    智能制造刀具管理系统及刀具剩余寿命监测功能开发

    太平洋白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)β-N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶在二甲亚砜溶液中的失活动力学(英文)

    应用动力学方法研究了太平洋白对虾(Penaeusvannamei)β-N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶在二甲亚砜溶液中以pNP-β-D-GlcNAc为底物时酶活力的变化规律.表明酶在DMSO浓度低于4.20mol/L,酶的失活过程是可逆的,DMSO并不造成酶绝对量的减少,仅对酶的活力发生可逆的下降.测得DMSO对酶抑制的IC50为1.2mol/L.观测了在不同底物浓度下NAGase在0、0.35、0.70、1.05、1.40、1.75mol/L的DMSO溶液中的失活过程,分别测定了游离酶(E)和酶-底物络合物(ES)的微观失活速度常数k+0和k′+0比较结果(k+0值远远大于k′+0)表明,在DMSO溶液中游离酶比酶-底物络合物更易失活,即底物的存在对于酶被DMSO的失活具有明显的保护作用.随着DMSO浓度的增加,游离酶的逆向微观复活速度常数k-0却不断降低,说明在高浓度DMSO环境中,NAGase可逆恢复的能力逐渐微弱

    Dual-Polarized Patch Antenna with High Port Isolation

    针对WlAn的MIMO系统应用要求,并缩小天线所占据的空间,设计具有高端口隔离度的双极化贴片天线。采用共面带状线馈电的环形贴片和微带馈电单极贴片相结合形式,利用环形辐射元与单极子辐射元产生正交线极化的特点,实现双馈双极化天线。实验结果显示,所设计天线的工作频带范围为2.27~2.73gHz,端口隔离度在31db以上。同时,单极结构辐射元主极化要比其交叉极化大25db以上,环形结构辐射元在较大空间范围内其主极化比交叉极化大23db以上。这表明所设计双馈双极化天线具有较高的端口隔离度,且有良好的极化纯度。通过结构参数调整,还可望同时覆盖5.8gHz频段,以满足IEEE802.11n标准要求。A dual-polarized patch antenna with high port isolation is designed to reduce the antenna space in MIMO systems for WLAN.A ring patch of coplanar stripline port and a monopole patch of mirostrip feed line are co-located constructing the dual-port antenna,where the ring radiator and monopole patch can excite the orthogonally linear polarization radiation patterns.The experimental results show that the operating frequency range of the prototype antenna is from 2.27 to2.73GHz and the port isolation is larger than 31dB over the working band.For the monopole radiator the co-polarization electric field level is 25dB larger than the cross-polarization while for the ring radiator this value is larger than 23dB over the working spatial angle.So it can be concluded that the designed antenna has the characteristics of high port isolation and acceptable polarization.By adjusting the structure parameters,it is possible for this antenna to cover the 5.8GHz frequency band as the protocol IEEE802.11n requirement.厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20123012); 高校博士学科点专项科研基金(20120121120027

    概览两岸学者闽台体育文化交流学术研究成果,探讨两岸学者对闽台体育文化交流可持续性发展愿景,论述闽台体育文化交流的迫切性和可行性。通过多类、多项闽台体育文化交流项目的实验设计,实践反馈,实证研究,构建两岸体育文化交流可行的路径。通过对交流过程控制的剖析,对过程目标、形式、内容、方法等基本因素的系统整合,探索两岸体育文化交流合作面临的、急需解决的体制兼容、机构对接、条例配套等系列问题。提出闽台体育文化交流的研究重在创新和具有指导思想明确、项目计划严谨、措施科学合理、机制长效互动的新思路。This paper is to discuss the immediate need and feasibility of the sport cultural exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan in the light of the scholars' anticipation from both sides.In order to keep a constant development of the sport cultural exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan,through a thorough analysis on the experiences drawn from our past projects,we argue that the focus of the research on the exchanges should be placed on producing creative ideas with more well-designed projects which promote long-term interactions.2005年度国家社会科学基金项目(05BTY006

    介绍了以圆钢管为钢骨的劲性高强混凝土柱的抗震性能研究的试验概况,在此基础上采用条带有限元法进行了弯矩-轴力相关曲线的数值分析,计算结果与试验结果大致吻合,可以用于确定该类柱在偏压状态下的极限承载力。The general situation of earthquake-resistant behavior experiments of high concrete columns reinforced with concrete filled steel tube is presented.Based on the experimental results,the numerical analysis of load-moment interaction diagram for the columns is completed using strip finite element analysis method.The calculation results are in basic agreement with those of the experimental values,so the numerical analysis method can be used to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of the columns under eccentric compression

    水电站跨省跨区送电涉及多省份、多品种、多时间尺度等多维度电量曲线分解,且需要考虑复杂的电网调峰等需求,是电站每月发电运行中亟待解决的重要难题。依托实际工程的生产需求,构建了适合跨省、跨区送电的水电站月度合同电量曲线分解模型,考虑保量保价、保量竞价、市场化三类品种电价差异,以及电网调峰、市场和电站运行复杂约束,提出了多省多品种发电收益总和最大的二次规划目标,并采用混合整数线性规划方法实现了模型高效求解。以溪洛渡右岸水电站为依托工程,通过枯期、汛期两个不同的应用场景进行了模型验证,结果表明在满足电网要求的调峰边界条件下,通过优化两省多尺度多品种电量和出力分配,市场化电量优先分配至负荷高峰和平段,可以有效提高电站发电收益

