Complex Clause of Bahasa Indonesia From the Point of View of Systemic Functional Linguistic

This paper discusses the meaning of the complex clause by a series of processes that are combined in a logical of the two clauses. Complex clause can be combined through one of two logical-semantic relationships that is expansion or projection. Systemic Functional Linguistics approach is used to describe the five texts taken at random. The five texts are: (1) Gembala dan malaikat, (2) Pendahuluan, (3) Melakukan Studi Gender dalam Bahasa, (4) Korporasi, Kerja dan Kultur, dan (5) Gara-gara Dilarang Bertemu (1) Shepherd and angels, (2) Introduction, (3) Doing Gender in Language Studies, (4) Corporations, Employment and Culture, and (5) Due to Divorce, No Meet Pets. The analysis of the five texts is not opposed but complementary to one another. By using a qualitative descriptive method, it was found two types of logical-semantic relations: (1) Expansion, and (2) projection. Pemerintah Daerah Mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 3 tahun 2012 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Tera/Tera Ulang, yang mengatur pelaksanaan kegiatan kemetrologian di Kabupaten Kotabaru sekaligus untuk menggali secara maksimal sumber pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) pada bidang pelayanan tera/tera ulang.Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang implementasi Tera/Tera Ulang di Kabupaten Kotabaru. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini maka tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif yakni untuk memberikan gambaran secara jelas mengenai masalah-masalah yang diteliti, menginterpretasikan serta menjelaskan data secara sistematis Implementasi Retribusi Tera Ulang di Kabupaten Kotabaru dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yaitu melakukan wawancara kepada responden yang berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai hal yang berhubungan dengan penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Implementasi tidak bisa berjalan karena terkendala faktor sumber daya, sarana dan prasarananya yang belum ada. Penerapan Algoritma Genetika untuk Optimasi Penempatan Buku Perpustakaan STIKOM Binaniaga

Perpustakaan ialah sebuah ruangan, bagian sebuah gedung, ataupun gedung itu sendiri yang digunakan untuk menyimpan buku dan terbitan lainnya yang biasanya disimpan menurut tata susunan tertentu untuk digunakan pembaca, bukan untuk dijual. Penempatan Buku di dalam rak perpustakaan harus bisa seoptimal mungkin untuk mempermudah dalam hal mencari buku. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pola yang tepat untuk menentukan urutan posisi buku yang sesuai subjek buku dengan menggunakan metode algoritma genetika. Dengan memasukkan inputan berupa data buku kode rak buku dan jumlah buku yang ada, proses optimasi akan menemukan pola penempatan buku berdasarkan fitness, yaitu semakin tepat dalam penempatan buku. Untuk mendapatkan output pada algoritma genetika, diperlukan beberapa tahapan yaitu dimulai dari proses inisialisasi populasi awal, pencarian nilai fitness, seleksi, crossover, mutasi dan lainnya. Pola atau aturan yang dihasilkan dari proses algoritma genetika pada permasalahan penempatan buku memberikan solusi berupa nilai fitness adalah 0.0080, dengan pola penempatan buku yaitu 16-8-6-10-18-13-7-14-15-17-3-12-2-1-9-11-4-5. Optimasi penempatan buku ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa penempatan buku berdasarkan algoritma genetika dibandingkan dengan penempatan buku data awal memiliki tingkat optimal sebesar 31.61574. Nilai RMSE tersebut menunjukan nilai eror dari metode yang digunakan, nilai tersebut diperoleh dengan membandingkan posisi buku algoritma genetika dengan posisi buku pada data awal dengan urutan posisi buku sesuai dengan jumlah buku. Sementara tingkat ketepatan prediksi metode algoritma genetika sebesar 68.38%. nilai ketepatan prediksi tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi untuk optimasi penempatan buku

Informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, the number of informants in this research field is determined according to the adequacy of the data or information required in accordance with the objectives of the study. Data collection techniques used is literature and field study consisting of interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative accurately describe the properties of an object subject or situation by collecting, managing, presenting and describing the results of the study as it is. Based on the results of data analysis that there are several factors that cause low posyandu visits to elderly seniors. These factors are knowledge of the elderly, distance between home and neighborhood health center location, facilities and inadequate infrastructure, lack of information about elderly neighborhood health center, the economy and income, lack of family support, attitudes and behaviors of the elderly are covered, and the other facilities provided by the government
