    The article proposes a procedure for the training of managers that contributes to the achievement of a sustainable business management adjusted to the Cuban organizational context, for which theoretical and empirical methods were used, especially the group work and the problem solving process, the application of the procedure revealed that the results provided are fundamental to formulate proposals for training actions that can contribute to the strengthening of knowledge, skills and competencies in their managers and at the same time are feasible integration into the organizational strategic management system aimed at achieving a sustainable business management.  El articulo propone un procedimiento para la capacitación de directivos que contribuya al logro de una gestión empresarial sostenible ajustado al contexto organizacional cubano, para el que se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos, en especial el trabajo en grupo y el proceso de solución de problemas, la aplicación del procedimiento reveló que los resultados proporcionados constituyen fundamentos para formular propuestas de acciones de capacitación que pueden contribuir al fortalecimiento de conocimientos, habilidades y competencias en sus directivos y al mismo tiempo son de factible integración en el sistema de dirección estratégica organizacional encaminado a alcanzar una gestión empresarial sostenible

    Narrowing the Tolerance Factor Limits for Hybrid Organic-Inorganic Dicyanamide-Perovskites

    [Abstract] In this work we focus in setting the limits of the tolerance factor and the size of the A-cations that stabilize the perovskite structure in hybrid dicyanamide compounds [A][Mn(dca)3]. For this purpose, we propose an alternative, simple approach to calculate a more realistic effective ionic radius for the large and anisotropic A-cations often present in these type of compounds. We test the proposed procedure by analysing the crystal structures of [A][Mn(dca)3] dicyanamide hybrids reported in the literature and recalculating the tolerance factors of such compounds, as well as by preparing five new [A][Mn(dca)3] members, discussing also the influence of the A-cation shape in the stability limits of the perovskite structure.
