No pude ir y mi intención con estas líneas no es hacer una crónica, sino dejar constancia de que se sigue trabajando en este asunto e informar del estado de la cuestión en lo esencial, con el objetivo explícito ya de conseguir colaboración entre los bibliotecarios del CSIC.N

Научный миф как основа современного научно-популярного текста

Статья посвящена описанию научного мифа и особенностей его языкового представления в научно-популярных текстах. Основное внимание уделяется значению научного знания в жизни современного человека, особенностям формирования и бытования этого научного знания в общественном сознании. Основной проблемой при восприятии научного знания обычным человеком названа проблема сложности, специализированности научного языка. Научно-популярный подстиль рассматривается как основной способ популяризации научного знания и создания научного мифа. Особенностью современного научного знания является процесс его мифологизации, который осуществляется в языке. Научный миф рассматривается как форма популяризации научного знания, особый способ бытования общественного сознания в научной сфере. Описываются причины мифологизации научного знания, содержание экологического мифа, способы языкового представления мифа. Способы мифологизации научного знания в научно-популярных текстах описаны как основные риторические приемы. Научно-популярный подстиль собственно научного стиля описан как основная сфера, в которой осуществляется процесс мифологизации научного знания

Posibles consecuencias del cambio climático global en bosques de Lago Puelo

p.79-87Se caracteriza topoclimáticamente los habitats del bosque mixto de coihue (Nothofagus dom beyi) y ciprés (Austrocedrus chilensis), del mixto con especies valdivianas y del de lenga (Nothofagus pumilio) en el Parque Nacional y Reserva Estricta Lago Puelo. Se analiza la posible consecuencia del cambio climático en la distribución y composición de dichos bosques. De mantenerse las tendencias que en la actualidad se observan para la temperatura y la precipitación, el clima en el año 2030 sería más húmedo, más frío en el invierno y más caluroso en el verano. La vegetación debería sufrir cambios para alcanzar un nuevo equilibrio, el cual tentativamente favorecería a la lenga y a especies higrófilas como Pilgerodendron uviferum, Fitzroya cupressoides, Lama apiculata y Myrceugenia exsucca

Targeted gene expression profiling in European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax, L.) follicles from primary growth to late vitellogenesis

7 páginas, 6 figuras, 1 tabla como material suplementario.A real-time PCR-based gene expression survey was performed on isolated European sea bass follicles from primary growth to late vitellogenesis. Expression levels of 18 transcripts with demonstrated relevance during oogenesis, encoding gonadotropin, thyrotropin, estrogen, androgen, and vitellogenin receptors, steroidogenesis-related as well as growth and transcription factors were measured. Primary oocytes showed high mRNA levels of insulin-like growth factors 1 and 2, bone morphogenetic protein 4, estrogen receptor 2b, androgen receptor b, and SRY-box containing gene 17 together with low transcript amounts of gonadotropin receptors. Follicles at the lipid vesicles stage (i.e., the beginning of the secondary growth phase) showed elevated mRNA amounts of follicle stimulating hormone receptor (fshr) and anti-Mullerian hormone. Early-to-mid vitellogenic follicles showed high mRNA levels of fshr and cytochrome P450, family 19, subfamily A, polypeptide 1a while mid-to-late vitellogenic follicles expressed increasing transcript amounts of luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor, steroidogenic acute regulatory protein, and estrogen receptors 1 and 2a. Quo vadis injekcijsko prešanje – stanje znanosti i tehnike

Caught between the conflicts of economic constraints due to the continuing globalisation and technological standards of maximal product quality, the plastics industry in high-wage countries has to face more challenges than ever. To encounter these challenges of producing in an economical way in the future, further developments of already existing processes as well as new developments are required. Using the example of current developments in the key field of the injection moulding processes at the Institute of Plastics Processing (IKV) at RWTH Aachen University such as lightweight construction, integration of functions, production of polymer optics and surface functionalisation new perspectives of an economic and industrial production in the future Europe shall be pointed out. This paper is based on research made in IKV over the last ten years, so here are given only the references out of IKV.Uhvaćena između konflikata ekonomskih ograničenja zbog stalne globalizacije i tehnoloških standarda maksimalne kvalitete proizvoda, industrija plastike u zemljama s visokim plaćama mora se suočiti s više izazova nego ikada dosad. Kako bi mogla odgovoriti na te izazove proizvodnje na ekonomičan način u budućnosti, potreban je daljnji razvoj već postojećih postupaka, kao i novi razvoj. Koristeći se primjerom trenutačnog razvoja na ključnom polju postupaka injekcijskog prešanja u Institutu za preradu plastike (IKV) na RWTH Sveučilištu u Aachenu kao što su lagane konstrukcije, integracija funkcija, proizvodnja polimerne optike i funkcionalizacija površine, naglasak će biti stavljen na nove perspektive ekonomske i industrijske proizvodnje u budućoj Europi. Danske journaliststuderende: Ret repræsentative reportere

Our research based knowledge on Danish journalists is rather limited. As a step toward filling this gap this article studies Danish journalism students. The main question is who these students are, to what extent there are differences between the students from different universities, and to what extent the students can be seen as being different from the general population. Students at Roskilde University with respect to some questions appear to be a distinct group of their own. Nevertheless, the over all conclusion is that journalism students are rather re-presentative for young people with a similar socio-economic background. These conclusions are based on the largest survey analysis of Danish journalism students to date
