    Hambatan yang Dihadapi Guru Ekonomi SMA dalam Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Kota Pekanbaru

    Tujuan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengidentifikasi kendala yangdihadapi guru Ekonomi SMA dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013 dan (2)mengidentifikasi kebutuhan guru Ekonomi SMA untuk mengatasi kendala yangdihadapi dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013.Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah guru Ekonomi SMA Negeri di Pekanbaru, baik yang sudah melaksanakanKurikulum 2013 sejak tahun 2013 dan yang melaksanakan Kurikulum 2013 sejaktahun 2014. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 14 responden yaitu mewakili setiapSMA Negeri di Pekanbaru, dimana setiap SMA diambil sampel satu guruEkonomi.Rancangan penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yangdiperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer.Data dikumpulkan dengan teknikwawancara dan observasi. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik deskriptifkuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Seluruh responden memilikikomitmen untuk menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 dengan sungguh-sungguh, (2) seluruhresponden pernah mengikuti pelatihan kurikulum 2013, (3) sebagian respondenmasih merasakan kesulitan dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013, (4) kesulitanterbesar yang dihadapai responden adalah penerapan penilaian otentik yang harusdilakukan, (5) penyiapan media pembelajaran dalam rangka menghadirkan faktadalam penerapan pendekatan saintifik masih dikeluhkan oleh sebagian besarresponde

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang diperlukan/dibutuhkan alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Riau yangbersumber dari tuntutan pekerjaan pada SMK di Pekanbaru dan mengindentifikasikonten atau materi khusus yang perlu dipadukan (diintegrasikan) atau ditambahkandalam kurikulum pada Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UniversitasRiau.Rancangan penelitian ini pada dasarnya merupakan penelitian deskriptif daneksploratif.Dengan demikian setiap variabel penelitian dideskripsikan berdasarkandata yang dieksplor dari responden untuk mengidentifikasi unsur / komponenkurikulum.Bidang ilmu alumni Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Riau mencakupbidang ekonomi, koperasi dan akuntansi.Hasi penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 30responden dalam penelitian ini secara keseluruhan memiliki latar belakang keilmuanyang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan yang diampunya.     Coorperation will basically targeted activities to achieve goals. Where each activity is run coorperations in need of funds used to carry out activities of the coorperation is called working capital. Analysis of working capital related to the source and its use will help the parties concerned to find out how to manage working capital efficiently and effectively to improve the return of the coorperation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficiently of working capital and return on equity. The method used is descriptive, with a comparative analysis of the financial statements and conclusion. Results obtained by the analysis of financial statements that koperasi karyawan kebun/PKS/plasma Sei Pagar (KOPKAR SPA) working capital and return on equity changes every year. Management coorperations should do the planning in managing working capital and other coorperation funds, this is because the position of assets for the years 2010 to 2014 is not stable, if this is the case it is feared return on equity declined

    The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture to increase learning motivation IPS students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan. The number of students in this study as many as 20 people. Research conducted in the second half of the 2015/2016 school year in February 2016. Variable measured in this study are the activities of teachers and students with the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture and student motivation. The data collection is done by using observation sheet. These results indicate that the activity of teachers in the application of cooperative learning model Picture and picture in the first cycle of activity Percentage of teachers reached 64.26%. While in the second cycle increased with the percentage of 89.29% both categories all.The activity of the student in the first cycle the percentage of 51.43% on the classification of sufficient whereas in the second cycle student activity increased with increasing percentage of 91.43% with a good classification. The level of student motivation in the first cycle of scores obtained 51.25% is the percentage of students with a good classification. After the second cycle increased with the percentage of 77.72% with a good classification. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture can increase motivation to learn social science students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan district.     The research is based on the fact that the classical completeness (75%) social subjects in grade VIII D low. So the impact on learning outcomes that of 29 students who take daily tests are completed reached KKM 80 is only about 34.8%. This means that there are approximately 65.2% of students who fail to reach the KKM. Of course this makes no classical completeness achievement in the classroom. This research is classroom action research (PTK) collaboration between teachers and students with a number of students as subjects of research that as many as 29 people in the class VIII.D the school year 2015/2016. The study took place at the beginning of the semester from January to June. The conclusion is that student achievement VIII.D grade SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako has increased from the initial test (pre-test) to test the end of the first cycle (post-test) and then to the final test (post-test) the second cycle is the percentage of classical completeness of 27.58% or by calculating the number of students who completed 8 be 37.93% or by calculating the 11 students who completed the first cycle and more significantly in the second cycle is 86.2% or as many as 25 students who pass. Activities teachers use cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) in grade VIII D SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako the academic year 2015/2016 has increased. It is based on the calculation result after the holding of the observation is of 62.5% or a total score of 60 at the first meeting in the first cycle to 68.75% or a total score of 22 in the second meeting in the first cycle then to 75% or a total score of 24 at the first meeting in the second cycle and more significantly in the second meeting of the second cycle is 87.5% or a total score of 28

