[[alternative]]The Study of Applying Mobile 3D Lidar and Augmented Reality for Construction Quality Management System
[[abstract]]工程施工品質查核作業是國內三級品管制度的基礎,工程團隊若能在工程進行中如實並有效率地完成查核,不僅能成功落實工程品質管理的精神,更能詳實紀錄工程各階段的施工細節及成果,為後續的履約管理或發生爭議處理時提供重要的紀錄資訊。然實務上,卻常因查驗項目繁瑣且多樣,查核人員從準備作業、檢驗查核、拍照記錄到報告撰寫皆需要花費大量時間。尤其檢驗查核時,受紙本二維圖說及量測技術的限制,工程師如何快速根據圖說及設計規範進行查驗,並詳實比對成果確保品質如式卻是一大挑戰(張悠瑩、楊懿..等,2018);而對業主而言,查核作業所記錄之照片能否真實反應實際成果,更是查核作業面對的挑戰。
為了解決上述的問題,本研究嘗試結合光學雷達(Light Detection and Ranging,LiDAR)與擴增實境(Augemented Reality, AR)技術來輔助施工品質查驗,設計一「行動化 3D 施工品質查驗系統」(以下簡稱本系統),以行動裝置進行數位化查驗,將現場的施工成果以行動光學雷達(Light Detection and Ranging, LiDAR)進行掃描,建立施工成果之 3D 模型,再將 BIM 設計模型以 AR 技術呈現給工程師,協助完成設計模型與 LiDAR 現場施作模型之比對,並於最後將查驗結果回傳至雲端資料庫保存,以利於後續工程使用。[[notice]]補正完
積體電路封膠之膠體表面自動瑕疵檢測系統
[[abstract]]晶圓(Wafer)封裝製程(Packaging)使得訊號可透過封裝材料連接至系統,且能避免矽晶片受外力與濕氣之破壞,因此封膠品質掌握了產品的成敗因素,然而,囿於製程的不穩定,封膠(Molding)過程中,膠體表面會產生不同類型的瑕疵,如表面刮痕(Crack)、破損(Dilapidation)與氣洞(Void)等,人工檢測時,破損瑕疵較為明顯不易漏抓,但太細的刮痕瑕疵以及對比不明顯的氣洞則易被忽略;因此,發展一套自動化的膠體瑕疵檢測系統實有其必要性。本研究所發展之系統,以電荷耦合元件(Charge
Coupled Device)、同軸光(Coaxial Light)與背光(Back Light)組成取像光學模組,藉著膠體表面呈現統計性紋理(Statistical Texture)之特性,運用離散傅立葉轉換(Discrete Fourier Transformation)法將紋理映射成頻譜上的高頻成分,並以濾波器加以壓抑;在還原影像上,因紋理的灰度值被限制在一定的範圍內,而瑕疵與正常圖樣則反之,故配合二值化法與二值大型元件(Binary Large Object)之特徵萃取來突顯出膠體上的瑕疵

碩士[[abstract]]「有機食品」在西方社會已經盛行好幾十年,而在台灣是在近幾年才開始風行,因此,有越來越多的人在健康意識激化下抬頭,有機食品也在這樣的社會潮流下越來越受到重視。有機牛肉就是在這樣的脈絡下受到注目,然而目前對於消費者對於有機牛肉消費的意見還在發展階段,尤其是在新興市場像是台灣 。有鑑於此,本研究採用質性研究中的訪談方式訪問有機牛肉的消費者,並將訪談結果整理成研究假設命題,以提供後續研究者參考。同時,本論文亦提供實務上建議以供管理者參考,同時在最後提供研究限制,以供後續研究者參考。[[abstract]]"Organic food" has been popular in the Western society for the last several decades. However, it is not until recently that the concept of organic have been developed in the emerging markets, say like Taiwan market. More and more people in the health awareness intensified under the rise, organic food is also in such a social trend more and more. Be taken seriously. Since prior studies on organic beef are still at the initial stage, our understanding towards organic beef is still limited. Based on this reasoning, this thesis aims to explore the literature gap by interviewing consumers who have prior experiences on organic beef consumption. This thesis adopts qualitative methods to empirically explore the research topic. Based on the results of this interview, several propositions are proposed and this thesis encourage future research to verify the propositions proposed. The influence of surface electricity on internalization of Poly (amidoamine) dendrimers
Dendrimers are highly branched polymer with high density of surface functionality and core cavities. The unique architecture of dendrimers contributes to many medical application. The surface electricity of dendrimers is defined as cationic, anionic and neutral due to the functional group, amine, carboxyl and hydroxyl. The internalization of drug/gene carriers is highly interesting because it is important for designing a suitable drug/gene carrier. In this study, several endocytotic inhibitors were used to investigate the influence of surface electricity on internalization of poly (amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers, and confirmed the cellular distribution of dendrimers in the presense of various endocytotic inhibitors by confocal laser scanning microscopy. The results indicate that the cellular uptakes of different PAMAM dendrimers were obviously influenced of surface functionality on the internalizations. Cationic dendrimer was shown the highest uptake by HeLa cells, while the anionic and neutral was shown rarely enter the cells. The further studies on internalization of cationic dendrimer provide a method to investigate the detail process of the attachment and further endocytosis of particle. Pricing Mortgage Insurance under Exponential L'evy Processes
