    Early childhood development is classified in rapid development, including physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and moral development. Moral is the derivation of the Latin word plural of "Mores", which can be translated manners or customs. Parents and teachers are always thinking of exactly how to apply discipline to children from their toddlers to childhood and to their teens. The purpose of discipline is to direct children to learn about good things that are a preparation for adulthood, as they rely heavily on self-discipline. Hopefully, someday their self-discipline will make them happy, successful and loving. The pleasure of seeing the child\u27s success and the disappointment of seeing their bad attitude is the most effective tool in applying discipline to children

    Abtract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning model and critical thinking skill towards the learning outcomes of natural science. This research conducted in SDN Menteng 02, Central of Jakarta on fifth grade in academic year 2015 / 2016, by using simple random sampling technique was done to 60 students. The data is collected by test and analyzed by using analysis variant ( ANAVA) two way design with treatment by level 2x2. Based on the results and discussion, it concluded that (1) the learning outcomes of students taught by using inquiry training model are higher than students taught by using group investigation model, (2) there is interaction effect between the application of learning model and critical thinking skill towards learning outcomes of natural science, (3) the learning outcomes of students taught by using inquiry training model are higher than students taught by using group investigation model on group of the students who have high critical thinking skill, and (4) the learning outcomes of students taught by using inquiry training model are lower than students taught by using group investigation model on group of the students who have low critical thinking skill. The result of this research indicates that inquiry training model with critical thinking skill able to improve learning outcomes of natural science

    Menurut pasal 832 KUH Perdata yang berhak menjadi ahli waris ialah keluarga sedarah, baik yang sah menurut Undang – undang maupun diluar perkawinan, dan suami istri yang hidup terlama. Undang – undang telah menentukan bahwa untuk melanjutkan kedudukan hukum seseorang yang meninggal, sedapat mungkin disesuaikan dengan kehendak dari orang yang meninggal itu. Undang – undang berprinsip bahwa seseorang bebas untuk menentukan kehendaknya tentang harta kekayaan setelah ia meninggal dunia, akan tetapi apabila ternyata seseorang tidak menentukan sendiri ketika ia hidup tentang apa yang akan terjadi terhadap harta kekayaannya maka dalam hal demikian undang – undang kembali akan menentukan perihal pengaturan harta yang ditinggalkan seseorang tersebut

    Penelitian ini dalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classrom Action Research. Dimana objek yang diteliti hanya berpusat pada proses pembelajaran, adapun subjek penelitin ini adalah 1 guru fiqih dan 33 peserta didik kelas VIII A MTs Nurul Islam. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dalam dua siklus untuk empat kali pertemuan, dalam msing-masing siklus dilakukan tes, evaluasi guna mengamati tingkat pemahaman peserta didik dan haisl belajar yang dicapai.Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta tes.Hasil penelitian menujukan pada pertemuan pertama siklus I didapatkan peserta didik masih lambat dan cenderung bertanya kepada guru ketika menemui kesulitan dalam membuat Mind Mapping. Interaksi antara anggota sesama kelompoknya terjalin sangat kompak di buktikan dengan pembelajaran Pra tindakan siklus perta mencapai peningkatan hasil belajar 61% hanya 6 orang dari 33 peserat didik yang sudah mencapai KKM. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan pada kegiatan pembelajaran sebelumnya. Pengelolaan waktu diskusi kelompok dan persentasi cukup efektif, kerjasama yang terjalin antara anggota kelompok sudah tampak lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar yang diperoleh pada siklus 2 mencapai 88%. Berdasarkan hasil pertemuan pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “ Strategi pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pembelajaran Fiqih kelas VIII A MTs Nurul Islam Air Bakoman Kabupaten Tanggamus”. Hal ini terbukti dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh peserta didik pada siklus 1 yaitu sebanyak 61% sedangkan pada siklus 2 jumlah peserta didik yang tuntas makin meningkat yaitu mencapai 88%

    Uncomplete assessing of materials abstract in learning of chemistry will lead to students on experiencing misconceptions as a result of the wrong internalization. This study aimed to analyze the positive effect and significance of the direct instruction learning based on animation to wards students' conceptions of chemical bonding in the Grade X at SMAN 1 Dondo Tolitoli. This study applied a quasi-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. Samples were 29 students determined by purposive sampling. The independent variable in this studywas the direct instruction learning, while the dependent variable was the students' conceptions. The data acquisition instrument was in the form of a diagnostic test consisted of 20 multiple-choice questions and reasons using Certainty of Response Index (CRI). Data was analyzed using t-test two sample pairs. Hypothesis test results obtained –taccount (-16.37) <-ttable (-2.05) at significance level of 5%. This study concluded that there is a significant effect positively of direct instruction learning based onanimation to improvestudents' conceptions in the Grade X at SMAN 1 Dondo Tolitoli, with the effect size d = 2.8 or with a relatively large level of effectiveness

    This research was done on April 9 to 22, 2012 at Pramuka Island Coastal Waters. The method used in this study is descriptive survey. The sampling method of sea cucumbers is kuadran transect method, which was conducted at the north, east and south stations of Pramuka Island. The results obtained in the study of Sea cucumbers that are found in coastal waters of Pramuka Island are composed of six species of Synapta maculata, Euapta godefroyii, Holothuria leucospilota, Holothuria Hilla, Holothuria edulis and Stichopus hermanni. The highest density of sea cucumbers at the station I is 0.0413 ind/600m2 and while the lowest density at station III is 0.0073 ind/600m2. The distribution of sea cucumbers at three stations in coastal waters of the Pramuka Island has morisita dispersion index value of 0.960, 0.929, and -0.0012. Those three values are Iδ &lt;1, so it can be said that sea cucumbers in Pramuka Island are evenly spread/uniform
