AbstractThe purpose, To analyse the resources for formation of anticrisis potential of the innovative enterprises In Russia and Germany. Methods: analysis and synthesis methods, and also an abstract-logic method were used when carrying out the research. Results, we revealed the distinctions in the state support for the Russian and German innovative enterprises efficiency aimed at development of anti-recessionary potential, proved the differentiation criteria of the inert and self-developing innovative enterprises, added to the classification of recessionary signals based on their in level of effects to the potential of the enterprise development on the basis of the innovative enterprises external and internal environment recessionary signals analysis, offered the strategy and tactics of anti-recessionary immunity forming.Original Contribution: we enriched the classification of the external and internal recessionary signals, revealed the basic strategy of anti-recessionary potential forming, formulated the factors for creating the innovative enterprise anti-recessionary immunity. The practical significance: the possibility of managing the innovative enterprises crisis developments through tracing the external and internal crisis signals of the enterprise and defining the strategy of the further development is shown

Ultrastructure of the digestive system of Ramazzottius tribulosus and Macrobiotus richtersi (Eutardigrada) in relationship with diet

The ultrastructure of the digestive system of tardigrades was already described in some species, but it has never been studied in relationship to the diet. Therefore, utrastructural analyses of the midgut and hindgut of the phytophagous Ramazzottius tribulosus and the zoophagous Macrobiotus richtersi have been made. In addition, the foregut of R. tribulosus has been also analyzed. For this part new ultrastructural details have been evidenced. Among them, distinct transverse pillar-like structures, lacking in the electron-dense and compact cuticle of the buccal tube; a hole or groups of holes sometime present in the buccal tube; a large cavity within each salivary glands, where secreted mucus is accumulated; one valve made up by folds of the pharynx and located at the transition from pharynx to esophagus, already found in the zoophagous Isohypsibius prosostomus. In both analyzed species the increase of midgut surface is realized by two orders of folds of the gut wall and by microvilli. In R. tribulosus there are many first-order folds and few second-order fold, whereas in M. richtersi we found an opposite pattern. A perithrophic membrane and microvilli with a well developed glycocalix are found only in the midgut lumen of R. tribulosus. The density of microvilli and the ratio between the real surface with microvilli and the hypothetic surface without microvilli is lower in the zoophagous M. richtersi and I. prosostomus than in the phytophagous R. tribulosus. All these data represent an indirect indication of differences in digestion physiology between phytophagous and zoophagous tardigrade species. The shape of the hindgut is similar in both species and in particular the lumen of the hindgut looks as a heart-like cavity with some narrow cell evaginations

Covering geopolitical problems in the context of the Arctic exploration in the American media discourse (based on The New York Times content analysis)

The article is based on a review of the geopolitical problems of the Arctic region, represented in the contemporary American media discourse on the example of the newspaper «The New York Times». The paper was chosen because it is an example of traditional American journalism, which adheres to the principles of objectivity. As a result of the analysis, the following trend was found — throughout 2001-2005 years the newspaper actively presented two Arctic issues: the feasibility of oil drilling in Alaska and the problem of climate change in the Arctic. Since 2007, the arctic problematics on the pages of newspapers became relevant in the context of geopolitical issues, which was connected to the event of August 2, 2007, namely the setting of the Russian flag in the Arctic Ocean. Coverage of the Arctic issues was carried out in the context of competition, and later — international cooperation. In the period from 2011 to 2018, the focus of the American newspaper was pointed out to the climate change and resource development in the Arctic

The monitoring of buildings and structures condition, as well as the timely implementation of corrective actions aimed at the elimination of adverse factors, are the most important aspects that shall be addressed at the construction stage. The usage of monitoring systems makes it possible to monitor the building condition and above that to implement more efficient design solutions in the prospective projects using the results of the analysis of the acquired and design data. In this work the review of a monitoring system installed in a high-rise building located in Ekaterinburg is given. The paper describes the analysis of the natural oscillation frequency and the logarithmic decrement of fundamental tone acquired with the help of accelerometers, and compares the values with the acceptance limits. The process of converting data acquired by strain gauges for the determination of the stress-strain condition of the bearing structures is analysed. The process of comparison of data obtained by the monitoring system of a high-rise building is described. The necessity of the application of the monitoring system is analysed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd

Awareness of students to environmental issues is one of the most important educational effects of teaching languages at the Faculty of Ecology. A personal attitude of the young environmentalist to a problem, his subjective assessment necessarily includes evaluational approach and emotional reflection of the research (we give the example of the Lake District cultural meaning and its ecological situation). He is to be able to express it in a foreign language. Transmitting this component in the target language when translating requires special exercises on attitudinal statements.