[[abstract]]在美國和一些已開發的國家,房屋抵押貸款保險可以說是扮演一個很重要的角色於房屋的金融市場中,無論是在減少借貸者所暴露的風險或是助長次級的房貸市場。但事實上不明確的產權和法治效率性,甚至缺乏次級抵押市場,都被視為房屋金融市場發展水準不高的關鍵原因之一。本研究採用Bardhan, Karapandza and Urosevic(2006)之房屋抵押貸款保險訂價模型,同時主要目的在考慮房價在Levy 過程下對抵押貸款保險契約做評價。並且計算實質上房屋抵押貸款保險公司在借款者違約之下實質上的損失,可視為一個賣權的投資組合。此外本文考慮重新收回延遲的時間內的損失,求出房屋抵押貸款保險公司的公平精算現值對其評價。[[abstract]]In the United States and other developed countries mortgage insurance plays an important role in the functioning of the housing since it reduces the risk exposure of lenders and helps the creation of secondary mortgage markets But in fact in addition to unclear property rights and inefficient legal systems the absence of secondary mortgage markets has been identified as one of the key reasons for the low level of development of the housing finance market The purpose of this study is based on the model of Bardhan Karapandza and Urosevic (2006) of the pricing mortgage insurance and considers Lévy process for the housing price at the same time And this paper take into account both the fact that the realized loss for the insurer in the case of borrower’s default can be represented as a portfolio of put options In addition we consider the time of repossession procedure to price mortgage insurance contract as the actuarially fair value of the contrac
A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Communication and Organizational Execution for Elementary Schools in Central Taiwan
[[abstract]]本研究旨在探討中部地區國民小學組織溝通與組織執行力之關係,主要採用問卷調查法,以自編之「中部地區國民小學組織溝通與組織執行力調查問卷」為研究工具,針對中部地區四縣市之110所公立國民小學的主任、組長及教師進行施測,共回收有效問卷609份。並就回收資料進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關等統計方法,以達成研究目的。
本研究之主要結論如下:
一、中部地區國民小學在學校組織溝通方面呈現中高程度。
二、中部地區國民小學在學校組織執行力方面呈現中低程度。
三、中部地區國民小學教師知覺學校組織溝通因職務及學校規模不同而有顯著差異。
四、中部地區國民小學教師知覺學校組織執行力因職務及學校規模不同而有顯著差異。
五、中部地區國民小學組織溝通與組織執行力具有高度正相關。
最後根據研究結果,提出具體建議,以供主管教育行政機關、國民小學校長、教師,以及未來研究做為參考。[[abstract]]The main purpose of this study was to explore the organizational communication and organizational execution for elementary schools in central Taiwan. The study made use of a self-compiled questionnaire survey named ”The questionnaire of organizational communication and organizational execution for elementary schools in central Taiwan”. This questionnaire was designed to aim at the teacher of 110 public elementary schools in central Taiwan. Based on the 609 effective questionnaires returned. The data of questionnaire had been proceeded for statistical analysis with descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and reliability analysis.
The main conclusions were as follows:
1. The degree of the organizational communication by elementary school teachers in central Taiwan was at upper middle levels.
2. The degree of the school organization execution by elementary school teachers in central Taiwan was at middle -low levels.
3. The elementary school teachers in central Taiwan showed significant difference in the organizational communication, because the different current job position, and scale of the school.
4. The elementary school teachers in central Taiwan showed significant difference in the school organization execution, because the different current job position, and scale of the school.
5. The organizational communication was related to the school organization execution obviously.
Based on the study results, some suggestions were proposed for the reference of educational administration authorities, principals of elementary schools, and for the further advanced studies.[[note]]碩

我們手機架設計目的,為使手機架變成為時下手機的必要配備,利用生活美學概念讓物品營造出提高生活品質的感覺,讓人們在使用手機架時,也可以擁有一種優越感,把日常事物上升到審美的高度,不僅僅只是能滿足到最基本的需求,藉由開發的新功能本研究以手機座製造為例,專題內容以生活美學以及裝置藝術為主
台湾人JFL学習者における日本語単語の調査 -視覚呈示と聴覚呈示の比較-
[[abstract]]本專題是以日語為外國語的台灣人學習者為對象,探討日語單字在(1)視覺呈現與聽覺呈現時,單字認知是否有差異?(2)漢字與假名單字的認知是否有差異?結果發現,(1)單字在聽覺呈現時,其認知較視覺呈現時差。(2)假名的單字認知比漢字單字認知佳。由此可知,台灣人日語學習者在學習日語時,除了得多加強日語聽力外,也得加強漢字的聽力
