     圚研制合成氚基磺酞系高效减氎剂的过皋䞭,对比了合成产品的无泌氎氎泥净浆圚2h内的流劚床和掺入了合成产品的混凝土圚2h内的坍萜床损倱倌。结果衚明,利甚合成产品的无泌氎氎泥净浆流劚床的保持性胜可以定性刀定合成产品圚保持混凝土坍萜床方面的胜力。采甚这䞀方法,圚检测合成产品性胜的过皋䞭,可以倧倧减少后期混凝土性胜检测的试验量。This paper mainly discusses the performances of cement paste applying Point-AH superplasticizer of sulfonic acid series.And the fluidity of cement paste without bleeding in two hours and the slump loss of concrete in two hours are studied.The results show that the ability of the synthesis production to control the slump loss can be qualitatively determined through the ability to keep the fluidity of cement paste without bleeding.By this method,concrete experiments can be largely reduced in the performance testing of the synthesis production

    SBA-15 supported vanadium oxide catalyst for selective oxidation of methane

    The VOx/SBA-15 has been found to be a better catalyst for the selective oxidation of methane to formaldehyde than SBA-15-supported Mo and W oxides. The influences of catalyst support and vanadium source on catalytic performances have been studied. The results show that SBA-15 is a better support than MCM-41 and Cab-O-Sil, and the catalyst with NH4VO3 as the precursor exhibits higher performances. The addition of phosphorus has been found to enhance slightly the selectivity to HCHO. Characterizations by XRD, N-2 physical adsorption, Raman spectroscopy and H-2-TPR suggest that the supported VOx species with loading amounts lower than 3 wt% be highly dispersed (probably as monomer) and contribute to the selective oxidation of methane to formaldehyde

    Two waxy wheat cultivars, "Hatsumochi" and "Mochiotome", were developed at the Tohoku National Agricultural Experiment Station (Morioka city, Iwate Prefecture, Japan) in 2000. These waxy cultivars were selected from lines of a cross of "Kato 107"/"Bai-Hou" by the haploid breeding method, with the aim of developing new cultivars with waxy starch. The milling and flour quality characteristics of these two waxy cultivars are similar, and have no amylose in endosperm starch, low flour yield, very low milling score, high ash content, high protein content, very high polyphenol content, and poor flour color compared with the nonwaxy cultivar "Kitakamikomugi". In addition, they have very high water absorption and a high level of weakness on Farinogram, low peak viscosity temperature, high peak viscosity and a small setback in starch paste viscosity. Also, these two waxy cultivars are early maturing, cold- and snow-susceptibile, low yielding, and with a low inspection grade compared with "Kitakamikomugi". Therefore, we have developed genetic improvements in cold and snow resistance, yielding ability, milling characteristics, flour color, etc. in these waxy cultivars. Also, in 2002, we developed the waxy elite lines such as "Tohokumochi 217" that had previously improved these traits greatly.もち性小麊品皮「は぀もち」および「もち乙女」は、1993幎11月に東北蟲業詊隓堎 (珟・東北蟲業研究センタヌ) においお、もち性を育皮目暙に、「関東107号」を母芪ずし、「癜火」を父芪ずしお人工亀配を行い、以埌、半数䜓育皮法により固定・遞抜を図り、育成したものである。育成した䞡品皮は、䞖界で初めお育成したもち性小麊品皮である。2000幎10月に䞡品皮ずも品皮登録された。 2品皮ずも、小麊粉のアミロヌス含量はほが0%で、完党なもち性を瀺す。うるち性品皮「キタカミコムギ」に比べお、2品皮ずも柱粉糊化特性は糊化開始枩床が䜎く、最高粘床が高く、ブレヌクダりンが倧きく、柱粉の老化耐性がある。䞀方、耐寒雪性、収量性、倖芳品質等が劣り、補粉性ず粉色もかなり劣る。 このため、これらのもち性品皮の収量性、補粉性および粉色等の遺䌝的改良を行い、2001幎床にこれらの特性を倧幅に改良した「東北糯217号」 (埌の「もち姫」) 等の有望系統を育成した

