    ABSTRACT The main objective of the present research was to determine the degree and the influential factors of organizational agility among the employees of South Oil Company of Iran. Based on the literature review, seven factors which had the most effects on organizational agility in the governmental unit had been chosen and lined up according to their significance. These factors include: employee flexibility, employee responding, organizational change speed, employee speed in reacting to environmental changes, little integrity and complexity of organizational structure, mutual employee cooperation and their managerial functions. This research was applying research. The population of the present research was consisted of all the employees of National Oil Company of Southern Iran which includes 250 people. Using Crecy & Morgan Table the number of sample was determined as 150 participants. Two hundred questionnaires were distributed among the population sample and by using the structural equations model and the AMOS.18 software, the results were collected. The results of this research showed that all the six factors had a positive and significant effect on employees' organizational agility. And among the studied factors, employees' managerial functions had the most influence on organizational agility of employees of National South Oil Company of Khuzestan Province (Iran).     Prioritizing critical success factors of knowledge management using FAHP: A case study in Refah Bank branches of Iran

    Therefore, this research has explained the critical success factors of knowledge management, for this purpose following previous research and literature review, research prototype was developed. In the next stage, the prototype was given to experts and after implementing amendments based on a consensus of experts opinion the components and model parameters of Li Huang’s model (2012) was the basis of the research. He has introduced the critical success factors in six categories, including cultural factors, environmental factors, organizational characteristics, individual characteristics, information technology infrastructures and knowledge management features. On the other hand, due to the influence of various factors on the process of knowledge management implementing, the multi-criteria decision making techniques were used and based on this the decision making issue was structured in three hierarchical levels. And linguistic words with their meanings were replaced in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers by gaining the knowledge and information of decision makers in the form of linguistic words through related paired comparisons questionnaire. Then the obtained data was arranged in matrix form in Excel and finally prioritization was done based on fuzzy hierarchy analysis using code writing in Excel and with the help of Super decision software. Results of this research could be used as a guide of way and a supplement for implementation of knowledge management so that the organization devote its resources such as financial and time resources to achieve and improve critical success factors of knowledge management according to the priorities of the key success factor of knowledge management

    The main purpose this study is to investigate the effect of organizational leadership on organizational agility through mediation role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in administration and management of national Iranian drilling company. Present research method is empirical based on the target, and is a descriptive-causal research; and specifically, it is based on structural equation modeling statistical. Statistical population of is 325 of employees of administration and management of national Iranian drilling company, that 176 were chosen with random sampling method by using krerjcie and Morgan table. In order to collect data, four questionnaires were used: organizational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational agility. Data analysis done with using statistical software spss and lisrel. research findings show that organizational leadership have positive and significant effect on organizational agility through mediation job satisfaction and organizational commitment and organizational leadership have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational agility in the administration and management of the national iranian drilling company. Also the job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant effect on organizational agility in the administration and management of the national Iranian drilling company

    Background and Aim: While the discussion regarding corporate social responsibility has become a hot topic in university forums; what has received less attention is the role of environmental ethics in the formation of social responsibility. Therefore, the current research is carried out to elucidate the role of environmental ethics in realizing the social responsibility of the company. Methods: This research was conducted as a quantitative survey. The statistical population includes all employees of the administrative department of the Ports and Maritime Organization, from which a sample of 198 people was selected. Data collection was done using a questionnaire and data analysis was done with partial least squares method and Smart PLS 2 software. Ethical Considerations: In all stages of the research, ethical considerations, including the authenticity of the text, the authenticity of the data, and the satisfaction of the participants, have been observed. Results: The results obtained in this research show that both dimensions of environmental ethics, including the intrinsic value and the applied value of the environment, have a positive and significant effect on the three dimensions of corporate social responsibility. Conclusion: This research is among the few researches that highlight the intrinsic value of the environment as a factor that creates organizations' social responsibility.زمینه و هدف: در حالی که بحث در رابطه با مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت‌ها به یک موضوع داغ در مجامع دانشگاهی تبدیل شده است؛ آنچه کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است، نقش اخلاق محیط زیستی در شکل‌گیری مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش اخلاق محیط زیستی در تحقق مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی سازمان بنادر انجام می‌شود. روش: این پژوهش به صورت پیمایشی کمی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان بخش اداری سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی می‌باشد که از این میان نمونه‌ای متشکل از 198 نفر انتخاب شده است. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار Smart PLS 2 انجام شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمامی مراحل پژوهش، ملاحظات اخلاقی اعم از اصالت متن، اصالت داده‌ها و رضایت شرکت‌کنندگان رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست‌آمده در این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که هر دو بعد اخلاق محیط زیستی شامل ارزش ذاتی و ارزش کاربردی محیط زیست تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ابعاد سه‌گانه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی شرکت دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع نتایج به دست‌آمده در این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که اخلاق محیط زیستی یکی از ارکان شکل‌گیری مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی است، به طوری که تعهد سازمان‌ها به اخلاق محیط زیستی، بستر لازم برای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی آنان را فراهم می‌کند
