The results of the examination data were analyzed descriptively and analytically with the help of the SPSS program for Windows version 16.0 using pair t-test, Wilcoxon, Mann Whitney and Delta test with a significant level <0.05. Results: The development of fine motor autistic children in the experimental group was in the poor category and in the control group in the less category. In the experimental group the value of pre test and post test with p (sig) 0,000 0.05 means that there is no difference between the experimental group pre test and post test. The results of the delta test in the experimental and control groups p (sig) <0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of stimulation of puzzle playing on the development of fine motoric autistic children at Citra Mulia Mandiri special school Yogyakarta with a p value (sig) <0.05 means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
