The main objective in this case is to restore the structural and functional organization of organs and tissues to restore directed by discount disease functionality of an organism. It should be emphasized that the stimulation of the pathology of the compensation of disturbed functions in rehabilitation of existing technologies is always based on the inclusion of urgent adaptation mechanisms by increasing the intensity of functioning structures which, through subsequent actions (processes) are activated processes of hypertrophy and regeneration to ensure an increase in the number of functioning structures the basis of morphological changes are the basis of long-term mechanisms of adaptation / compensation, which are the basis of clinical adaptation. One of the promising methods of adaptation can be external bioprogramming. Keywords: medical rehabilitation, external bioprogramming, adaptation.

The article presents the results of the study of morphological changes in the kidneys in Wistar rats during the stroke. Hemorrhagic stroke modeling was performed by injecting 0.1-0.2 ml of autoblood through an opening in the temporal bone into the region of the inner capsule of the right hemisphere. To form a hematoma, a stereotaxic destruction was performed. The experimental group consisted of 6 animals, the control group was represented by intact rats (n=3) and rats after trepanation of the temporal bone but without the introduction of autoblood (n=3). The animals were removed from the experiment on days 3 and21. Inthe course of the study, the structural changes in the right and left kidneys were compared to determine the difference in the location of the disorders. According to the results of the histological examination of the medulla, the tendency to reduction of cytological disorders of the epithelium of the tubules of the left kidney was revealed, while in the right kidney the structural disturbances of the tubules of the nephrons and the collecting ducts of the papilla of the kidney were recorded. Based on these data, it is possible to assume renal involvement in rats on day 3 after a stroke and a frequency recovery on day 21. The described histological studies give  a new data on the development of structural changes in renal medulla in rats with hemorrhagic stroke, which can be associated with a violation of electrolyte exchanges at the level of the distal nephron segment

Aim: Identify the possibility of preventing colitis that develops in rats when consuming palm oil against dysbiosis. Materials and Methods: Antidysbiosis agent "Quertulin" (Quercetin + Inulin + Citrate Ca) was used. Biological experiments were performed on rats receiving a non-fat diet (NFD). The second group of rats received a diet in which 15% of starch was replaced with 15% palm oil containing 42% palmitic acid (C16:0). The third group of rats received a diet of palm oil and, in addition, received quertulin 400 mg / kg daily for 38 days. Rats of the 2nd and 3rd groups for development of dysbiosis from the first day of the experiment received lincomycin (60 mg / kg) with drinking water for 5 days. The activity of elastase, catalase, urease, lysozyme and the content of malodialdehyde (MDA) was determined in the gut mucosal homogenates. The ratio of catalase and MDA was calculated by the antioxidant-prooxidant index of API, according to the ratio of relative activity of urease and lysozyme – the degree of dysbiosis. Results: In rats receiving palm oil on the background of dysbiosis, the activity of elastase, urease, MDA content and the degree of dysbiosis increases in the mucosa of the colon, but the activity of catalase, lysozyme, and index API decreases. In rats receiving quertulin, the level of elastase, MDA, catalase, urease and lysozyme normalized, the API index increased and the degree of dysbiosis decreased. Conclusions: Consumption of palm oil on the background of dysbiosis causes the development of colitis and dysbiosis by reducing the level of nonspecific immunity and antioxidant protection. Antidysbiotic mean Quertulin has mucosoprotective action

Background. Previously, we have shown that in humans entropy of the normalized parameters of the HRV and SPD of loci of EEG significantly correlate with the entropy of Leukocytogram and Immunocytogram as well as parameters of immunity, which testifies to their modulating regulatory effects. This article is a direct extension of the previous one. Its purpose is the distribution of the observed contingent into groups that are homogeneous in terms of entropy of the HRV, EEG as well as Leukocytogram and Immunocytogram. Material and methods. In basal conditions in 37 men and 14 women with chronic pyelonephritis and cholecystitis in remission as well as without clinical diagnose but with dysfunction of neuro-endocrine-immune complex and metabolism, we recorded twice, before and after balneotherapy at the spa Truskavets’, EEG (“NeuroCom Standard”) and HRV (“Cardiolab+VSR”). In blood we determined relative content of components (RCC) of Immunocytogram (ICG) (T helper, T cytolytic, B and NK lymphocytes) and Leukocytogram (LCG) (Eosinophils, Stub and Segmentonucleary Neutrophils, Lymphocytes and Monocytes). Than we calculated for each locus of EEG and HRV as well as for ICG and LCG the Entropy (h) of normalized spectral power density (SPD) or RCC using Shannon’s formula. Results. The method of cluster analysis is revealed that in members of the major cluster (60%), the entropy of EEG, HRV, ICG and LCG varies within the normal range (-0,5σ ÷ +0,5σ). The members of the next largest cluster (23%) are characterized by a moderately increased entropy of the SPD of EEG in conjunction with the normal entropy of the ICG and the moderately reduced entropy of HRV and LCG. The members of the third cluster (9%) noted a significantly lower entropy (negentropy) of the SPD in loci F3, F4, T3 and C4; in addition, there is a moderate decrease in the entropy of the LCG. Instead, members of the last cluster (8) noted the negentropy of SPD in paired loci Fp1 and Fp2, T5 and T6, T3 and T4, F7 and F8 as well as O1 and O2; in addition, there is a moderate decrease in entropy of the ICG. The entropy of other EEG locus as well as of HRV and LCG is within the normal range. Conclusion. The enropy of HRV and SPD of loci of EEG as well as ICG and LCG is characterized by a large variation, which corresponds to the known wide variance of parameters of the ICG and LCG, which are subordinate to the regulatory influences of the central and autonomic nervous system

