Plastic processes at ischemic injury of myocardium and role of local mitogens in its regeneration (according to the results of researches made in Scientific Center of Reconstructive and Restorative Surgery SB RAMS)

The work presents the basic results of researches of Scientific Center of Reconstructive and Restorative Surgery SB RAMS on the issue of influence of growth factors on postinfarction remodeling of myocardium. It has been shown, that the researches defined the significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF) for myocardium reparation after its ischemic damage. There is a description of mechanisms of regulation of bloodflow in distal parts of coronary vasculature by endothelin on different stages of formation of postinfarction cardiosclerosis. Quantitative characteristics is given of mitogens level dynamics, cell composition and activity of developing connective-tissue component in various parts of myocardium on stages of reparation after ischemic damage. The article also contains substantiation of perspective of management of growth factors dynamic for providing optimal parameters of regeneration area and improvement of pathological process outcomes

Development of cell technologies and our experience of using them at the pathologies in experiment

Development of modern cell biotechnologies provides fundamental basis for the solution of many problems of modern medicine. The result of experimental researches showed huge opportunities offered by using cell biotechnologies. Group of cell technologies as part of the laboratory of experimental surgery of East Siberian Scientific Center SB RAMS (ESSC SB RAMS) opened in 1996 had a purpose to develop new technologies on the basis of method of cell biotechnologies. Employees of Irkutsk Scientific Center of Surgery and Traumatology developed original cell technologies that allowed to prepare cell material for the correction of pathological process in animal experiments. Technology of preparation of isolated liver cells, isolated and cultivated spleen cells, Langerhans islets, long-term cryopreservation of prepared material allows to create reserve supplies to use them as required. Using xenogenic biomaterial has some advantages over using allogenic biomaterial - such as availability, opportunity for precise research of the donor, prevention of contamination of the recipient with different infections, absence of "law factor"

The innovative course of development of our country and the world community on the whole determines the increasing importance of the intangible assets for the Russian companies to grow and develop. Intellectual resources are the main sources of qualitative and quantitative changes in any economic systems and create the basis of opportunities for innovative development of the enterprises. Intellectual capital is equally important in the formation of enterprise value, along with the tangible, physical assets. In this regard, the issues of identification of intellectual assets, their evaluation, analysis, and the question of determining the optimal investments in them for their further capitalization and development become actual. In the course of the study we used the method of factor analysis, econometric modeling, correlation and regression analysis. Gain in volume of investments in the element of IC by 1% will entail an increase in market capitalization since it has been found that: ? increase in market capitalization as a result of increase of investments by 1% in the human capital of the PC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" will be 1,16411682 billion roubles with all other variables being equal; ? increase in market capitalization as a result of increase of investments by 1% in the market capital of PC "Nizhnekamskshina" will be 0,636191339 billion roubles with all other variables being equal; - increase in market capitalization as a result of increase of investments by 1% in the organizational capital of PC "Kazanorgsintez" will be 0,16032888 billion roubles with all other variables being equal. Thus, for the purpose of dedicated formation and upgrade of such strategic resource of the modern economy as the intellectual capital it is reasonable to use the developed methods and approaches to the evaluation of intellectual capital in terms of value and assessing the relationship of its quantitative and qualitative impact on the key performances of the enterprise

The level of concentration in the Russian banking services market in the recent 5 years is assessed. Concentration indices CR3, CR5, CR10 and Herfindahl-Hirschman Index are calculated, concentration curves are built. Internationally, the Russian banking sector belongs to the moderately concentrated markets. Increase of the size of credit portfolio produces either insignificant positive or negative effect on forming the bank's net profit. The increased impact of the size of natural persons' investments on the net profit is revealed

Estimation of using of social networks for business development

By polling people of various ages and professional groups, we have assessed the possibility to implement social networks as an efficient tool for business development in the modern society. The results showed that consumer attitudes to advertising on social networks for goods and services described as positive, neutral and only 10% of it is irritating. At the same time we have obtained the results of efficient using of social networks, first of all, for polling the consumers, selecting the personnel and promoting goods and services. If the consumers purchase by 1% more goods via social networks, the efficiency of using of social networks for business development will increase by 0.3048%; if the employees use the social networks by 1% to solve the corporate tasks, the efficiency of using social networks for business development will increase by 0.4056%

The Development of "Immigration to Europe" Topic in the Time History of Speech Pattern Changes on the TV News

The migration subject from the countries of North Africa and the Middle East to Europe was one of the main subjects of 2015-2016 on the Russian television, in particular, in information programs. In the real research we also explore the period from May 15 to May 22, 2017 with the purpose of tracking the appeal of journalists to this subject a year later after its active lighting in world media. At the same time the analysis of speech dynamics changes in texts of information programs on the basis of which conclusions on this research were drawn became a main objective. Let us note that several scientific approaches to a research of the television speech are known: lingual-and-stylistic, social-and-linguistic, psycho-linguistic, culturological, structural, system, functional approaches. In literature are in this regard described also effect of priming and cultivation. Besides, the new information era and a variety of information sources led to information overload which became a studying subject for representatives of cognitive sciences. Language and stylistic features of the television speech on an immigration subject in the real research are considered as a telespeech implementer in communication aspect. The research of its internal linguistic component, including phonetic implementers, became a basis of their studying. Results of the research conducted on the basis of the Kazan Federal University are given in the article. The author shows two-year speech dynamics changes in plots of information releases of the central TV channels with the universal programming strategy concerning a subject of mass migration to Europe
