A sertéságazat hazai és nemzetközi értékelése = Evaluation of the national and international pig sector
The rapid increase in the world population involves the increase of the basic food production as well. The food consumption is definitely dominated by the animal products, of which the poultry and pork consumption have got the prevailing role. Proportionally with the increase in population several millions of tons of meat consumption are calculated in the near future. In the article the role and the economic importance of the sector fulfilled in the food industry is being analyzed using the main index numbers of the international and national pork production, consumption and trade. During the evaluation, the analysis of the situation in Hungary is more emphasized, which is shown mostly in the radical decline of production, precipitous fall in livestock, and sale difficulties. Taking into account the change in the production environment, the role of the sector in the national economy and its achievements will be evaluated

A nők munkaerő-piaci helyzetének elemzése Magyarországon
The need for equality of women could develop in the wake of the ideas of the 17th century, although it has already been raised. By the beginning of the 20th century, more and more feminist movements started to raise public awareness of the presence of women, but the number of female workers increased in the last third of the century, with more women entering the labor market (Kőműves, Lengyel, Benedek 2017). In the world of work, the specific needs of women appeared. Unfortunately, a part of society still believes that the primary task of women is to raise children and run the household. This is a challenge for all women, as it is difficult to reconcile work with work at home. The decline in women's willingness to have a child is also reflected in this. The difference between women and men continues to be felt, which is still present in many areas

A sertéshústermelést és -fogyasztást befolyásoló tényezők
The decrease in the number of pigs grew to a drastic proportion during the past few decades. before the change of the regime there were approximately 10 million pigs counted, but today this number is slightly beyond 3 million. The decline in livestock has a negative effect on the competitive position of both this sector and that of other branches of industry as well weakening significantly the economic importance of the sector. The underlying causes of the process leading to the decline are diverse. to reveal the solution a versatile analysis of the economic situation is essential, which should be started in the first place by the examination of the factors defining the competitiveness of the pig sector. The aim of this work is to reveal and characterize the national capacities, the physical and biological, as well as the social, economic (market) and human factors pointing to the most important differences at the same time. This study analyzes the efficiency of the chosen farms according to the size of plant, standard of production, technology and capacity of maintenance. summarizing the farmers’ opinions and the data obtained, it can be stated that farmers in the current situation are satisfied with the buying price as one of the most essential factors of production. however, they emphasized the role of prices as a factor of uncertainty. As a result of changing the out-of-date technology considerable improvement could be observed in the natural indexes. Unfortunately, significant changes should be accomplished in the feasibility of support and financing investment. The strict environmental regulations of animal keeping make the operation of farms – mainly of those that do not possess arable land – more difficult. reforms would provide relief for the operating farms. The market price regulation of the alternative fodder and the existent substitute products could appear as a significant cost efficiency factor during production. Workers with unsuitable education – and often being incompetent –, trade unions operating as false organizations as well as the lack of cooperation with the food processing industry affect the sector sensitively. The decrease in the number of pigs grew to a drastic proportion during the past few decades. before the change of the regime there were approximately 10 million pigs counted, but today this number is slightly beyond 3 million. Application of a Simulation Model in an Agricultural Vocational School Through Examples from the Livestock Sector
In today’s education system, it is possible to prepare a skilled workforce within the framework of public education, higher education and vocational training outside the school system. One of them young people need to be prepared for activities that require adaptability and perseverance. In contrast, there has been a level of development in agriculture that neither teacher training nor vocational training can keep up with, as a result of which it is not possible to teach in the same wayas before. Significant renewal is needed in secondary agricultural education. One of the areas of this is the renewal of technical and IT training, the improvement of the standard of practical education following technological innovations. Numerous researches show that educators need to breakaway from the “outdated” methods used so far, more emphasis should be placed on motivation and practice, as these graduates will ultimately be business leaders who will coordinate the work of their professionals (Berke and Kőmüves, 2016; Kőmüves, Berke and Póra, 2016). It is therefore important and necessary to apply and put into practice the ever-expanding innovative teaching methods. As an innovative pedagogical method, I examined the possibilities of applying the simulation model I created, as this model can point to interdisciplinary relationships that enable students to study an economic process in a broader, more complex light by broadening their knowledge and reflectiveness
