    Have been conducted by a obstetrical research of vitamin C at juicy tuber by spectrophotometry UV – Vis. The research aim to determine and compare the content of vitamin C from juicy tuber. Firstly fruit of juicy tuberare cleared by their seed then it weighed after that it enhanced by oxilate acid 0.4% and than it blended and filtered. Filtrat obtained to qualitative analyze by using the react specific and standarization of vitamin C using the spectrophotometry UV – Visible at wave legth 516 nm obtained rate of mean vitamin C that is juicy tuber yaitu 91.97 mg/100g

For the purpose of know the hope of the old admit their children to MDA Haqqul Yakin RW 01 Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Formulation problems in this research was how high the hope of the old admit their children to MDA Haqqul Yakin RW 01 Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar?. Technique the sample collection using a technique simple random sampling (the sample collection at random simple). Technique the data in this research was to technique chief, which consisted of 34 items statement.Data is collected of the respondents who consist of 20 people for a sample of testing and 104 people to the sample.After chief in testing, there are 8 items that invalid, and researchers dispose of all a statement that is not, so that the whole instrument expressed reliabel as alpha cronbach = 0,29. The results of the study be seen that the hope of the old admit their children MDA Haqqul Yakin RW 01 Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar are low.Seen of the scale interprestasi mean an average of 4,16.Based on the criteria and scale of interprestasi that has been set, so can be concluded that the hope of the old admit their children to MDA Haqqul Yakin RW 01 Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar were very low

    Growth Response of Calopogonium Caeruleum and Centrosema Pubescens Ground Cover Crops Toward Inoculation of Bradyrhizobium, Aeromonas Punctata, and Acaulospora Tuberculata

    Planting of leguminous cover crops is a standard practise in preparing land for oil palm and rubber plantations. The synergism capability of Bradyrhizobium, Aeromonas punctata (phosphate solubilizing bacteria) and Acaulospora tuberculata (AM fungi) to increase growth of leguminous cover crops (Calopogonium caeruleum and Centrosema pubescens) was studied in a glass house experiment using polybag (10 x 10 cm) containing acid soil with low level nutrition of Ciomas, Bogor. Research results showed that Bradyrhizobium, A. punctata and A. tuberculata inoculation on C. caeruleum signifycantly enhanced plant height, and number of leaves. However, the treatment did not increase biomass and N, P, and K uptake of plant. Number of nodule were increase when the plant was inoculated with A. tuberculata alone or in combination with Bradyrhizobium and A. punctata. Centrosema pubescens gave good response when inoculated with A. tuberculata. However, dual inoculation of the two bacteria Bradyrhizobium and A. punctata with A. tuberculata signifycantly enhance plant height, plant biomass, N, P, and K plant uptake

    The purpose of this study was to investigate variables behave attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, awareness, knowledge of sanctions and services tax on taxpayer compliance behavior on Land and Building Tax in Klaten district.Respondents used in the study was an individual taxpayer in the district Klaten. Furthermore, sampling method to collect data was from 100 respondents to apply the method of purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze research data.The test results in the study show that attitudes behave, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, consciousness, service tax affect taxpayer behavior to obey to taxation. While knowledge of tax penalties do not affect taxpayer behavior to obey to taxation. This is because only provides insight and knowledge of the general picture that is not quite create a positive perception of taxpayers to comply with tax regulations. Furthermore, the perception created by the taxpayer is not influenced by knowledge of the tax penalties are owned by the taxpayer

