    The Development of a New Type of Medical Rehabilitation Brace for Lower Limbs

    本文阐述了一种新型医用下肢康复支具的研制过程。该装置主要由承重装置、负重装置、负重调节装置以及压力检测装置等结构组成,具有调节、设定以及控制负重载荷等功能,可使行内固定术后的下肢骨折患者早期进行负重、行走功能锻炼,促进其骨折愈合及肢体功能康复,减少术后并发症,具有一定的实用价值。The paper expounded the development of a new type of medical rehabilitation brace for lower limbs. The device was mainly composed of different structures including the hip weight-bearing device, the foot weight-bearing device, the weight-bearing adjustment device and the pressure detection device. The brace was designed to allow patients to carry out weight-bearing exercises and walking exercises in early postoperative period after receiving internal fixation of lower limb fracture. It could also promote fracture healing and functional recovery of lower limbs and reduce postoperative complications, which is of certain clinical value

    小檗碱对口服降糖药糖尿病患者的胃肠激素及肠道菌群的影响

    目的:探讨盐酸小檗碱对2型糖尿病(T2DM)胃泌素(GAS)、胰高血糖素(GLC)及肠道菌群的影响。方法:以25例口服降糖药治疗的T2DM患者为治疗组,对照组选取健康人群10例。T2DM患者常规治疗,同时给予盐酸小檗碱500 mg,每日3次,连续12周。分别于0、4、8、12周检测血糖、GAS、GLC,于0、12周采集清晨空腹粪便进行粪便菌群培养。结果:治疗组治疗后FPG及餐后1hPG有不同程度的下降(P<0.05)。治疗前后治疗组GAS、GLC水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后GAS水平持续升高(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组厚壁菌门明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组大肠杆菌属明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前治疗组柔嫩梭菌属明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组厚壁菌门明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前后治疗组拟杆菌明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小檗碱有助于改善T2DM患者胃肠激素、肠道菌群失调现象,改善糖代谢紊乱。福州市卫计委创新团队课题(2015-S-wt2);;福建省中青年骨干科技计划项目(2015-ZQN-JC-37

    盐酸小檗碱对糖尿病患者血糖、胃肠激素及肠道菌群的影响

    目的探讨盐酸小檗碱对2型糖尿病患者胃泌素、胰高血糖素及肠道菌群的影响。方法选择我院单用胰岛素治疗的2型糖尿病患者25例为治疗组,选取同期体检中心体检健康人群10例为对照组。治疗组根据血糖情况调整胰岛素剂量,同时给予盐酸小檗碱每次500mg,tid,连续12周。分别于0、4、8、12周检测血糖、胃泌素、胰高血糖素,于0、12周采集清晨空腹粪便进行粪便菌群培养。结果治疗组治疗前后胃泌素水平均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组治疗前厚壁菌门高于治疗后及对照组水平(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前乳酸杆菌属、拟杆菌属明显低于治疗后水平(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前拟杆菌属、柔嫩梭菌属低于对照组水平(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者存在胃肠激素及肠道菌群失调,盐酸小檗碱有助于改善糖尿病患者胃肠激素、肠道菌群失调现象。福州市卫生计生系统科技计划项目(2015-S-wt2);;福建省中青年骨干科技计划项目(2015-ZQN-JC-37

    异三核过渡金属配合物〔Fe2Ⅲ MⅡO(OOCC2H5)6L3〕(M=Co,Ni,Mn;L=C5 H5N,H2O)溶液行为的NMR和UV谱表征

    A series of new heterotrinuclear transition-metal complexes [(Fe2MO)-M-I-O-I(OOCC2H5)(6)L-3] (M = Co, Ni, Mn; L = C5H5N, H2O) were synthesized and characterized. Their structures and dynamics in different solutions and temperatures were investigated by NMR and UV. Assignments of the H-1 NMR spectra were made on the basis of relative intensities, broadening, substitution with appropriate ligands and spin-lattice relaxation. Experimental results shows that there is antiferromagnetic exchange interaction among the three metal ions within M3O core. It is found that these complexes in DMSO, CD3CN, CDl(3) and CD3COCD3 solvents are stable at room temperature and their structures in solution are the same as their crystal ones. However, the complexes decomposed into carboxylic acid, pyridin and metal ions in water. The results may be helpful in guiding synthesis of similar complexes

