У статті визначено взаємозв’язок між стратегічними намірами та ризиками підприємства. Запропоновано технологію досягнення стратегічних намірів на основі формування стратегічних наборів підприємства та обгрунтування стратегії з урахуванням рівня ризику.The article defines the relationship between the strategic intentions and enterprise risks. Гармонізація розвитку підприємств в умовах модернізації економіки

У статті визначено сутність процесу розвитку підприємства. Виокремлено ключові елементи гармонізації ефективного розвитку підприємства на основі задоволення всіх зацікавлених сторін. Запропоновано напрями трансформації розвитку вітчизняних компаній з метою підвищення результативності їх діяльності.In the article the essence of the enterprise development process in view of the present economic conditions was defined. Research of the existing definitions of «enterprise development» in the scientific literature was carried out and the two aspects of its treatment were singled out — in the narrow and broad sense. Key harmonization elements of the effective enterprise development such as Increment of the market value of the company, creating competitive benefits of enterprise value creation of the company, the formation of the intellectual capital of the company, strategy development, providing leadership position in the market and social responsibility on the basis of satisfaction of the company stakeholders were singled out. The ways of transformation of the domestic companies based on increasing the intellectual potential, market value, development strategy, principles of social responsibility, leadership and competitive advantages in order to increase the effectiveness of activity were highlighted in the paper.В статье определена сущность процесса развития предприятия. Выделены ключевые элементы гармонизации эффективного развития предприятия на основе удовлетворения всех заинтересованных сторон. Strategic development of motor transport enterprises’ innovative processes in Ukraine

This study is aimed at developing a methodological approach to identify and justify the strategy for the development of enterprises` innovative processes, which enables considering alternatives and determining the priorities of adaptation as well as increasing the level of flexibility to changes in the business operating conditions. The study is based on the materials of 21 motor transport companies in Ukraine. The methodological toolkit is based on the proposed polyfactorial 3D model with the implementation of correlation, regression and cluster analysis. The use of the strategy for the innovation process development of the motor transport enterprise with the introduction of focus on the asymmetry of its directions increases efficiency, which becomes equal to the benchmark or close to the maximum efficient value

Assessing the impact of architecture efficiency on the business model competitiveness

The purpose of this research is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the impact of the architecture effectiveness of the enterprise business model on the level of its competitiveness. The study methodology suggests the author’s approach to assessing the architecture effectiveness and the level of enterprise competitiveness. The scenario approach was used in order to the evaluate the connection between competitiveness, business model potential and enterprise architecture based on the economic-mathematical method of solving the nonlinear optimization problem through the use of hierarchical synthesis. The study was conducted according to the materials from 15 private clinics in Ukraine. The analysis of the obtained indices of architecture efficiency, competitiveness and potential level of the business model of the private clinics under study was carried out. It is determined that the level and growth rates of the enterprise architecture efficiency of private clinics have significant distinctions, which affect the level of their competitiveness. A group of leading companies in terms of the level of business model potential is singled out based on the definition of the correlation between the level of business model potential and the enterprise architecture efficiency. It is established that the level of business model potential of private clinics is substantially dependent on the level of enterprise architecture efficiency. It is proved that the efficiency of enterprise architecture has a significant influence on the potential and competitiveness of the business model. The novelty of the study consists in the methodological approach to assessing the impact of business model architecture on the level of its competitiveness, taking into consideration the identification of functional rather than strictly parametric correlation between variables. This research can be useful for professionals, scientists and researchers involved in developing and implementing effective business models and designing the enterprise architecture in order to achieve the company’s strategic intentions and to create and maintain competitive market positions

