    Quality in a school is becoming a priority for the public especially parents and students. Many aspects that can being indicator of a school quality for public, they are may be facilities, curriculum, the result that the student got after studying, a culture, leadership, coordination, and many else. We can named all the aspects as a school management strategic. Of course, we can observing at many school, there is no school will be perfect in practising the strategic. Sometimes some aspects good, and no for the other aspects. It’s the case at SD IT Riyadhoturrohman. The aim of this research is for describing some strategic that the principal do for reposition the school management becoming the good quality. The data was collected from the primary and secondary data. The techniques that used by qualitative method, that are interview, observing, and documentation study then combine some literature that have relation with the topic. The data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and take some conclusion. The result of this research are: 1) The role of the principal is a major player in the repositioning of school management, 2) school management repositioning is carried out on aspects: curriculum and teaching programs, educators and education staff, students, finance, facilities and infrastructure, school relations with the community, and special services

    The learning transformation at this recent days and it’s move from 4.0 to 5.0 area make every education institution should always upgrade with various developments in science and technology, if it’s not able to adjust to the pace of the movement, educational institutions are prepared to be unable to achieve their goal in a certain phase later. Beside that the learning methods should always be upgraded too. Mindmapping method is a method that can create creativity and mindset of students and they will be able to build their understanding of certain concepts. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data in this research was collected by observation, interview, and documentation study.     The month of Ramadan is the month of forgiveness and the month of Maghfirah. All useful activities carried out in this month will be rewarded with Him. Most schools in Indonesia, in the month of Ramadan, policies are often made to keep students in school by cutting time in the learning process. In contrast to one area of Padang, which makes a policy so that the learning process for students is transferred to the mosque/musholla during the month of Ramadan. However, in the implementation process, there are still a number of obstacles which can be detailed in the following four points: 1) Planning for the management of the Ramadan Islamic Boarding School, 2) Organizing the Ramadan Islamic Boarding School 3) Implementation of the Ramadan Islamic Boarding School, 4) Evaluation of the Ramadan Islamic Boarding School. The research method is qualitative research. The data collection technique was done by interview, observation, and documentation study. The data were analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