    Sistem imun adalah sistem yang sangat penting bagi tubuh untuk menghindari dan melawan berbagai penyakit (Abbas et al, 2007). Keseimbangan sistem imun dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dalam tubuh dan faktor eksternal yang perlu dipertahankan untuk menjaga tubuh agar tetap sehat (Ma\u27at, 2010). Sistem imun ini berkaitan erat dengan adanya antibodi. Antibodi merupakan protein immunoglobulin yang disekresi oleh sel B yang terfiksasi oleh antigen. Tanaman ceplukan (Physalis minima Linn.) termasuk famili Solanaceae merupakan tanaman yang tidak banyak diketahui orang bahwa dapat menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan ekstrak etanol daun ceplukan (Physalis minima Linn.) untuk meningkatkan aktivitas IgM.Daun ceplukan kering dimaserasi dengan etanol. Ekstrak etanolik cair yang diperoleh dikentalkan dengan rotavavor dan kemudian disuspensikan dengan Na-CMC sebagai pembawa. Ekstrak diberikan secara oral kekelompok mencit uji dengan menggunakan kontrol negatif Na-CMC dan selanjutnya diimunisasi dengan suspensi sel darah merah domba secara intraperitonial dan setelah lima hari selanjutnya darah mencit diambil secara intrakardial. Darah mencit selanjutnya digumpalkan, serumnya lalu diencerkan dengan PBS dan diuji lagi dengan sel darah merah domba, dan setelah diinkubasi selanjutnya diamati pengenceran tertinggi darah yang dapat mengaglutinasi sel darah domba.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanolik daun Ceplukan (Physalis minima Linn.) konsentrasi 4%, 8% dan 12% b/v dapat meningkatkan aktivitas Ig.M dengan titer imunoglobulin rata-rata masing-masing sebesar 1/32, 1/128 dan 1/64 sedangkan kelompok perlakuan kontrol, rata-rata titer imunoglobulinnya hanya 1/8

    Karakterisasi dan Seleksi Beberapa Isolat Azotobacter SP. untuk Meningkatkan Perkecambahan Benih dan Pertumbuhan Tanaman

    Nitrogen (N) merupakan unsur makro yang diperlukan oleh tanaman. Bakteri Azotobacter sp. diketahui dapat memfiksasi N secara nonsimbiotik dan menghasilkan hormon tumbuh seperti IAA dan polisakarida ekstraseluler. Kemampuan penambatan N dan produksi IAA dipengaruhi oleh galur bakteri dan asal isolat. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkarakterisasi 44 isolat Azotobacter sp. yang diisolasi dari beberapa habitat lahan kering, yaitu perkebunan kelapa sawit di Sekayu (Sumsel), perkebunan kopi dan jambu mete di Nusa Tenggara Timur, areal tanaman jagung di Banjar (Kalsel), dan kebun karet di Bogor (Jabar). Isolasi bakteri Azotobacter sp. dilakukan menggunakan medium Ashby. Isolat yang diperoleh diuji kemampuannya menghasilkan IAA dan pengaruhnya terhadap perkecambahan benih serta pertumbuhan kacang penutup tanah (Pueraria phaseoloides). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa isolat 116 (2) menghasilkan IAA tertinggi, yaitu 2,815 μM pada hari ke-3 dan 4,02 μM pada hari ke-6. Isolat tersebut berasal dari Sikka, Flores, NTT. Isolat D1/8B (asal perkebunan kelapa sawit di Sumsel) dan S5 (asal areal tanaman jagung di Kalimantan) dapat meningkatkan 2-3 kali jumlah benih P. phaseoloides yang berkecambah pada hari ke-3. Isolat D1/2, 107, dan 113 dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman sorgum (total biomasa basah dan kering) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pupuk NPK 100%. Isolat D1/2 asal Sumsel meningkatkan perkecambahan benih dan pertumbuhan sorgum relatif tinggi, sedang isolat 113 asal Sikka, Flores, NTT, mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman sorgum

    Potensi Ekstrak Etanol Biji Alpukat (Persea Americana Mill.) sebagai Tabir Surya

    Telah dilakukan penelitian potensi ekstrak etanol biji alpukat sebagai tabir surya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan nilai Sun Protection Factor (SPF) ekstrak etanol biji alpukat (Persea americana Mill.). Simplisia biji diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan larutan penyari etanol 96%, kemudian dibuat larutan sampel dengan seri konsentrasi 200, 400, 600, 800 dan 1000 ppm. Selanjutnya larutan sampel diukur absorbansinya panjang gelombang 290-320 nm dengan interval 5 nm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak etanol biji alpukat 1000 ppm memiliki nilai SPF tertinggi yaitu 8,02, yang terkategori proteksi maksimal
