PENGARUH GREEN ACCOUNTING, KINERJA LINGKUNGAN, DAN PENGUNGKAPAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2021-2022

This research aims to examine the influence of green accounting, environmental performance and social responsibility on company financial performance. The research objects are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 - 2022 with a total sample of 54 samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sources in the form of financial, annual, sustainability reports, as well as PROPER ranking data obtained from the IDX 2021-2022 website and the KLHK website. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 29.0 software. The results of this research show that (1) green accounting has an influence on the company's financial performance, (2) environmental performance has no influence on the company's financial performance, (3) social responsibility has no influence on the company's financial performance

RENT-SEEKING TOWARDS ECONOMIC GROWTH: EMPIRICAL STUDY IN LOWER-MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRIES

The good effects of globalization are not felt by all countries. Lower-middle-income countries are constrained by ineffective or poorly implemented economic policies in those countries. One indicator of this ineffectiveness is the low rate of controlling rent-seeking in lower-middle-income countries. Therefore, this study analyzes the effect of controlling rent-seeking on the economic growth of lower-middle-income countries. It is important to study where economic growth has an important role in the economic development of lower-middle-income countries. This study also uses control variables such as capital formation, population, and lag of economic growth through the Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) approach. Based on the results of regression testing that has been carried out, controlling rent seeking and capital formation is known to have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in lower-middle-income countries. Meanwhile population has a negative and significant effect on the economic growth of lower-middle-income countries

Pendidikan Anti Kekerasan Pada Anak Di Lingkungan Sekolah SMP YLPI Pekanbaru

Anak dapat menjadi korban kekerasan disekolah baik dalam bentuk fisik, psikis dan seksual.Kekerasan dapat terjadi pada anak disekolah baik kekerasan fisik, psikis dan seksual. Dianggap bahwa pelajaran kewarganegaraan dan moral yang diberikan oleh guru tidak cukup untuk membangun sifat siswa sehingga mereka tidak terlibat dalam tindak kekerasan, baik sebagai pelaku maupun korban. Hasil dari diskusi dengan kepala sekolah SMP YLPI P. Marpoyan, ditemukan bahwa beberapa perilaku siswa di SMP tersebut menyebabkan konflik dan kekerasan verbal dan fisik. Program anti kekerasan sekolah yang dirancang untuk guru dan siswa menawarkan solusi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menjadikan SMP YLPI Pekanbaru sebagai sekolah yang aman dan bebas dari kekerasan pada anak. “Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahap pembuatan materi,” penyuluhan dan evaluasi melalui kuis untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman peserta . Hasil kegiatan ini berupa bertambahnya wawasan dan pengetahuan para siswa dan guru terhadap perilaku kekerasan di sekolah dan bagaimana cara mencegah dan mengatasinya