    The background of this research problem was the low students learning achievement in social subject. This study was aim to improve learning outcomes IPS Mechanical Engineering students of class X SMK 1 Tanah Putih Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir with the implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and one-time delivery of content meeting the daily tests. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument pengumupulan activity observation sheet data that teachers and students as well as achievement test. Based on the results, it was concluded that; 1) The application of the model type STAD cooperative learning can enhance the learning process. At the first meeting of the first cycle of teacher activity obtained percentage is 58.33% with enough categories, increased in the second meeting of the first cycle to 66.67% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 87.50% with very good categories and increased in the second meeting of the second cycle with 95.83% peresentase very good category. While the activity of the first meeting I cycle students obtained percentage is 58.33% with enough categories, increased in the second meeting of the first cycle to 66.67% in both categories. At the first meeting of the second cycle increased again from previous meetings to 83.33% with very good categories and increased in the second meeting of the second cycle into 95.83% categorized very well and 2) Application of STAD type of cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes IPS X class 1 Mechanical Engineering SMK Tanah Putih Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Of the basic score to UH I with an average of 60.75 into 70.00 an increase of 15.22%; from basic score to UH II with an average of 60.75 into 82.50 is also an increase of 35.8 %

    This study aims to fine out how the interest of reading and its influence on the countinuity of learning and learning outcomes on studen of Economic Education Courses FKIP University of Riau. The subject of this research is the student of Economic Education Courses FKIP University of Riau, amounted 72 people, the samples are taken by using the proportional sampling. The data are primary data and secondary data with data collection by using questionnaires and documentation. The technique of analysis data I used is Path Analysis processed through SPSS 16.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that interest in reading and continuity of learning have a significant effect on achievement of learning outcomes. Meaning that the higher interest in reading the countinuity of learning will be higher also and indirectly the learning outcomes will increase. Thus to improvestudent learning outcomes, required a high interest in reading and countinuity of learning is also high

    Education is a deliberate, organized undertaking and plans to realize effective learning process so that learners can develop their potential. In facing the flow of globalization and various issues on environmental issues, advances in technology and information, the government needs to update the Curriculum 2006 into Curriculum 2013. Completion of mindset Curriculum 2013 with the strengthening of learning patterns that centered on learners such as learning styles and motivation to learn. With the improvement of the mindset is expected that the teacher is able to create an effective learning process so that learners can be motivated in learning activities and obtain a satisfactory learning outcomes in accordance with ability. The purpose of this research is to know the direct influence (1) between visual learning style, auditorial learning style, and kinesthetic learning style to learning motivation (2) between the three learning styles and learning motivation toward learning result and (3) indirect influence between the three styles learn on learning result through learning motivation. The method used is path analysis. Based on the research result, it can be seen that from the three learning styles that more dominantly influence directly to the learning motivation is auditorial learning style equal to 67,40%, the second visual learning style equal to 53,29%, and last kinesthetic learning style equal to 26,52%. While the more dominant influence directly to the learning result are auditorial learning style of 32.15%, the second kinesthetic learning style of 28,52%, and the last visual learning style of 28.20%. Motivation to learn directly affect the results of learning amounted to 43.56%. There is an indirect influence between the three learning styles on learning outcomes through learning motivation

    The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 3 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 63.93 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to 28 people only 12 students who achieve classical KKM with 42.86%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII2 at SMP N 3 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N 3 Tanah Putih. The research was conducted on January 25, 2016 ‘to February 15, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SMP N 3 Tanah Putih, totaling 28 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this skription is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This skription presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 63.93. In the first cycle improve an average of 81.79 and an improve in the second with an average 90.00.
