    The effect of thermomechanical treatment on the microstructure, tensile strength and impact toughness of low-carbon low-alloy steel is considered. The developed microstructure is characterized by grain elongation along the rolling direction. Both the yield strength and the ultimate tensile strength increase with a decrease in test temperature. The ultimate strength at room temperature is 797 MPa, and at 77 K the ultimate strength increases to 1198 MPa.     Purpose: of the study is to present and study the results of the implementation of the methodology for improving organizational efficiency, which was tested at an industrial enterprise in the Sverdlovsk region.Methods: traditional general scientific methods were used in the study: analysis, synthesis, generalization, literature review, case study analysis on the materials of an industrial enterprise, in the practice of which the use of methods for improving organizational efficiency was introduced.Results: improving the organizational efficiency and labor productivity of industrial enterprises is an important direction in the development of the economy and production since these companies make a significant contribution to the welfare of the country and the quality of life of the population. Some domestic companies are developing and implementing tools to improve organizational efficiency, and it is important to understand what results the business achieves after implementing such changes. Such a tool can be the author's methodology for improving organizational efficiency. Approbation of the methodology showed that as a result of its use at an industrial enterprise for a production volume of 500 thousand tons, an organizational effect was obtained in the form of the release of 718 staff positions at the initial values of 5 463 staff positions, which amounted to 13.14%. According to calculations, within 12 months from the start of the implementation of the initiatives, 132.6 million rubles, or 30.9% of the target economic effect, will be received. Additional investments of 94 million rubles can bring 13% of the identified potential, or 93 staff positions with the effect of 56.9 million rubles.Conclusions and Relevance: the approbation of the methodology for improving organizational efficiency showed that it can be implemented at industrial enterprises of the country, taking into account adaptation to different industries and the specifics of the company's activities. The application of the methodology can provide companies with an increase in the economic effect by 10-15%.     The aim of the work is to assess the effectiveness of prescribing a fixed-dose combination of amlodipine with the ACE inhibitor lisinopril or with the angiotensin 2 receptor blocker valsartan in patients with coronary artery disease, acute coronary syndrome with hypertensive disease regarding the impact on the structural and functional parameters of the heart and extracranial branches of the brachiocephalic arteries. Materials and methods. General clinical examination of 108 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis and hypertension was done within 12 months. The patients were allocated to two groups. Patients in the first group (n = 50) were assigned a fixed-dose combination of lisinopril and amlodipine (20 mg and 5 mg, respectively), and patients in the second group (n = 58) received a fixed-dose combination of valsartan with amlodipine (160 mg and 5 mg, respectively). The patients were monitored for 12 months, including general clinical examinations, measurements of office blood pressure (BP), 24-hour BP monitoring, echo-dopplerographic examination of the heart and brachiocephalic arteries, determination of the composite endpoint. Statistical analysis of the obtained data was performed using Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS Statistics v.23. Results. A significant difference in echocardiographic data has been proved (p 0.05) have been found in the first group. When analyzing the indicators of diastolic function in the second group, a highly significant (p < 0.05) decrease in E/A, E/E’, IO of the LA has been revealed; data analysis on the morphofunctional state indicators of the extracranial arteries has shown a CIM reduction and a decrease in PSV and RI. Conclusions. Prescriptions of the fixed-dose combination of amlodipine with the ACE inhibitor lisinopril was more effective in terms of the LV measurements (p < 0.05) and LV diastolic function as evidenced by decreased E/A, E/E’ and IO of the LA (p < 0.05) as compared to the data in the group of amlodipine with the angiotensin 2 receptor blocker valsartan. Both fixed-dose combinations were effective in reducing the CIM thickness, decreasing PSV and RI when analyzing the morphofunctional state findings of the extracranial arteries

These methods are comprehensively analyzed in specific communicative situations used by the speaker and addressed to the listener. The imperative paradigm in speech constructs includes word forms of the verbal lexeme, expressing an imperative meaning addressed to the listener. As a result of linguistic analysis of such speech acts, it is revealed that the speaker’s will regarding the execution of the called action is expressed regardless of who performs the action: the listener, the speaker, the person not participating in the speech act, or any combination of the listed persons.
