    硫酸盐体系三价铬沉积机理及镀层表征

    在新研发的硫酸盐三价铬镀厚铬的镀液体系中,运用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)和循环伏安法(CV)对三价铬在铜电极表面的电沉积过程进行研究,并运用X射线荧光测厚仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计和Tafel曲线表征铬镀层厚度、形貌、组成、结构、显微硬度及在3.5wt%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性.结果表明,在该体系中三价铬的沉积过程分两步进行(Cr3++e→Cr2+,Cr2++2e→Cr),第一步得到1个电子,受电化学过程和扩散过程共同控制;第二步得到2个电子,为扩散控制下的不可逆过程.该镀层为瘤状纳米晶结构,镀层中含有少量的铁元素(1.10wt%),显微硬度达到789.2 Hv,镀层在3.5wt%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电位Ecorr为-0.29 V,腐蚀电流密度jcorr为9.26×10-5A·dm-2.国家自然科学基金项目(No.21621091)资

    New Image Interpolation Method Based on Ramp Edge Model

    基于斜坡边缘模型的经典插值方法把所有边缘归为强边缘,导致弱边缘过分增强而失真。针对该问题提出基于斜坡边缘模型的图像插值新方法(nIIbrEd),对强弱边缘采用不同方法,考虑边缘宽度随图像放大而增大的情况,对放大图像进行修复。实验结果证明,nIIbrEd使放大图像的边缘更自然且清晰,取得了更好的纹理效果。Classical interpolation method based on ramp edge model considers all the edges as strong edges,which results in weak edges' distortion.Aiming at this problem,a New Image Interpolation method Based on Ramp EDge model(NIIBRED) is proposed,which uses different methods for strong edges and weak edges.This method considers that the edges generated in the enlarged image do not have the same width,and reconstructs the enlarged image.Experimental results show that NIIBRED can make the enlarged image's edges more natural and clearer,and obtain better texture effects.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60472081);航空科学基金资助项目(05F07001