    针对原有千车故障数统计方法上的不足,本文从改进统计方法着手,提出一种新的统计方法即重新定义千车故障数,然后利用数据挖掘中的聚类分析方法将具有相同特征的批次综合起来考虑,建立通用的运筹模型.针对缺失数据、近期预测这两个问题,本文对通用模型进行调整,“学习”出同类数据间的不同权值,然后利用加权数据,并通过拟合曲线来求出预测值.由于远期预测中数据的严重缺乏,则是从纯粹统计学的角度出发,计算得到预测值.预测模型通用性强,适用面较广.本文应用了SAS和MATLAB两种软件来求解上述模型,预测结果准确率较高,并且符合实际情况.Responding to the drawbacks of the old statistical method of the number of down-broken cars per thousand, this paper attempts to improve the existing statistical method to recreate a new one, namely we redefine the number of down-broken cars per thousand and utilize the cluster analysis in data mining to establish a universal operational model, so as to comprehensively consider those groups which members share certain properties in common.For the questions of scanty of data and short-term forecast,we adjust the universal operational model and study the different weight among the same class.Base on the weighted data, we can get the value of forecast through fitting the curve. Since acute shortage of data in long-term forecast, we start from the view point of pure statistics and get the forecast value. The forecast model can be used comprehensively. This paper solves the model mentioned above by using SAS and MATLAB, the forecasted result with high veracity of and conforms to practical condition

    Phylogenetic Relationships Among Several Species of Cranes in Gruidae Based on Cytochrome b DNA Sequence

    采用聚合酶链式反应,从丹顶鹤(G.joponensis♂)、白枕鹤(G.vipio♀)、灰鹤(G.grus)及丹顶鹤♂和白枕鹤♀的4个杂交子代中分别扩增出线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因,并测定出细胞色素b碱基序列,它们之间的序列差异在0.1%~7.2%之间.序列分析表明几种鹤类细胞色素b基因序列的碱基变化主要是转换和颠换,转换的比率大于颠换;绘制几种鹤类细胞色素b之间的亲缘关系进化树表明丹顶鹤和灰鹤的进化距离更近,4个杂交子代与母本白枕鹤的亲缘关系更近.Using PCR techniques the fragments of the Cytochrome-b were amplified and sequenced from G.joponensis (♂)、G.vipio(♀)、G.grus and four interspecific F_1 hybrids between G.joponensis(♂) and G.vipio (♀).The sequence analysing of Cytochrome-b from several cranes in Gruidae showed that the substitution of nucleotide was mainly transitions and transversions,and the ratio of transitions was much larger than transversions.Relationship of several cranes in Gruidae based on Cytochrome-b were estimated using Parsmony analysis and boot strapping.The differences among the sequences of Cytochrome-b from G.joponensis (♂) 、G.vipio (♀) 、G.grus and four interspecific F_1 hybrids between G.joponensis (♂) and G.vipio (♀) were 0.1%~7.2%.The Phylogenetic-tree was made according to Cytochrome-b from several cranes in Gruidae and showed that the phylogenetic relationship between G.joponensis and G.grus was intimate and four filial generations of intercross between G.joponensis (♂) and G.vipio (♀) was relatively close to G.vipio (♀)

    在合成和表征了一系列新的异核异价三核过渡金属羧酸配合物〔Fe2 Ⅲ MⅡ O (OOCC2 H5 ) 6 L3〕 (M =Co ,Ni,Mn ;L =C5 H5 N ,H2 O)的基础上 ,利用多种NMR技术并结合UV谱研究了这些配合物在不同溶剂介质和温度下的谱学特征和动力学性质。利用谱峰积分比例、线宽、相同骨架分子的配体取代和纵向弛豫时间对1 HNMR谱进行了归属。实验结果表明 :这类配合物的金属离子间通过中心氧桥存在一定的反铁磁相互作用 ,从而在整体上削弱了顺磁性的影响 ,仍能观察到NMR谱。实验还发现这些配合物在CD3CN和DMSO溶剂中的结构与晶体结构一致 ,而在水中则分解为金属离子、羧酸盐和吡啶。这些结果有助于指导类似配合物的合成A series of new heterotrinuclear transition metal complexes 〔Fe 2 ⅢM ⅡO(OOCC 2H 5) 6L 3〕 (M = Co, Ni, Mn; L = C 5H 5N, H 2O) were synthesized and characterized.
