    This study have purpose to determine effect of competence, disipline also perfomance of teacher at junior High School number one Sembawa Banyuasin either jointly or individually.  Questionnaire instrument competence, discipline, and teacher performance validated with the product moment correlation formula, while the reliability measured by cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis use to correlation and simple regression techniques. There is a positive influence between competence and disipline on the performance of teachers together (partial), where the correlation coefficient = 0.252 RY1.2  at significant level 0.06 and the correlation equation Y = 22,735 + 0.438 X1 + 0.510 X2 + e.There is a possitive influence of competence on the performance of teachers, where the correlation coefficient RY 1 = 0.356 at significant level 0.028 and the correlation equation Y = 56.260 + 0454 X1 + e.  There is a positive influence on the performance of teachers between disiplines, where the correlation coefficient RY2=0.366 at sinificant level 0.024 and the correlation equation Y =70,620 + 0.528 X2 +e. It was concluded that the performance teachers can beincrease if competence  and  disipline increased

    The Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee Performance in the Palembang Matrix Tutoring. By using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. As for this study, the sample selected was all 40 employees at the Palembang Matrix Learning Guidance.   The results of this study obtained the effect of Compensation and Motivation simultaneously (f). The results of multiple linear regression analysis carried out in this study obtained the following regression equation: Y = -0.081 + 1.825X1 + 0.538X2 + e. The compensation and motivation variables have a positive direction coefficient on employee performance, meaning that the higher the compensation and motivation, the higher the employee's performance, the R Square number is 0.863 or (85.6%). This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the independent variable (Compensation and Motivation) to the dependent variable (Employee Performance) is 85.6%. Or the variation of the independent variables used in Compensation and Motivation is able to explain 85.6% of the variation in the dependent variable (Employee Performance). While the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other variables

    This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic and work discipline on the work of employees of PT. Surya Prima Sejahtera Palembang, The population in this study were all employees and a research sample of 20 employees (saturated sample). Multiple regression analysis aims to calculate the magnitude of the effect of a change in events. In this study, multiple regression analysis acts as a statistical technique used to test whether there is an effect of work ethic and work discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Surya Prima Sejahtera. Simultaneous F significant test results. From the results, it shows that the independent variables together do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, this is because the significant value f 0.135> 0.05. This proves that Work Ethic (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have no influence on employee performance. The result of the t test (partial), it is known that the value of t count is 2.375, this means that the value of t is greater than the value of t table 2.365 (based on t table). As for the significance value of work ethic (X1) 0.049 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The calculation using spss regression coefficient is Y = 9.315 + 0.199X1 + 0.199X2 + e Constanta of 9.315 gives the sense that if the price variable and Brand equal zero (0) then the purchase decision of 9.315. If the price variable rises 1 unit then the purchase decision will rise by 0.199 assuming another variable is constant. And if the Brand Variable rises 1 unit then the purchase decision will rise by 0.199.     This study aimed to influence the style of leadership and supervision on the performance of teachers, From the results of this study are the influence of leadership style and Supervision of the performance of teachers at Palm Elementary School District 1 Gutters Banyuasin. Obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.879, the value of determination coefficient of 0.772 or 77.2%. Regression coefficient of 0.625 and 0.489 so that the form of Multiple Regression equation is Y = 11.201 + 0.625 + 0.489 X1 + X2 e. There is the influence of leadership style on performance The correlation between variables Leadership Style (X1) with variable performance (Y) obtained values of 0.842 and R values of determination coefficient of 0.709 or 70.9%, and there is the influence of Supervision on Teacher Performance. Supervision of the correlation between variables (X2) with variable performance (Y) obtained R value of 0.746 and the coefficient of determination of 0.556 or 55.6%. Its implementation is an effort to improve the style of leadership ability to influence a group to achieve a particular goal or leadership in general is defined as activities to influence the behavior of others and an effort to increase development assistance and supervision is provided to improve and develop teaching and learning situation towards a better .     This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of Leverage (DAR) and Liquidity (CR) on Profitability (ROA) on Insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 - 2018. In this study using secondary data, and the sampling method using purposive random sampling technique.  The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis that is normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 25. The test results show that the first hypothesis  Leverage (DAR) and Liquidity (CR) variables together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA) with a level of sig. F (0.009) <α (0.05). The second hypothesis (H2) Leverage variable (DAR) effects the profitability (ROA) which is shown to have a significant value of 0.011 <α 0.05.     ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Motivation on Work Discipline and Its Implications on the Performance of Ogan Ilir DPRD Secretariat Staff. Considering the population is only 50 people, the entire population is used as the research sample, which means that the sampling uses saturated sampling. Based on data analysis carried out with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, the following results were obtained: First hypothesis: leadership (X1) had a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Z). the result of t-Statistic value is 5.008 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership on work discipline. The second hypothesis: motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work discipline (Z). the result of the t-statistic value is 6.760 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of work discipline on work discipline. The third hypothesis: leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). the results of the T-Statistics value are 8.554 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant influence of leadership on performance. The fourth hypothesis: motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). the results of the T-Statistics value are 4.265 ≥ 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of motivation on performance. The fifth hypothesis: work discipline (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y). the result of the T-statistic value is 2.576 96 1.96, so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of work discipline on performance. Leadership towards the performance of the Ogan Ilir DPRD Secretariat Staff has an indirect influence on work discipline as a mediating variable or an intermediary variable proven by looking at the table above with a T-statistic value of 2.476 ≥ 1.96. Motivation on the performance of the Secretariat Staff of the Ogan Ilir DPRD has an indirect influence with the work discipline as a mediating variable or an intermediary variable proven by looking at the table above with a T-statistic value of 7.907 96 1.96. From the analysis obtained can be seen the magnitude of the effect produced by exogenous variables on endogenous variables can see the value of R2 for latent variable work discipline as a mediating variable of 0.998, which means that the value identifies that variations in work discipline can be explained by exogenous latent variables (leadership and motivation ) amounting to 99.8% while the remaining 0.2% is explained by other variables and the R2 value for the performance latent variable is 0.995, which means that the value identifies that variations in performance can be explained by exogenous variables of 99.5% while the remainder is 0, 5% is explained by variables not found in the study. Keywords: Performance, Leadership, Motivation and Work Disciplin

    Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Dan Corpote Govenance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI

    Intellectual capital diukur menggunakan model Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) yang memiliki tiga komponen (physical capital, human capital, and structural capital). Corporate governance diukur menggunakan dua proksi (proporsi komisaris independen dan kepemilikan institusional) dan Kinerja Keuangan diukur dengan satu proksi (ROA). Data diperoleh dari 12 perusahaan perbankan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)  selama tiga tahun (2018-2020). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil uji asumsi klasik telah menunjukkan bahwa data normal sehingga analisis regresi dapat dilakukan dengan layak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan di masa depan, proporsi komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di masa depan, dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan di masa depan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa intellectual capital dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan jika perusahaan dapat mengukurnya secara akurat namun corporate governance masih tidak terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.   Kata Kunci : Intellectual Capital, Corporate Governance, dan Kinerja Keuangan
