    The Contribution of Reading Motivation and Grammar Mastery to the Reading Comprehension of the Second Grade Students of SMK in Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi

    This study aims to investigate the contribution of the reading motivation and the grammar mastery to the reading comprehension of the second grade students of SMK in Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi. This research is an ex post facto, involving two independent variables and one dependent variable. The students’ reading motivation is the first independent variable (X1), grammar mastery is the second independent variable (X2). The students’ reading comprehension is the dependent variable (Y). This research study was conducted at public SMK Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi in 2013/2014 academic year. The population of this study is all the second grade students of SMK in Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi (763). The sample used is 256 students, selected using the proportional random sampling. The research instruments make use of questionnaire and tests. The data were analyzed using multiple regression statistic analysis technique and partial correlation. The result of descriptive analysis indicates that the reading motivation is in the low category (82.70), grammar mastery is in the low category (12.23), and the students’ reading comprehension is in the low category (13.32). The result of multiple regression analysis indicates that the reading motivation and grammar mastery simultaneously affect the students’ reading comprehension (F = 289.359 sig. p 0.000 <0.05). As much as 69.6% variance of reading comprehension is determined by reading motivation and grammar mastery. The result of the partial correlation indicates that the reading motivation affects reading comprehension (r = 0.737 sig. p 0.000<0.05). Grammar mastery affects the reading comprehension (r = 0.124 sig. p 0.048< 0.05)

    Bhayangkara Trustees of Community Security and Order (in Indonesia called Bhabinkamtibmas) is the front line or spearhead of police services in the Community Police Program which mingles and interacts with the surrounding community on a daily basis. This research used normative-empirical research. The results of this study was to find out whether there was an application of the Community Police Program with a social conflict resolution mechanism based on consensus. The results of research at the Sukoharjo Police found that there were inhibiting factors such as human resources, facilities and infrastructure that needed to be repaired immediately. The challenges faced by the Sukoharjo Police in the success of the Community Police Program need to be overcome in order to create a stable and continuously adaptable Police with social, cultural, economic and political developments. The National Police must be able to protect the community, considering that partnership is a pillar of the success of the Community Police Program

    Sovereignty is in the hands of the people as mandated in Article 1 Paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution of Republic Indonesia. The meaning of “sovereignty is in the hands of the people” in this case is that the people have sovereignty, responsibilities, rights and obligations to democratically elect a leader who will form a government to manage and serve all levels of society, as well as elect representatives of the people to oversee the running of the government. The research method used was normative and empirical juridical, using secondary and primary data, obtained from literature studies and field studies, and data analysis with qualitative juridical analysis. The suggestion is that the Gakkumdu Center at North Lampung Regency should provide concrete and important implementation rules to ensure legal certainty and justice

    Perkawinan adalah sebuah perjanjian suci antara seorang lelaki dan perempuan. Dalam perkawinan perceraian merupakan suatu peristiwa yang kadang tidak dapat dihindarkan oleh pasangan menikah, baik mereka yang baru saja menikah atau mereka yang sudah lama menikah. Perceraian merupakan salah satu sebab putusnya ikatan perkawinan. Perceraian mungkin juga merupakan solusi terakhir sebagai jalan terbaik untuk mengakhiri sebuah konflik perselisihan rumah tangga bagi kedua belah pihak antara suami dan isteri. Salah satu perselisihan di dalam rumah tangga sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya perceraian yakni pada Putusan Nomor 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tjk. Tujuandalampenelitianiniyakniuntuk mengetahui danmemahamifaktor penyebab terjadinya perceraian rumah tangga danpertimbangan Hakim padagugatanperceraiandalam Putusan Nomor 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tjk. Bahwa penyebab terjadinya gugatan perceraian rumah tangga dalam Putusan Nomor 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tjk disebabkan karena sering terjadinya perselisihian yang mengakibatkan pertengkaran antara suami dan isteri. Upaya perdamaian yang dilakukan oleh pihak keluarga pun tidak membuahkan hasil. Perceraian antara Pengguat dan Tergugat dilakukan berdasarkan Pasal 19 huruf f Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 9 Tahun 1975 tentang Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan bahwa Antara suami dan isteri terus-menerus terjadi perselisihan dan pertengkaran dan tidak ada harapan akan hidup rukun lagi dalam rumah tangga. Pertimbangan Hakim pada gugatan perceraian rumah tangga dalam Putusan Nomor 17/Pdt.G/2021/PN.Tjk dimana Hakim memberikan putusan perkara perceraian rumah tangga dengan pertimbangan bahwa antara Penguggat dan Tergugat merupakan pasangan yang sah, adanya alat bukti, adanya keterangan saksi yang dihadirkan di dalam persidangan serta adanya gugatan yang diajukan oleh Pengugat mengenai perkawinan antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat sebagaimana tercatat di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Bandar Lampung dalam Kutipan Akta Perkawinan telah Putus Karena Perceraian Dengan Segala Akibat Hukumnya. Disarankan untuk Suami Isteri hendaknya sebelum bercerai dapat memikirkan kembali segala akibat yang akan ditimbulkan akibat percerian. Kedewasaan dalam menjalankan hubungan rumah tangga sangat diperlukan dalam menjaga keharmonisan di dalam rumah tangga. Bagi pasangan yang telah bercerai karena merupakan jalan yang terbaik hendaknya menjalin hubungan yang lebih kekeluargaan. Memulai hidup baru dengan tetap menjalin silaturahmi agar tidak ada rasa dendam atau saling menjelekan satu sama lain