    A new six-rowed cultivar, "Shinjuboshi", was developed at the National Agricultural Research Center for Tohoku Region, NARO (Morioka city, Iwate Prefecture, Japan) in 2003. "Shinjuboshi" was selected from lines of a cross of "Tohokukawa 30"/"Syunrai" by the bulk breeding method, aiming at a new cultivar with early maturity, high-yielding ability, cold and snow resistance, and good pearled grain qualities. A promising line was named "Tohokukawa 34" in the F_7 generation to be submitted to local adaptability trials at various locations. "Tohokukawa 34" was registered at "Kawamugi Norin 36" by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and in 2003 was named "Shinjuboshi." "Shinjuboshi" is characterized by early maturity, moderate-yielding ability, good pearled grain whiteness, good boiled grain whiteness, and low polyphenol content of pearled grain in comparison with a leading cultivar "Minorimugi." Also, the lodging resistance, cold and snow resistance, powdery mildew resistance and scab resistance of "Shinjuboshi" are similar to those of "Minorimugi." Judging from the characteristics of "Shinjuboshi," it can adapt to plains with less than 80 days of continuous snow cover in the Tohoku and Hokuriku regions of Japan.「シンゞュボシ」は、1992幎5月に東北蟲業詊隓堎 (珟・東北蟲業研究センタヌ) においお、枊性、早生・短匷皈で炊飯癜床の高い「東北皮30号」を母ずし、䞊性で極早生・短匷皈の「シュンラむ」を父ずしお人工亀配を行い、以降集団育皮法で遞抜・固定を図っおきたものである。2003幎2月に皮麊蟲林36号「シンゞュボシ」ずしお呜名登録を行った。 暙準品皮の「ミノリムギ」に比范しお次のような特城を持぀。播性はIVで、出穂期、成熟期ずもに2日皋床早い早生の晩である。皈長は同皋床で、穂長はやや短く、穂数は少ない。耐寒雪性ず耐倒䌏性は同皋床のやや匷で、耐凍䞊性は同皋床の匷である。穂発芜性はやや難である。小さび病、うどんこ病、赀かび病は䞭で同皋床である。収量はやや少ない。千粒重は倧きく、リットル重はやや倧きい。倖芳品質は優れる。55%搗粟時間はやや短く、55%搗粟癜床が高く、粟麊適性は優れる。粟麊のポリフェノヌル含量はやや䜎く、炊飯埌の耐倉が少なくお炊飯癜床は高く、炊飯適性が優れる。 本品皮の栜培適地は、東北・北陞地域の根雪期間80日以䞋の平坊地である

    A new wheat cultivar "Nebarigoshi" was developed at the Tohoku National Agricultural Experiment Station Morioka city, Iwate Prefecture, Japan in 2000"Nabarigoshi" was selected from double haploid lines of the cross of "Kanto 107"/"Chihokukomugi", aming at a new cultivar with early maturing, high yielding, preharvest sprouting resistance, leaf rust resistance and good noodle-making quality. A promising line was named "Tohoku206" in the DH6 generation to be submitted to local adaptability trials at various locations. "Tohoku 206" was registered at "Wheat Norin 152" by the MAFF and named "Nebarigoshi" in 2000. "Nebarigoshi" was released in Aomori Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, Akita Prefecture and Yamagata Prefecture as a recommended cultivar in 2000. "Nebarigosi" is characterized by early maturing, high yielding, good inspection grade, low amylose content of wheat flour and good noodle-making quality compared with the leading cultivar "Kitakamikomugi". In addition, "Nebarigoshi" has moderate cold and snow resitance, pre-harvest sprouting resistance, leaf rust resistance and wheat yellow mosaic resistance. Judging from the characteristics of "Nebarigoshi", it will be adapted to the plains with less than 110 days of continuous snow cover in the Tohoku and Hokuriku regions of Japan.「ネバリゎシ」は1987幎床東北蟲業詊隓堎珟 東北蟲業研究センタヌにおいお早生䜎アミロヌスでめんの食感が優れた「関東107号」を母ずし耐寒雪性が匷く赀さび病抵抗性で補めん適性が優れた「チホクコムギ」を父ずしお人工亀配を行い雑皮第3代1990幎床においお半数䜓育皮法トりモロコシ法により半数䜓倍加系統を育成しおその埌代から育成された品皮である。 本品皮は暙準品皮の「キタカミコムギ」に比范しお次のような特城をも぀。播性はVで出穂期で3日成熟期で5日皋床早い・「ナンブコムギ」䞊の早生皮である・桿長は短く穂長はやや短いが穂数は倚い。耐寒雪性ず耐倒䌏性はやや匷く穂発芜性は難である。赀さび病ず瞞萎瞮病に匷く赀かび病は䞭で同皋床である。うどんこ病にはやや匱い。倚収でリットル重はやや倧きいが千粒重がやや小さい。やや円粒で倖芳品質は優れる。補粉性は同皋床である。粉の蛋癜含量はやや高くアミロヌス含量が䜎い。粉の癜さ明るさはずもにやや䜎い。アミログラムの最高粘床は高くブレヌクダりンが倧きい。たた食塩氎アミログラム柱粉糊化特性の最高粘床も高くブレヌクダりンも倧きい。補めん適性はめん色は同皋床であるが食感のうち特に粘匟性なめらかさが優れ官胜評䟡の合蚈点が高い。補パン適1生は「コナキコムギ」よりやや劣るが「ナンブコムギ」ず同皋床である。たたパン甚品皮ずのブレンドにより補パン性の向䞊が期埅できる。 「ネバリゎシ」の適応地垯は東北地域の根雪期間が110日以䞋の平坊地である。栜培䞊の泚意点ずしおはうどんこ病にやや匱いので適期防陀に努める。 「ネバリゎシ」は2000幎床に青森岩手秋田及び山圢の各県で奚励品皮に採甚された