    Medication rules in the treatment of digestive system neoplasms of WANG Yan-hui

    目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析王彦晖教授治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。方法:收集并筛选王教授于厦门燕来福国医堂治疗消化系统肿瘤病案,录入中医; 传承辅助平台软件,运用软件集成的数据分析方法,分析王教授治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。结果:筛选出治疗消化系统肿瘤处方672首,分析得出其治疗消化; 系统肿瘤常用药物包括茯苓、陈皮、姜半夏、莪术、三棱、党参、白术、龙骨、牡蛎等,并演化出4首治疗消化系统肿瘤的新处方。结论:王教授治疗消化系统肿瘤; 以益气健脾、理气化痰、祛瘀散结为基本大法,扶正祛邪并重,同时根据闽南地区脾虚湿盛的致病特点重视健脾袪湿治法,并兼顾安神、止痛等治法以综合调理患者; 的机体状态。Objective: To study the medication rules in the treatment of digestive; system neoplasms of professor WANG Yan-hui using the traditional Chinese; medicine inheritance support system software (TCMISS, V2.5). Methods:; The prescriptions used by professor WANG Yan-hui in treating digestive; system neoplasms at the Yan-Lai-Fu Chinese Medicine Clinic were; collected as input data into TCMISS and were analyzed by software; integration method. Results: Totally of 672 prescriptions were selected; according to the collection standard in digestive system neoplasms; treatment. It was found that the most frequently used Chinese medicine; in these prescriptions including Tuckahoe, Pericarpium Citri; Reticulatae, Pinellia Tuber, Rhioxma Curcumae Aeruginosae, Rhizome of; Common Burreed, Root of Pilose Asiabell, Rhizome of Largehead; Atractylodes, Fossilizid, Oyster Shell, and so on. Furthermore, four new; prescriptions for treating digestive system neoplasms were created.; Conclusion: The core rules of professor WANG Yan-hui in treating; digestive system neoplasms were invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,; regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and dispelling stasis and; resolving hard mass, which means that strengthening vital qi and; eliminating pathogenic factor are equally emphasized in his; prescriptions.     在成功实现半导体硅表面电沉积致密金膜的柠檬酸盐镀金实际应用体系中,运用循环伏安和电位阶跃法研究了Au在n型SI(111)电极表面的电沉积过程和成核机理.结果表明,在该体系中,Au在SI表面呈现不可逆电极过程,成核过电位达到250 M V;根据COTTrEll方程求得扩散系数d=(1.81±0.14)x10–4 CM2 S–1;运用SCHArIfkEr-HIllS(SH)理论模型对比分析拟合实验结果,表明Au在n型SI表面遵循扩散控制下的三维连续成核机理;通过扫描电子显微镜观察Au初期成核、生长形貌,进一步证实了Au的三维连续成核机制,并讨论了阶跃电位和阶跃时间对Au核形貌和密度的影响.Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry have been used to investigate the mechanism of gold electrodeposition on the n-Si(111) electrode surface from a citrate bath, which had successfully applied to directly electroplate a dense gold film on the silicon surface.The results show that Au electrodeposition on the n-type silicon surface is an irreversible process, and the nucleation overpotential reaches 250 m V.According to Cottrell equation, the diffusion coefficient(D) is calculated to be(1.81 ± 0.14) × 10-4 cm2 s-1.The Scharifker-Hills(SH) model was used to analyze the experimental data.Agreement between the fitting curves and the theoretical curves confirms that the nucleation process of Au electrodeposition on the n-type silicon surface follows the progressive nucleation mechanism with three-dimensional growth under diffusion control.To further confirm the progressive nucleation mechanism, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe the nucleation and growth of Au deposits at the initial stage of electrodeposition.The SEM results show that the morphology and density of the Au deposits are affected by the electrochemical deposition potential and time.国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项(2011YQ03012406); 国家自然科学基金界面电化学创新群体(21321062)及国家自然科学基金(21373172)资助项目~

    SARS-CoV N蛋白与人冠状病毒HCoV-OC43和HCoV-229E的交叉反应表位及特异表位的确定

    为确定SARS-CoV N蛋白的特异抗原表位,对3种人冠状病毒SARS-CoV、HCoV-OC43和HCoV-229E N蛋白之间的交叉免疫反应进行了系统研究。构建了分别表达SARS-CoV、HCoV-OC43和HCoV-229E N蛋白的重组痘苗病毒,并制备了相应的小鼠免疫血清。用间接免疫荧光方法,检测了3种N蛋白的表达及其与3种冠状病毒免疫动物血清和SARS病人恢复期血清之间的反应。与此同时,用Western blot方法分析了原核表达的39个不同区段的SARS-CoV N蛋白与3种冠状病毒动物免疫血清和SARS病人恢复期血清之间的交叉反应性。免疫荧光检测结果表明,SARS-CoV、HCoV-OC43和HCoV-229E3种病毒的N蛋白在重组痘苗病毒感染的HeLa细胞中均可以特异表达;3种N蛋白之间存在明显交叉免疫反应。Western blot结果显示,SARS-CoV N蛋白的表位主要位于30~60aa、170~184aa、301~320aa和360~422aa;与HCoV-OC43的交叉反应表位主要位于30~60aa、90~120aa、204~214aa和320~360aa;与HCoV-229E的交叉反应表位主要位于30~60aa、150~160aa和301~360aa。含SARS-CoV N蛋白特异表位的重组肽N155b(60~214aa)和N185(30~214aa)只与SARS病人恢复期血清和灭活SARS-CoV免疫小鼠的血清反应,而不与灭活HCoV-OC43和HCoV-229E免疫的山羊血清产生交叉反应。上述结果为使用SARS-CoV N蛋白抗原进行特异诊断试剂的研究,提供了重要的实验依据
