Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Di Kantor Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo)

AbstractThis This study aims to describe the work discipline, work environment, organizational commitment and performance of Probolinggo Regency Sub-District Maron Office employees and to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment on the performance of Maron Sub-District Probolinggo District Office employees. The sample from this study were all employees, amounting to 40 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling that is using all members of the population into the sample. The data collection method in this study uses primary and secondary data. KAJIAN KONDISI TERUMBU KARANG DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN PROSES EUTROFIKASI DI KEPULAUAN SERIBU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi kondisi terumbu karang dan keterkaitannya dengan proses eutrofikasi dimana P. Belanda dan P. Untung Jawa dipilih sebagai studi kasus pada bulan April sampai Juni 2009. Metode foto transek kuadrat digunakan untuk pengambilan data kondisi terumbu karang. Pengukuran parameter kualitas perairan seperti suhu, kecepatan arus, dan kecerahan dilakukan secara in-situ, sedangkan parameter lainnya seperti salinitas, pH, kekeruhan, ortofosfat (PO4), nitrit (NO2), nitrat (NO3), dan amonia (NH3) dianalisis di laboratorium (ex-situ). Principal Component Analysis (PCA) digunakan untuk melihat parameter-parameter yang paling berpengaruh pada setiap stasiun pengamatan. Analisis Regresi Linear digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara tutupan makroalga dengan parameter kualitas air serta hubungan antara tutupan makroalga dengan tutupan karang hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase tutupan karang hidup di P. Belanda berada dalam kategori ”sedang” dengan persentase tutupan sebesar 27,90%, sedangkan di P. Untung Jawa berada dalam kategori ”rusak” dengan persentase tutupan sebesar 0,21%. Ada perbedaan tingkat kesuburan perairan antara lokasi P. Belanda dan P. Untung Jawa, dimana P. Untung Jawa memiliki kondisi perairan dengan kategori sangat subur (eutrofikasi) berdasarkan pada tingginya kandungan fosfat dan persentase tutupan makroalga yang tinggi. Faktor nutrien mempunyai pengaruh cukup besar terhadap persentase tutupan makroalga yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap persentase tutupan karang hidup.Kata kunci: eutrofikasi, kualitas perairan, terumbu karang, strategi pengelolaa
