    Variation of photovoltage spectra for SnO_2/PS/Si during prior-and post-adsorption

    A Method for 3D Multispectral Data CompressionBased on KLT/WT/WTVQ

    提出了三维多光谱图像数据压缩的新方法 .在对多光谱图像数据进行 Karhunen- L eove变换(KL T)消除谱相关性 ,再应用小波变换 (WT)对 KL T后的多光谱图像数据进行消除空间相关性 .采用特殊矢量量化编码 ,叫作小波树矢量量化 (WTVQ)编码对每个谱象数据进行压缩 ,获得较高的压缩性能 .实验结果表明 :KLT/ WT/ WTVQ压缩方法比 KL T/ JPEG和 KL T/ WT/ FSVQ压缩方法在相同的 PSNR条件下 ,CR提高 2 0以上 ,整体压缩性能有较大的提高 ;在同样压缩比 (CR)条件下 ,压缩速度提高 3倍In this paper, a new method for multispectral image data was proposed. After Karhunen leove transformation (KLT) was applied in multispectral image d ata to exploit the spectral correlation, Wavelet Transformation(WT) was used fo r the transformed multispectral image data to remove spatial redundancy. Then a special Vector Quantization, called Wavelet Tree Vector Quantization(WTVQ), is designed to compress the every spectral image data, and a higher compression per formance is obtained. Experiment results shows that, in comparison of thi s method of KLT/WT/WTVQ with the method of KLT/JPEG and KLT/WT/FSVQ, the CR is i ncreased 20folds in the case of same PSNR, and the total compression performance has a great enhancement.;the compression speed is enhanced tree times in the c ase of same Compression Ratio(CR).福建省自然科学基金 (9910 0 0 2 );; 厦门大学科研启动基金资助项

    An New Image Denoising Method Using Wavelet Transformation Technique

    提出了基于小波变换技术消除高斯噪声和 speckle噪声的图象去噪声方法 ,并用合成孔径雷达图象数据对所提出的方法进行了验证 .实验结果表明 :提出的方法和传统的方法相比 ,在消除图象中高斯噪声和 speckle噪声十分有效 .该方法也可以广泛地应用于受噪声污染的各种图象噪声消除 ,特别适用于微波 C波段和 X波段遥感图象数据 .An image denoising method of removing Gaussian noise and speckle noise based on wavelet transformation technique is proposed.The Synthesis Aperture Radar (SAR) image data are applied to test efficiency of these methods. The experimental results show that in comparison with conventional ways, these methods have effects on Gaussian noise and speckle noise in image data.     An Image Data Compression Algorithm Based on WT and Quadtree Vector Quantization

