    Effects of Varying Tension and Stiffness on Dynamic Characteristics and VIV of Slender Riser

    A time-domain approach for predicting dynamic characteristics and vortex-induced vibration (VIV) response of deepwater risers is proposed by coupling finite element simulation and a hydrodynamic model. Numerical results indicate that axially varying structural parameters can efficiently change the modal wave length as well as the modal displacement. Further, VIV response indicates that vibration amplitude depends on a complex synthetical effect of tension, stiffness and wave length. Generally speaking, for lower modes the response amplitude is larger at the axial position where tension is smaller, whereas for higher modes the response amplitude is larger at the axial position where bending stiffness is lower. Moreover, vibration wave velocity increases with increasing modal wave length

    细长轴对称体的水弹性振动特性分析

    以在水中做纵向平面内运动的细长轴对称体为研究对象.在建立描述流体-结构耦合振动系统的计算模型时,对固体采用位移(包括刚体运动位移和弹性Euler梁振动位移),对流体采用压力作为基本变量,首先建立了考虑流体作用力的结构动力学方程,推导了考虑结构运动的流体压力表达式,分析了水动力载荷的特征:包括水动压力的来源,组成,分布形式与影响范围等.在此基础上给出了描述水中运动物体的位移(结构)-压力(流体)格式的流固耦合系统模型.然后利用有限元数值方法(FEM)对方程进行了求解,克服了解析解对研究对象外形的限制,同时避免了流固耦合直接数值模拟中CFD+FEM的复杂性,对于典型的工程结构非常适用.最后,通过算例给出了水中运动物体的水弹性频率和模态,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,证明了本文计算模型的有效

    Preliminary pharmacodynamic study of STS as an adjuvant ofthe chemotherapy drugs in Vitro and in Vivo

    目的:研究硫代硫酸钠(STS)是否能在体内、外作为化疗药的辅药。方法:应用MTT法研究STS分别与AdM、MMC和CddP等6种抗癌单药合用时对bEl-7402和MgC80-3细胞的细胞毒性作用;应用小鼠肝癌腹水瘤(H22)模型判断STS与AdM等3种药合用时的抗癌疗效;20例人原发性肝癌病人肝动脉插管化疗(AdM、MMC和CddP)前30MIn静脉推注STS(125~25g/M2)考察STS作为化疗药辅药的作用。结果:除了CddP以外,STS(500μg/Ml)与AdM等5种抗癌单药合用时对抗癌药的抗肿瘤细胞活性无明显影响(P>005)。当不同剂量STS(350Mg/kg、35Mg/kg)分别与AdM(6Mg/kg)、MMC(14Mg/kg)和CddP(45Mg/kg)合用或仅这3种化疗药合用时,这3组腹水瘤小鼠的存活期比对照组者显著延长(P<0001),但3组之间无明显区别(P>005)。人肝癌肝动脉插管化疗时,STS与AdM、MMC和CddP抗癌药合用,肝癌治疗总有效率达60%,且可减少70%病人的恶心、呕吐等副作用。结论:在体内,低浓度的STS(125~25g/M2)可与AdM,MM?Objective: To study whether sodium thiosulfate (STS) can be used as an adjuvant of the chemotherapy drugs. Methods: The cytotoxicity of STS combined with ADM, MMC, CDDP, 5Fu, MTX and VCR (1PPC/ml) respectively on the cells of BEL7402 and MGc803 was studied by MTT test in vitro.The ascitic hepatoma (H22) in mice were adopted to determine the anticancer effect of STS adjuvant of ADMMMC and CDDP.Being treated with STS(12525 g/m2) 30 min before drug administration,20 patients of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were carried on transcatheter arterial chemoembolization with ADMMMC and CDDP to observe the adjuvant effect of STS. Results: The anticancer activity of ADM and the other agents respectively adjuvant with STS (500 g/ml) were not obviously influented (P >005), but that for CDDP was influented .It was proven that the survival time of ascitic hepatoma treated with ADM (6 mg/kg),MMC (14 mg/kg) and CDDP (45 mg/kg) alone or three drugs in addition to STS (350 mg/kg,35 mg/kg) respectively was not significantly different (P >005).The survival time of each groups was significantly longer than that of control group (P< 0001).It have also been proven that STS adjuvant of ADM, MMC and CDDP was not decreased the chemotherapry effect (RR=60%) by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in HCC, simultaneously it alleviated the nausea and vomiting in 70%patients. Conclusion: The study provides evidence that in vivo, STS (12525 g/m2) can be used as an adjuvant of chemotherapy drugs,such as ADM,MMC, including CDDP, and so on , for decreasing nausea and vomiting effects, espacially for transcatheter chemotherapy .福建省“八五”肝癌攻关课

    Mechanism of Absolute Asymmetric Synthesis and Solid-State CD Spectroscopy of BPOB

    以苯乙酮与间苯二甲酸甲酯为原料经由Claisen缩合制备了1,3-二(3-苯基-3-氧代丙烯醇)苯(BPOB).用元素分析、MS、1H NMR、UV吸收光谱、X射线单晶衍射和固体CD光谱等对其进行了表征.晶体结构数据显示,BPOB属于Sohncke空间群P212121,UV和1H NMR谱表明,BPOB在溶液中主要以烯醇式存在,固体CD光谱和重结晶实验证明,BPOB手性晶体的形成是结晶诱导的绝对不对称合成.1,3-bis(3-phenyl-3-oxopropanoyl)benzene (BPOB) was prepared by Claisen condensation of aceto-phenone and dimethyl isophthalate and characterized by elemental analysis, MS, 1H NMR, UV absorption spectrum, solid-state circular dichroism (CD) spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.     How accurate are Th-234 measurements in seawater based on the MnO2-impregnated cartridge technique?

    In the past decade, a MnO2-impregnated cartridge technique has been widely used to extract Th-234 from seawater. One of the inherent assumptions associated with this technique is that all Th species in the dissolved phase are subject to extraction by the MnO2 cartridges. In this study, an intercalibration between the cartridge technique and a small-volume MnO2 coprecipitation technique was carried out to test this assumption. We demonstrated that the collection efficiency for Th-234 could be substantially overestimated by the MnO2 cartridge technique. This may be the result of organic complexation of a significant portion of Th-234 in seawater, causing this fraction of Th to pass through the MnO2 cartridges. The overestimate in collection efficiency may explain the deep-water Th-234 deficit observed in some oceanographic settings (e.g., the Gulf of Mexico, the Middle Atlantic Bight, and the Gulf of Maine). Sensitivity tests show that using the cartridge technique can yield Th-234-based particulate organic carbon export rates that are overestimated by factors of up to 10. Furthermore, the frequent observed disagreements between Th fluxes recorded by shallow sediment traps and estimated using the cartridge method may be ascribed, at least partially, to this methodological issue