Удосконалення технології рекультивації кар'єрів та териконів

This paper considers and analyzes a relevant issue of treatment of disturbed soils. The equipment to carry out various processes of mining reclamation of waste heaps and quarries with a significant reduction in the level of environmental risks through the operation of an energy-saving small-sized apparatus has been designed. The use of the developed soil reclamator is also adequate for pre-sowing and other types of agrotechnical tillage, plant care in agricultural fields, as well as in areas with a heterogeneous landscape. The functionality of the unit is able to provide energy autonomy and automation of the technological process. The low weight of the device makes it possible to reduce the pressure on the soil, which minimizes the environmentally hazardous formation of dust during the treatment of waste heaps, the destruction of its structure, the machine degradation of the fertile layer during the processing of all types of territories. The device also reduces the risk of fertile soils slipping from the slopes of mine dumps due to the fact that the soil reclamator is self-propelled and functions without the need to involve a heavy tractor. The mathematical modeling of the operation of the proposed technical support for the treatment of waste heap reclamation in comparison with the opposed analog proves the ecological and economic efficiency of the eco-adaptive soil reclamator. The average value of profit ratios, when using the proposed soil reclamator, is 121.82 % higher than with the involvement of opposed equipment. Indicators of the negative environmental impact of the designed equipment are 100 % lower than the environmental impact when operating the analog. The proposed technical solution can be effectively applied both in schemes of sanitary cleaning of settlements, and in the process of modernization of agricultural machineryРозглянута і проаналізована сучасна проблема оброблення порушених ґрунтів Розроблено обладнання, що дає можливості здійснення різних процесів гірничотехнічної рекультивації териконів та кар'єрів із значним зниженням рівня екологічних ризиків, шляхом експлуатації енергоощадного малогабаритного, апарату. Використання розробленого рекультиватора також адекватно для передпосівної та інших типів агротехнічної обробки ґрунтів, догляду за рослинами на сільськогосподарських полях, а також, на територіях з неоднорідним ландшафтом. Функціональність агрегату здатна забезпечити енергетичну автономність та автоматизацію технологічного процесу. Мала вага пристрою дозволяє мінімізувати тиск на ґрунт, що максимально скорочує екологічно небезпечне утворення пилу при обробці териконів, руйнування його структури, машинну деградацію родючого шару при обробці усіх типів територій. Також пристрій скорочує ризик сповзання родючих ґрунтів зі схилів шахтних відвалів завдяки тому, що рекультиватор самохідний і функціонує без необхідності залучення важкого тракторного тягача. Проведене математичне моделювання експлуатування пропонованого технічного забезпечення обробки рекультивації териконів у порівнянні із протиставленим аналогом, доводить еколого-економічну ефективність екоадаптивного рекультиватора. Середнє значення коефіцієнтів прибутку, при використанням запропонованого рекультиватора, на 121,82 % вище ніж із залученням протиставленого обладнання. Показники негативного екологічного впливу розробленого обладнання на 100 % нижчий за вплив на довкілля при експлуатуванні аналога. Запропоноване технічне рішення може бути ефективно застосоване як у схемах санітарного очищення населених пунктів, так і в процесі модернізації сільськогосподарської технік

MANAGEMENT OF STRATEGIC INTENTS OF ENTERPRISE USING THE RISK-NAVIGATOR

The author investigates ties between strategic intents and risks of the enterprise. The methodical approach to the controlling technology in order to achieve strategic intentions of the enterprise using the risk-navigator is justified. It was proved that it allows monitoring of risks at all stages of achieving the strategic intent. The author suggests main vectors of the strategic intent achievement efficiency improvement using N-rules for determination of the sequence of measures in order to minimize risks through application of methods of reducing the risk level with the navigator

The EU's Socio-economic Development Against the Backdrop of the War in Ukraine

The war in Ukraine affects the European Union (EU) member states asymmetrically. The purpose of the study is to determine changes in the development of the EU countries in three key directions: ‘economy and environment’, ‘busi-ness and trade’, and ‘people and work’; to identify clusters of countries with similar transformations; and to model the impact of the studied indicators on the level of public debt amid the war in Ukraine. The research methodology inclu-des the definition of a complex indicator of changes in the socio-economic development of EU countries, correlation and cluster analysis, and modelling the influence of the studied factors/indicators on the level of public debt. Research of changes in the context of the proposed complex indicators and their components under conditions of war showed that the changes in the areas under review varied for EU countries. Against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, 17 EU countries faced a slowdown in their socio-economic growth, among which Poland was the most severely affected. Modelling made it possible to determine that, amid the war, the most important factors for the EU public debt are inflation, labour market conditions, and the possibilities of the balance of payments and the international investment position incorporated into GDP. The conducted research proves that the war in Ukraine increases the scale and rele-vance of general challenges that cannot be addressed at the national level. We determine that with reducing of aromatic hydrocarbons in gasoline, saturated with oxygenates; it is possible to improve the composition of aviation gasoline, thereby reducing the formation of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons during combustion. With increasing octane number, the concentration of toxic gases in the exhaust decreases, that improves the ecological properties. Using biofuels leads to improve environmental characteristics.У статті проаналізовано екологічні властивості компонентів традиційних і альтернативних авіаційних бензинів. Встановлено, що зі зменшенням ароматичних вуглеводнів у складі бензинів, насичуючи їх оксигенатами, можна покращити склад авіаційних бензинів, у такий спосіб зменшити утворення оксиду вуглецю і вуглеводнів під час згорання. Зі збільшенням октанового числа концентрація токсичних газів у вихлопі зменшується, завдяки чому поліпшуються екологічні властивості. Використання біопалива веде до покращення екологічних характеристик.В статье проанализированы экологические свойства компонентов традиционных и альтернативных авиационных бензинов. Установлено, что с уменьшением ароматических углеводородов в составе бензинов, насыщая их оксигенатами, можно улучшить состав авиационных бензинов, тем самым уменьшить образование оксида углерода и углеводородов при сгорании. С увеличением октанового числа концентрация токсичных газов в выхлопе уменьшается, благодаря чему улучшаются экологические свойства.
