investigated. In addition, the modification mechanisms of the SBR latex on the PCSA properties were analysed. Test results indicated that the air voids and permeability coefficient decreased with the increase in the SBR latex dosages. The flexural strength and AFA were improved when the SBR latex dosages are between 10% and 15%. 7 d compressive strength has a slight decrease, while the 28 d compressive strength is increased. The significant increase in flexural strength and AFA can be attributed to the interpenetrating matrices formation, stretching effect as well as flexibility enhancement after adding the SBR latex
