La coordinació i la concordança registrals i cadastrals un any després de l'entrada en vigor de la llei 13/2015

Un any després de l'entrada en vigor de la Llei 13/2015, de 24 de juny, de reforma de la Llei hipotecària i del text refós de la Llei del Cadastre Immobiliari, la doctrina i, especialment, la Direcció General dels Registres i del Notariat (DGRN), al llarg de més de setanta resolucions, han fet una tasca important d'interpretació, desenvolupament i unificació de la pràctica d'una llei innovadora, difícil i, en molts punts, confusa. Aquest treball intenta oferir una breu panoràmica de la part de la Llei que afecta la Llei hipotecària i incorpora aquestes aportacions fetes tant per la doctrina com per la DGRN.One year after Act 13/2015, of June 24th, on reform of the Mortgage Law and the consolidated text of the Real Estate Cadastre Law, went into force, doctrine and, particularly, the Directorate-General for Registries and Notary Services, through more than seventy decisions, have performed an important task of interpreting, developing and unifying the practice of this Act, which is innovative, difficult and confusing on many points. This article seeks to provide a brief overview of the Act, by focusing only on the part which amends the Mortgage Law