    Preparation and biological safety of basic fibroblast growth factor/double-layered collagen composite

    背景:胶原特殊的分子结构和生物活性有利于多种细胞黏附、增殖和分化,并可降解为新生组织提供足够空间。目的:制备一种复合负载碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的壳聚糖-肝素纳米粒子双层胶原基复合材料,并评价其生物安全性。方法:制备交联风干胶原膜和交联冻干胶原膜。将壳聚糖-肝素纳米粒滴于交联冻干胶原膜上,再将湿态交联风干胶原膜置于复合纳米粒子的交联冻干胶原膜上风干,即碱性成纤维细胞生长因子/双层胶原基复合材料。采用急性全身毒性试验、溶血试验、热原试验和细胞毒性试验评价其生物安全性。结果与结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子/双层胶原基复合材料为双层结构,一侧表面致密,另一侧疏松多孔。在其中间负载碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的壳聚糖-肝素纳米粒子呈不规则球形分布于胶原膜内侧面;急性全身毒性试验、热原试验、溶血试验均为阴性,细胞毒性为0级。说明碱性成纤维细胞生长因子/双层胶原基复合材料具有良好的生物安全性,对机体无毒,符合ISO10993-1评价标准。BACKGROUND: Collagen is a common used scaffold in tissue engineering, its specific molecular structure and biological activity are conducive to a variety of cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation, and can speed up wound healing and degradation to provide sufficient space for new tissues.OBJECTIVE: To prepare a kind of inhomogeneous double layered collagen composite incorporated with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) loaded chitosan-heparin (CS-Hep) nanoparticles, and to evaluate its biological safety.METHODS: The air-dried dense layer collagen membranes and freeze-dried loose layer collagen membrane were prepared respectively and then cross-linked by D-ribose (termed as CAM and CFM respectively).CS-Hep nanoparticles were prepared and then dropped on the surface of CFM.The wet CAM was laid on the surface of CFM with nanoparticles, and then air dried completely at 4 ℃.The obtained material was termed as bDM.Its physical and chemical properties were investigated.In addition, its bio-safety was also examined through acute systemic toxicity, pyrogen, hemolysis and cellular toxicity tests.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The bFGF/double-layered collagen composite was made up of double layers with one dense layer (CAM) and another loose layer (CFM).As part of bDM, CS-Hep nanopartiles with irregular global shape were aligned in the scope of D-period structure of the inner surface of CFM; the bFGF/double-layered collagen composite had no systemic acute toxicity, no cytotoxicity and pyrogen reactions as well as no hemolytic effect.The bFGF/double-layered collagen composite is prepared and found to have good biocompatibility and safety.Moreover, this material conforms to the ISO 10993-1, and can be used as a basic scaffold material in tissue engineering天津市科技支撑计划重点项目(08ZCKFSF02100);博士点基金项目(20101106110042)---

    Establishment of a method to quantitatively detect FLT3 internal tandem duplication in acute myeloid leukemia with denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography

    目的:建立一种应用变性高效液相色谱技术(dHPlC)相对定量检测急性髓细胞白血病(AMl)患者fMS样酪氨酸激酶3(flT3)基因的内部串联重复(ITd)突变的方法。方法:根据flT3-ITd突变基因多位于14外显子而设计引物,用聚合酶链反应(PCr)方法特异性扩增121例AMl患者flT3-ITd突变基因,再用dH-PlC技术相对定量检测flT3-ITd等位基因突变的情况;与毛细管电泳法(CE)检测突变的结果对比进行该方法的有效性检验;最后与121例样品PCr扩增产物的测序结果进行对比。结果:经dHPlC分析后均能得到特征性的洗脱峰。121例样本中检测到flT3-ITd突变阳性的样本13例,总阳性率为10.7%,阳性突变等位基因的比例不一,分布范围中位数为34.5%(11.4%-80.2%),为21-87 bP单个插入片段。阳性率和突变比例与CE方法检测结果相比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),并与121例样本flT3-ITd扩增PCr产物基因测序结果一致。结论:成功建立了一种应用dHPlC相对定量检测AMl患者flT3-ITd基因突变的方法。AIM: To establish a relatively-quantitative method to detect the internal tandem duplication(ITD) mutation of Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3(FLT3)gene in acute myeloid leukemia(AML) patients using denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography(DHPLC).METHODS: According to the fact that much more FLT3-ITD mutations are located in exon 14,we designed the primers,and use the method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) to specifically amplify FLT3-ITD mutation gene in 121 cases of AML,and relatively quantified the situation of mutant allelic gene of FLT3-ITD by the method of DHPLC.The effectiveness of DHPLC was verified by the method of capillary electrophoresis(CE).The sequenced results from PCR amplified products of 121 samples were compared.RESULTS: A characteristic of elution peak was detected by DHPLC with 10.7% overall positive rate(13/121) and varied in the proportion of mutant alleles,with a single duplicated insert fragment from 21 bp to 87 bp.The median range of mutant alleles was 34.5%(11.4%-80.2%).No significant difference of the positive rates and mutation proportions between the results with DHPLC and the results with CE method was observed.The results of FLT3-ITD mutant gene of 121 samples were consistent with the results using sequencing method.CONCLUSION: A relatively-quantitative method to analyze AML patients with FLT3-ITD mutation by DHPLC is successfully established
