Estrategia de fortalecimiento de los procesos de inclusión de la discapacidad auditiva ,a partir del trabajo con docentes de la I.E.D. Instituto Técnico De Oriente RIENTE

La investigación está regida bajo una metodología cualitativa y va dirigida a suscitar en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Departamental Instituto Técnico de Oriente, a que inicien un proceso de inclusión apto en referencia a la atención de las necesidades de los estudiantes con discapacidad auditiva, por otro lado, el método de investigación es de Investigación-Acción (IA), siendo dividida en cuatro fases que son: revisión documental, indagación, diseño de la propuesta y finalmente la socialización de avances y resultados. Cabe resaltar, que se trabajó con la población docente de la I.E.D. El propósito de la investigación es que los docentes de la Institución Educativa Departamental Instituto Técnico de Oriente, fortalezcan los procesos de inclusión en los niños, niñas y adolescentes con discapacidad auditiva de los diferentes grados, con la intención de eliminar las barreras que generan exclusión y así fomentar y brindar una mejor calidad educativa, sin necesidad de que se presente algún tipo de discriminación o vulneración a los derechos dentro del colegio. Ante esto, el proyecto busca implementar en las aulas de la Institución Educativa Departamental Instituto Técnico de Oriente, y en las zonas comunes del colegio, estrategias pedagógicas y de atención a las necesidades del alumno con discapacidad, para fortalecer su libre desarrollo y desenvolvimiento en el contexto educativo y social, promoviendo la ampliación de espacios incluyentes dentro la institución de educación preescolar, primaria, secundaria, media y media técnica.The purpose of the research is that the teachers of the Departmental Educational Institution Instituto Técnico de Oriente, strengthen the inclusion processes in children and adolescents with hearing disabilities of the different grades, with the intention of eliminating the barriers that generate exclusion and thus promoting and providing a better quality of education, without the need for any type of discrimination or violation of rights within the school. The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors.
