Study on electrodeposition process, characterization and mechanism of functional trivalent chromium in sulfate bath

Abstract

铬镀层因具有较高的硬度、良好的耐磨性和耐蚀性,以及白色泛蓝装饰性外观而被广泛地应用于汽车、电子、日常五金和航空航天等领域。传统的六价铬电镀因其剧毒性,对环境和人类健康均产生威胁,已日益不能满足绿色发展的需求。三价铬电镀工艺具有相较于六价铬的低毒性,不受电流中断影响,废水处理简单且不腐蚀设备等优势,是最佳的代六价铬电镀工艺之一。目前,三价铬常用于装饰性镀铬,而功能性厚铬镀层的电沉积工艺仍不成熟,有待进一步研究。 本文在课题组已研发的硫酸盐三价铬装饰性镀铬的工艺基础上,通过大量实验成功开发出硫酸盐三价铬电沉积厚铬工艺。采用X射线荧光测厚仪(XRF)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散谱(E...The chromium coating has been widely used in automotive, electronics, daily hardware and aerospace fields because of its high hardness, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and decorative appearance.
