Lecciones aprendidas de un proyecto offshore en servicios de correo postal en un delivery center de Colombia

En la presente investigación sobre el proceso de documentación de lecciones aprendidas en un proyecto offshore se consolidó la experiencia de los ejecutantes del proyecto. Por medio de entrevistas semiestructuradas se evaluaron y discutieron los factores que estuvieron presentes en la ejecución del cronograma. Posterior al proceso de entrevistas, se presentaron los hallazgos con cada uno de los expertos en la materia que estuvieron relacionados con el proyecto y, mediante métodos de cuantificación a partir de matrices de probabilidad y ocurrencia, magnitudes de impacto y valores monetarios esperados, se procedió a jerarquizar las lecciones aprendidas según su relevancia en el proyecto. Como conclusiones más relevantes, se encuentran la reducción de costos y gastos en las actividades del proyecto por una proporción del 70%, solo por implementar la figura offshore y la metodología scrum bajo el marco ágil; también se encontró la importancia de implementar oficinas de proyectos en organizaciones con altos flujos de proyectos para desarrollar entre períodos. Como recomendaciones más significativas están la documentación de lecciones aprendidas como actividad de cierre en proyectos, y los procesos de vigilancia tecnológica para estar a la vanguardia con las tecnologías del mercado.In the present research about the process of documenting lessons learned in an offshore project, the experience of the project executors was consolidated. By means of semi-structured interviews, the factors that were present in the execution of the schedule were evaluated and discussed. After the interview process, the findings were exhibited with each of the experts in the field that were related to the project, and, through quantification methods based on probability and occurrence matrices, impact magnitudes and expected monetary values, proceeded to rank the lessons learned according to their relevance to the project. The most relevant conclusions are the reduction of costs and expenses in the project activities by a proportion of 70%, just for implementing the offshore figure and the scrum methodology under the agile framework; the importance of implementing project offices in organizations with high flows of projects to be developed between periods was also found. As the most significant recommendations are the documentation of lessons learned as a closing activity in projects, and technological surveillance processes to be at the forefront of market technologies

Diseño y análisis de sistemas de generación vibratorios a base de sistemas electromecánicos

Mediante el uso de la Ley de Hooke, Ley de Faraday y Efecto Hall es posible analizar y diseñar un sistema electromecánico que aproveche la energía proveniente de las vibraciones de los suelos y transformarla posteriormente en energía eléctrica, bajo estos parámetros se diseña un sistema capaz de transformar esta energía. Este proyecto utiliza un mecanismo masa-resorte que será alimentado principalmente por cualquier tipo de vibración mecánica que haga acción sobre el imán induciendo una corriente en el bobinado al variar el campo magnético, produciendo así un potencial eléctrico y teniendo como uno de sus objetivos la generación de energía eléctrica. Con el apoyo de las instalaciones de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira y haciendo uso de las herramientas del laboratorio de mecatrónica en San Luis, CDV y el semillero de investigación en energía renovable se realizaron las pruebas pertinentes de vibraciones en los sectores de la universidad que más grado de circulación y vibraciones presenten

The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors.