Stages of development of streptozotocin-induced experimental diabetes mellitus

The article presents data about the stages of experimental diabetes mellitus under conditions of the streptozotocin administration. It is noted that in the early development of experimental diabetes, changes in the kidneys proceeds in three stages: physiological adaptation; increasing morphological and functional changes and maladaptation; pathophysiological stage. The data related to changes in glomerular filtration rate, acid excretion, individual morphological alterations, etc. are given. The indicated changes in the opinion of the authors indicate an adaptive reaction of the system of regulation of water-salt metabolism and its main effector organ - the kidneys - to hyperosmia, caused by hyperglycemia with the subsequent formation of diabetic nephropathy

Relationships between the entropies of EEG, HRV, immunocytogram and leukocytogram

Background. In mathematics the entropy is a measure of uncertainty of a random function; in the theory of information entropy is a measure of uncertainty in a situation, any experience (test) that can have different consequences. The entropy is also a measure of disorder, the degree of chaos present in the system. CE Shannon linked the mathematical dependence of the concept of information and entropy, which characterizes the degree of ordering of the system. This estimate of the amount of information coincides with the estimation of the quantitative measure of elimination of uncertainty of entropy, the degree of organization of the system. It is well known about functional interactions between central and autonomic nervous and immune systems. In the context of this concept, we have prioritized research on the interconnections between the entropies of these systems. Than we calculated for each locus of EEG and HRV as well as for ICG and LCG the Entropy (h) of normalized spectral power density (SPD) or RCC using Shannon’s formula: Results. There was a complete absence of correlation between hHRV and hLCG (r=-0,03) as well as hICG (r=-0,03), whereas the relationship between hLCG and hICG is significant (r=-0,40; p<0,001). Accepting the entropy of EEG HRV as a factor, using the correlation analysis with step-by-step exclusion, we obtain the equations for dependent variables. Canonical correlation between hHRV&EEG, on the one hand, and hLCG&Immunity, on the other hand, is strong: R=0,814; R2=0,663; χ2(240)=296; p=0,008. Conclusion. The enropy of HRV and EEG significantly correlate with the entropy and parameters of immunity, which testifies to their modulating regulatory effects

SummaryImprovements in methods in molecular biology, it became possible to determine sporting inclinations using genetic markers already at birth man. In this connection, the introduction of molecular genetic methods in the practice of Sport Science has significantly increased predictive ability of sports and vocational guidance and selection led to the formation of a new section of sports science-molecular genetics sport [1]. The aim of the study was to determine the feasibility of holding sports selection in academic rowing and athletics on the basis of the results of molecular-genetic analysis of A1470T gene polymorphism MCT1. The object of the study was the physical performance of athletes specialised in rowing and athletics. The subject study were molecular genetic factors behind physical performance of athletes. In a study of 40 people participated-2 unit for 20 people each. Experimental group consisted of highly qualified professional athletes specialised in rowing. At the time of research, the 15 athletes were masters of sports and 5-Masters of sports of the international class. A control group consisted of professional athletes of high qualification, specializing in athletics, namely in the Sprint distance. At the time of research, 12 athletes were masters of sports and 8-masters of sports of the international class. Age of participants in both groups ranged from 19 to 25 years. The results lead to the assumption that prevailing in athletes-rowers allele, is a molecular genetic criterion propensity to perform physical activities related to the display of endurance and is associated with a predisposition to rowing lessons. The prevailing in athletes-athletes allele, is a molecular genetic propensity to fulfill the criterion of physical activity associated with the appearance of high-speed characteristics and is associated with a predisposition to athletics, namely its cross-country sprint disciplines. These alleles can be recommended as a diagnostic genetic markers for assessing the propensity for the development and manifestation of endurance and speed

The study of functional and metabolic continuum by metabolism parameters in blood plasma of healthy people as compared with patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension against the background of type 2 diabetes

It is known that existing systems of regulation of energy homeostasis provide adequate needs of the body, depending on both the receipt and use of energy. Moreover, the organization of energy supply has its own characteristics in insulin-dependent and insulin-independent tissues. The main thing in the organization of energy supply is the achievement of the principle of compliance with the functional needs of the body, that is, the maintenance of the functional and metabolic continuum (FMC) We studied the metabolic parameters of FMC in healthy people and patients with type 2 DM and patients with hypertension against the background of type 2 DM according to the study of some indicators of blood plasma. The identified features, in our opinion, are one of the first manifestations of FMC disorder due to insulin resistance With the advent of insulin deficiency, there are increasing disturbances of energy metabolism, which are mainly caused by endothelial dysfunction and neuro-hormonal regulatory shifts of a stressful nature. The consequences or manifestations of these processes can probably be found in all environments of the body: blood, saliva, condensed air, that is, they have a systemic character
