    Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif dengan Aplikasi Autorun Pro Enterprise II pada Mata Kuliah Komputer Multimedia di Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan

    This type of research is research development (Research and Development / R & D). This research uses Borg and Gall development model with a modified step that is (1) Doing Planning, (2) Developing the initial product, (3) Conducting product validation, (4) Conducting a limited trial and (5) Result of the final product. The product validity test is done by three validators, two media validators, and one material validator. The product test was conducted to 21 students of the FTP UNP Department of KTP who took the Multimedia Computer Courses semester July-December 2017. The instruments used were a questionnaire, assessment format, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative to know the quality of interactive multimedia developed. The results of the analysis show that interactive multimedia for multimedia learning, in the material aspect is in the "Good" category, for the media aspect is in the "Very Good" category. Furthermore, the results of product practicality test that has been done is in the category of "Very Good". These results show that interactive multimedia is practically used as a source of learning and alternative media in multimedia learning

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan validitas multimedia interaktif berbasis android materi haji dan umroh pada mata pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti di kelas IX SMP. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) (R&D) mengunakan model pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg & Gall. Validitas media ini ditinjau dari aspek tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan dan aspek tes. Validitas media ini di validasi oleh 2 dosen Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Padang dengan instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi ahli media yang kemudian menghasilkan data skor validasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis android pada materi haji dan umroh untuk mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti kelas IX SMP valid untuk digunakan dengan presentase rata-rata validasi sebesar 4, 68 dengan kriteria sangat valid sehaingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran

    Prosedur penelitian ini mengacu pada pengembangan model prosedural Borg & Gall yang disederhanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Mulai dari Identifikasi Kebutuhan, Tujuan Formulasi, Pengembangan Konten, Validasi, dan kemudian melakukan produk Revisi sesuai saran dan komentar ahli materi dan pakar media, tahap terakhir uji coba produk dilakukan terhadap 20 siswa. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Multimedia Interaktif berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Untuk aspek material termasuk dalam kategori unggulan (4.64). Untuk aspek presentasi media termasuk dalam kategori unggulan (4.58). Selanjutnya, hasil uji keterbatasan praktis penggunaan media berada pada kategori sangat baik (4.4).     Teratogenic effect of the anticancer herb Chinesse has been conducted on female white mice macroscopically. Herb was given orally with variety of doses 22,46 and 224,64 mg/20g of body weight at day 6th to 14th of gestation and laparactomy was done at day 18th of gestation. The result showed that the anticancer herb did not influence the number of mice fetuses at each treatments, but influenced the body weight of dam significantly in dosage 224,64 mg/20 g of body weight and body weight of mice fetuses significantly in both dosages. Furthermore, it was found four anomalies of fetuses in dosage 22,46 mg/20 g of body weight and one of them abnormality at feet and fingers. Where us in dosage 224,64 mg/20 g of body weight was found two anomaly of fetuses

    UJI EFEK ANALGETIK, TOKSISITAS AKUT DAN TERTUNDA EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN BERINGIN (Ficus benjamina L.) PADA MENCIT PUTIH JANTAN (Mus musculus)

    Salah satu tumbuhan yang telah digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai obat tradisional yaitu daun beringin guna mengatasi rasa nyeri dan dari penelusuran pustaka belum ada dilakukan pengujian secara ilmiah begitu juga dengan penelitian tentang toksisitasnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui efek analgetik ekstrak etanol daun beringin yang diberikan secara oral pada hewan coba mencit putih jantan yang diberi asam asetat 1% v/v sebanyak 0,1 ml sebagai penginduksi nyeri. Penelitian dilakukan menurut metode writhing test, menggunakan pembanding asetosal dengan dosis 65 mg/kgBB. Bahan uji diberikan secara oral dalam bentuk suspensi dalam Na CMC 1%, diberikan tiga puluh menit sebelum pemberian asam asetat. Pengamatan jumlah geliat dilakukan setelah penyuntikan asam asetat. Jumlah geliat dihitung dengan selang waktu 10 menit selama 90 menit kemudian dihitung persen proteksinya. Penelitian toksisitas akut (LD50) dihitung sebagai dosis yang memberikan kematian hewan sebanyak 50% dari jumlah hewan percobaan selama 24 jam setelah penyuntikan dan toksisitas tertunda dilakukan pada dosis 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000, dan 16000 mg/kgBB terhadap parameter volume air minum, volume urin, perubahan berat badan, konsumsi makanan, berat feses, rasio organ ginjal dan jantung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol pada dosis 100, 200, dan 400 mg/kgBB memberikan efek analgetik p < 0,05 terhadap kontrol negatif (analisis varian dua arah dan analisis Tukey). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian toksisitas akut, ekstrak etanol daun beringin digolongkan praktis tidak toksik. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya gejala toksisitas akut, ekstrak etanol daun beringin digolongkan praktis tidak toksik. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya gejala toksisitas tertunda terhadap parameter perubahan berat badan, konsumsi makanan, berat feses, organ ginjal dan jantung signifikan pada dosis 16000 mg/kgBB.   Kata kunci : Analgetik, Ficus benjamina, writhing test

    Antiinflammatory activity of ethyl acetate extracts of the leaves of plant Akar Kaik-kaik Uncaria cordata (Lour.) Merr on white male rats. This research examined the quality of crude drugs and extracts ethyl acetate. It is intended to obtain raw materials which can ultimately ensure uniform pharmacologic effect.&nbsp; Antiinflammatory activity of the ethyl acetate extract were tested using the method of paw edema against white male rats. The research were 15 rats mile which divided into 5 groups. Negative control (Na CMC 1%), positive control (Na diklofenak dose 4,5 mg/kgBB) and extract group ethyl acetat with the dose 100, 200 and 400 mg/kgBB given orally. The volume measurement after subcutaneous injection caragen 1% performed with one hour interval for 5 hours assessing with pletysmometer and calculated the inhibition persen. The result of this study showed that the quality of crude drugs and extract ethyl acetate meet the specified requirements Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia. Ethyl acetate extract has significant anti-inflammatory effects to the negative control at doses of 200 and 400 mg/kgBB while against the positive control did not differ significantly white male rats

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Director pada mata kuliah Komputer Multimedia di Jurusan KTP FIP UNP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan metode Research &amp; Development dengan model pengembangan prosedural. Subjek penelitian adalah 4 orang responden, yang terdiri dari dua orang validator ahli media dan dua orang validator ahli materi yakni 2 orang dosen UNP. Sedangkan subjek ujicoba yaitu mahasiswa jurusan KTP FIP UNP yang berjumlah 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan multimedia interaktif dengan aplikasi macromedia director pada mata kuliah Komputer Multimedia sudah layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran

Starting from the Needs Identification, Formulation Objectives, Content Development, Validation, and then do the Revision products according to suggestions and comments matter experts and media experts, the last stage of product trials conducted to 20 students. School library service development using Visual Basic 2010 needs to be done to be more effective.
