The authors proposed the overall architecture of the system integration, a formal language for description of existing applications and their functionalities. The inference rules were formulated that define the implementation circuit of application methods and data exchange in the usersβ tasks solution process and the algorithm of the mechanism work dealing with the building of the usersβ tasks tree solution based on the received output was designed. Preparation and study of growth stimulating activity of 1-propyl-4-(3β-amino-1β, 2β, 4β-triazolo-3β-thiopropinyl) piperidin-4-ol
Results on the obtaining and the study of a plant growth stimulator based on 1-propyl-4-(3'-amino-1β,2β,4'-triazolo-3'-thiopropinyl) piperidin-4-ol are presented in the article. 1-propylpiperidin-4-on and 3-mercaptopropinyl-5-amin-1,2,4-triazolo were obtained with the basic parameters of the synthesis for synthesizing of 1-propyl-4-(3'-amino-1', 2', 4'-triazolo-3'-thiopropinyl) piperidin-4-ol. The structures of the obtained organic compounds were proved using IR spectroscopy and1H and13C NMR spectrometry. The obtained 1-propyl-4-(3β-amino-1β2β4β-triazolo-3β-thiopropynyl)-piperidine-4-ol was tested for growth-stimulating activity on spring wheat grains compared with control (water) and has proved to be a domestic growth regulator Β«Akpinol-alphaΒ» (KN-2). Estimation of social network user's influence in a given area of expertise
Nowadays social networks are frequently used to express personal opinion on a topic of interest. Some users' opinion has more informational influence than others do. These users are called influential users. There are services that allow evaluating how popular and influential users are; however, any information on evaluation methods is proprietary and represents know-how of such software services. Furthermore, most services could not provide extensive data on the influential users within the specified area of knowledge. This article proposes the method of evaluating a user influence index within a social network in a given area of expertise
New Supports for Carbon-Metal Catalytic Systems Based on Shungite and Carbonizates of Plant Raw Materials
In this paper, new carbon containing materials based on products of shungite ore enrichment and carbonizates of plant raw materials were studied. The phase transformations occurring during the carbonization process were studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to visualize the surface topography. It was established that supports based on plant raw materials have more developed and homogeneous surface. Specific surface area and porosity was studied by BET (Method of Brunauer-Emmet Taylor). It was found that supports based on plant raw materials have developed microporous surface (383β480 m2/g), with predominant micropores on the surface with dimensions of 1.8β2.5 nm. The mechanical strength of the obtained supports is higher than their industrial analogs and it equals 53β91%. Conversion of methylbutynol on active centers of supports was studied. Supports based on plant raw materials have basic active sites whereby they can be used in base catalysis. Supports based on carbon-mineral raw materials possess acid and basic active sites and they can be used to prepare bidirectional type action of catalysts. The study deals with the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of renal dysfunction in low and extremely low birth weight (ELBW) premature neonates. Objective: to study the specific features of the mechanisms responsible for the development of acute renal failure (ARF) in low and ELBW neonates and to use an analysis of oxygen status parameters as a method for early diagnosis of neonatal ARF. Subjects and methods. The study included 172 neonatal infants with a birth body weight of 800 to 1500 g. The values of blood gas composition and base-acid balance, and oxygen status were daily studied in all the children, by analyzing all the indices reflecting tissue hypoxia. Results. Analysis of oxygen status parameters in relation to a baby’s body weight revealed no considerable differences. The development of renal dysfunction and ARF in low and ELBW neonates was demonstrated to be most frequently caused by the progression of respiratory failure and tissue hypoxia, which suggests secondary renal lesion in the pattern of multiple organ dysfunction. It was ascertained that edema had a direct correlation with a physiological shunt fraction and oxygenation index and a moderate inverse correlation with blood oxygen tension and respiration index. In addition, an inverse correlation was found between the serum concentration of lactate and the daily volume of diuresis. The rate of hourly diuresis had a direct correlation with respiratory index and an inverse correlation with oxygenation index. Conclusion. New Electrodes Prepared from Mineral and Plant Raw Materials of Kazakhstan
Electrode materials were prepared from activated carbonizates of walnut shell, apricot pits and shungite rock from βBakyrchikβ deposit, East Kazakhstan. Physicochemical characteristics of the obtained samples were studied by the Brunauer-EmettTaylor method, scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and other methods. Electrochemical properties of the obtained materials were studied by the method of cyclic voltammetry. It was found that the samples have an amorphous structure. Samples based on plant raw materials after hydrothermal carbonization at 240 Β°Π‘ during 24 h, have more homogeneous and developed surface. Specific surface area of carbon containing materials based on apricot pits is 1300 m2/g, for those on the based on mineral raw material, it is 153 m2/g. It was shown that materials after hydrothermal carbonization can be used for catalytic purposes and electrodes after thermal carbonization for analytical and electrocatalytic purposes.Electrode obtained by HTC have electrocatalytic activity. CSC 240 has high background current (slope i/Π is 43 mΠ Vβ1 cmβ2), low potential of the hydrogen electroreduction (more positive by ~ 0.5 V than samples based on plant raw materials). The reaction of DA determination is more pronounced on the electrodes obtained by HTC 240 Β°C, 24 h, due to the nature, carbon structure and high specific surface area of obtained samples

Experience with Early Enteral Feeding in a Patient with Venoarterial Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation
The study deals with the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of renal dysfunction in low and extremely low birth weight (ELBW) premature neonates. Objective: to study the specific features of the mechanisms responsible for the development of acute renal failure (ARF) in low and ELBW neonates and to use an analysis of oxygen status parameters as a method for early diagnosis of neonatal ARF. Subjects and methods. The study included 172 neonatal infants with a birth body weight of 800 to 1500 g. The values of blood gas composition and base-acid balance, and oxygen status were daily studied in all the children, by analyzing all the indices reflecting tissue hypoxia. Results. Analysis of oxygen status parameters in relation to a baby’s body weight revealed no considerable differences. The development of renal dysfunction and ARF in low and ELBW neonates was demonstrated to be most frequently caused by the progression of respiratory failure and tissue hypoxia, which suggests secondary renal lesion in the pattern of multiple organ dysfunction. It was ascertained that edema had a direct correlation with a physiological shunt fraction and oxygenation index and a moderate inverse correlation with blood oxygen tension and respiration index. In addition, an inverse correlation was found between the serum concentration of lactate and the daily volume of diuresis. The rate of hourly diuresis had a direct correlation with respiratory index and an inverse correlation with oxygenation index. Conclusion.
