Compréhension et interprétation : deux composantes complémentaires de la lecture littéraire

Le flou conceptuel qui entoure la définition de la compréhension et de l’interprétation peut se répercuter sur les apprentissages des élèves qui, confondant ces modes d’appréhension des textes, comprennent mal les consignes de lecture qui prescrivent tantôt l’un, tantôt l’autre. La revue des écrits que nous avons effectuée nous amène à proposer des distinctions qui pourront orienter les didacticiens et les enseignants dans l’enseignement de la lecture littéraire : le sens produit par la compréhension et la signification issue de l’interprétation se nourrissent l’un et l’autre, en concomitance, dans une dynamique qui redessine sans cesse la lecture du texte littéraire.This article discusses the influence of students’ vague conceptions of the definition of text comprehension and interpretation on their learning. These students are often confused about how to deal with texts, and have poor understanding of reading directions that require one or the other task. A review of the literature led the author to propose distinguishing characteristics that could help teachers and those concerned with didactics of literary reading. He proposes that the meaning constructed from comprehension and the significance that comes from interpretation interact with each other concurrently in a dynamic relationship that continually influences the reading of literary texts.La imprecisión conceptual que acompaña las definiciones de comprensión y de interpretación puede repercutir sobre el aprendizaje de los alumnos quienes, confundiendo estos modos de aprehensión del texto, comprenden mal las consignas de lectura que prescriben a veces unos y a veces otros. La revista de las publicaciones que hemos realizado nos lleva a proponer algunas disticiones que podrían orientar los estudiosos de la didáctica y los docentes en la enseñanza de la lectura literaria: el sentido producido por la comprehensión y la significación que emerge de la interpretación se nutren mutualmente en forma concomitante, dentro de una dinámica que reformula sin cesar la lectura del texto literario.Die konzeptuelle Unschärfe, die die Definition sowohl des Verständnisses als auch der Interpretation umgibt, kann sich auf die Lerner auswirken ; diese verwechseln die beiden Arten der Textannäherung, weil sie die Prämissen beider missverstehen. Die von uns untersuchten Texte haben uns bewogen, Unterscheidungsmerkmale vorzuschlagen, die sich für Didaktiker und Lehrer beim Literaturunterricht als hilfreich erweisen könnten : Der vom Verständnis her ermittelte Sinn und die von der Interpretation erarbeitete Bedeutung ergänzen sich wechselseitig, auf konkomitierende Weise, im Rahmen einer Dynamik, welche die Lektüre eines literarischen Texts ständig neu erschafft

Ex 3,14 dans l’oeuvre d’Augustin : Une révision de la liste des Bénédictins de Beuron et de la liste de James W. Wiles et un complément du Corpus Augustinianum Gissense II, de la Patrologia latina et du Corpus Christianorum

Cet article consiste en une révision et une mise à jour, comprenant des corrections et des ajouts, de la liste des Bénédictins de Beuron et de la liste de James W. Wiles ainsi que des CD-ROM Corpus Augustinianum Gissense II, Patrologia latina et Corpus Christianorum citant le verset scripturaire d’Ex 3,14 dans les oeuvres augustiniennes. Nous y présentons un index cumulatif des citations d’Ex 3,14 chez Augustin accompagné d’explications appropriées sur les objectifs de l’évêque d’Hippone lorsqu’il mentionne le Nom de Dieu dans ses oeuvres. Nous croyons que ce travail de révision et de recensement fournit un outil précieux aux chercheurs désireux d’étudier la question du Nom de Dieu chez Augustin.This paper updates, with revisions, corrections and new additions, the “Liste des Bénédictins de Beuron” and the list of James W. Wiles as well as the CD-ROM Corpus Augustinianum Gissense II, Patrologia latina et Corpus Christianorum with regard to the scriptural citation of Ex 3:14 in the works of Augustine. We present a cumulative index of the citations of Ex 3:14 by Augustine together with pertinent notes on his objectives when mentioning the Name of God in his works. We think that this update, with its sound additions and corrections, provides a precious tool for those studying the question of the Name of God in Augustine’s works

In-NOvation in protected and touristic territories

Protected areas are tourist destinations where, contrary to popular imaginaries, communities live. In and around those territories, actors implement solutions that meet the needs of their community (Soubirou & Jacob, 2019); they demonstrate social innovation. In doing so, they contribute to new compromises and new forms of regulation or governance (Klein et al., 2014). Sometimes, out of attachment to the territory, they choose alternative paths (Crosetti & Joye, 2021) such as NOvation (Godin & Vinck, 2017). The objective of this study is to analyze how mountain touristic territories articulated around protected areas generate innovation in order to face the challenges they encounter. In the form of a multiple case study, three territories are studied: Mont-Orford (Canada), Banff (Canada) and Aspen (United States). Contemporary issues are discussed in the continuity of their historical roots (see Crosetti & Joye, 2021). The results highlight the specificity of mountain tourism territories where protected areas are found, and the resulting double valuation they are subjected to (by tourism and conservation), that sometimes constrain but also foster (social) in-NOvation (in-NOvation [sociale] in French), a term introduced to name a broadened conception of innovation. It manifests itself in unsuspected spheres: the past, nature, within government institutions, through governance and dynamics of the territories. Touristic and protected mountain territories are not “on the fringes” of innovation, rather, their characteristics (rugged relief, relative eccentricity, exceptional character) make them the breeding ground for a distinction between (social) in-NOvation and the leitmotif of innovation “at any cost” (Everett Rogers, 1963 in Godin & Vinck, 2017). Considering recurring or acute issues, this study contributes to the scientific study of innovation, which is imbued with the prevailing pro-innovation bias (Boutroy et al., 2015; Godin & Vinck, 2017)