    小波变换在时域和频域具有良好的局部化性能 ,因而在图象压缩编码中得到广泛应用 .矢量量化则因为其压缩比大 ,原理和算法相对简单 ,成为图象压缩的又一重要方法 .采用小波变换与四元树矢量量化相结合对二维图象进行编码 .结果表明 ,该方法可以获得较高的压缩比及 PSNR.Because of the good localization performances of both time and frequency field, wavelet transformation gets a wide use in image compression coding, on the other hand, VQ becomes an important technique of image compression for its high compression ratio and simple theory and algorithm. In this paper, an image of 2 D by a method combining the wavelet transform and the QTVQ is encoded.     提出了基于KLT/WT和谱特征矢量量化 (SFCVQ)三维谱像数据压缩的新方法。在对多光谱图像数据进行Karhunen Leove变换 (KLT)消除谱相关性 ,再应用小波变换 (WT)对KLT后的多光谱图像数据进行消除空间相关性。采用SFCVQ编码对每个谱像数据进行压缩 ,获得较高的压缩性能。实验结果表明 :KLT/WT/SFCVQ方法和KLT/WT/VQ压缩方法比在同样压缩比 (CR)条件下 ,峰值信噪比 (PSNR)没明显变化 ,而速度提高了 30倍 ,比KLT/WT/FSVQ也提高了 5倍 ,整体压缩性能有较大的提高。In this paper we propose a new method for multispec tr al image data compression based on Karhunen-Leove Transformation (KLT)/Wavelet Transformation (WT) and VQ with Spectral Feature Coding(SFCVQ). After KLT is app lied to multispectral image data for exploiting the spectral correlation, the Wa velet Transformation (WT) is used for the transformed multispectral image data t o remove spatial redundancy. Then the SFCVQ is designed to compress every spectr al image data. A higher compression performance is obtained. Three-dimensional Karhunen-Loève transformation/wavelet transformation/spectral feature coding vector quantification (SFCVQ) implement three-dimensional compression for three-dimensional multispectral image data with two-dimensional set partition embedded block (SPECK) and one-dimensional spectral feature vector quantification (SFVQ) coding, applying Karhunen-Loève transformation to exploit the spectral correlation in multispectral image data and using two-dimensional wavelet transformation (WT) to remove the spatial redundancy in the multispectral image data, and a high compression performance is got as well. Experimental results show: if Karhunen-Loève transformation/wavelet transformation/wavelet spectral feature coding vector quantification (WSFCVQ) method are compared with the method of Karhunen-Loève transformation/wavelet transformation/improvement BiBlock zero tree coding (IBBZTC) and the method of Karhunen-Loève transformation/wavelet transformation/fast speed vector quantification (FSVQ), the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) is enhanced by over 2 dB and 1 dB, the compression speed increased by 1.5 and 8 times respectively, and the total compression performance is greatly improved.福建省自然科学基金 (A0 2 10 0 0 2 );; 模式识别国家重点实验室开放基金;; 国家留学基金资助课

    An Improved Biblock Zero Tree Coding for Hyperspectral Data Compression

    提出了对块零树的预测二值标量量化压缩编码方法 ,给出了压缩比公式 ,并应用此压缩编码实现了对超细光谱数据的压缩。该压缩编码方法既具有小波零树压缩编码高压缩比和宜于实时实现的特点 ,同时具有编码、解码速度快和易于实时传输等优点。实验结果表明 :改进的对块零树编码压缩 (IBBZTC)方法在不传输剩余误差的情况下 ,达到 190倍的压缩比时 ,峰值信噪比仍然在 30dB以上 ,压缩性能优于KL变换静止图像压缩 (KLT JPEG)、小波变换矢量量化 (WT VQ)、小波变换零树矢量量化 (WT ZTVQ)和对块零树编码压缩方法An improved biblock zero tree compression coding (IBBZTC) method with predictive binary scalar quantization and a compression ratio formula is given. The IBBZTC way is applied for hyperspectral data compression. This method is characterized by ZTC′s high compression ratio, real time implementing, and advantages of higher coding/decoding speed and real time transmission. The experimental results show that the total compression performance of IBBZTC outperforms the KL transformation joint photographic experts group (KLT JPEG), wavelet transform vector quantization (WT VQ), wavelent transform zero tree vector quantization (WT ZTVQ) and biblock zero tree coding (BBZTC) compression methods without transmitting residue error.     从辐照过的钍中分离镤的研究

    研究了以1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基吡唑啉酮-5(PMBP)和三异辛胺(TIOA)为萃取剂,盐酸-氢氟酸溶液为反萃剂,从中子辐照过的钍中分离纯化镤的一个快速、有效的流程。对流程的一些主要步骤中的分离条件作了研究。以钍的裂变产物为多重示踪剂检验了该流程,得到了主要杂质元素的去污因子,给出了镤的回收率。A rapid and efficient procedure for separation of trace protactinium from thorium irradiated by 14 MeV neutrons is described by using 1 phenyl 3 methyl 4 benzoylpyrazolone 5(PMBP) and triisooctyl amine (TIOA) as extractants and hydrochloric hydrofluoric acid solution as back extractant.The separating conditions in some main steps of this procedure has been studied.The decontamination factors for principal impurity elements and the recovery efficiency for 233 Pa has been obtained.The procedu..