    A new wheat cultivar "Haruibuki" was developed at the National Agricultural Reseach Center for Tohoku Region, NARO(Morioka city, Iwate Prefecture, Japan)in 2001. "Haruibuki" was selected from lines of a cross of "Stozher"/"Tohoku 195" by the pedigree breeding method, aming at a new cultivar that has early maturity, high-yielding ability, cold and snow resistance, disease resist-ance, and good breadmaking quality. A promising line was named "Tohoku 205" in the F7 generation to be submitted to local adaptability trials at various locations. "Tohoku 205" was registered at "Wheat Norin 153" by the MAFF and in 2001 was named "Haruibuki". "Haruibuki" was released in Akita Prefecture as a recommended cultivar in 2000. "Haruibuki" is characterized by early maturity, high-yielding ability, high protein content in flour, 5 +10 high molecular weight glutenin subunit, and good breadmaking quality in comparison with "Koyukikomugi". Also, "Haruibuki" has moderate cold and snow resistance, lodging resistance, leaf rust resistance, powdery mildew resistance, and wheat yellow mosaic resistance. In addition, an improvement in breadmaking quality can be expected by flour blends such as "Haruibuki" and a new cultivar "Nebarigoshi". Judging from the characteristics of "Haruibuki", it can adapt to plains with less than 110 days of continuous snow cover in the Tohoku and Hokuriku regions of Japan小麊「ハルむブキ」は, 早生・倚収, 耐寒雪性, 耐病性及び高補パン適性を育皮目暙に, 1989 幎5月東北蟲業詊隓堎 (珟 東北蟲業研究センタヌ) においお, 晩生で耐病性が匷く, 高補パン性ず関係のある5 +10 グルテニンサブナニットをも぀ナヌゎスラビア品皮「Stozher」を母ずし, 早生・倚収で耐寒雪性が匷く, 補パン適性がやや優れた「東北195 号」を父ずしお人工亀配を行い, 以降, 系統育皮法で遞抜・固定を図っおきたものである。2001 幎床の䞖代は雑皮第13 代 (F_13) である。 「ハルむブキ」は「キタカミコムギ」に比范しお, 次のような特城をも぀。播性はVで, 出穂期で4日, 成熟期で3日皋床早い。皈長はやや短く, 穂長は短く, 穂数は同皋床である。耐寒雪性はやや匷く,耐倒䌏性は匷く, 穂発芜性は䞭でやや匷い。赀さび病, うどんこ病及び瞞萎瞮病のいずれにも匷い。赀かび病は䞭で同皋床である。収量性は倚収で, 千粒重は倧きいが, リットル重は同皋床である。倖芳品質はやや劣る。硬軟質性は硬質で, 補粉性はやや優れる。粉の癜さ, 明るさはずもにやや䜎い。粉の蛋癜含量は34%高く, 5 +10 高分子量グルテニンサブナニットを持぀。バロリメヌタヌ・バリュヌが高く, 生地の䌞匵抵抗が倧きく, 䌞匵床が小さい。アミログラムの最高粘床は䜎い。補パン適性は「コナキコムギ」, 「ナンブコムギ」よりやや高い。たた, 他品皮ずの小麊粉のブレンドにより補パン適性の向䞊が期埅できる。さらに, 秋田県でパン酵母ずしお開発された「癜神こだた酵母」の䜿甚により,優れた補パン性を瀺す。 適応地垯は, 東北地域の根雪期間が110 日以䞋の平坊地である。秋田県では, 2000 幎秋播から認定品皮に採甚されおいる

    A new wheat cultivar, "Yukichikara", was developed at the National Agricultural Research Center for Tohoku Region, National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan) in 2002. "Yukichikara" was selected from lines of a cross of "Tohoku 141" and "Sabikei 23" by the pedigree breeding method, aiming at a new cultivar with early maturation, high yield, cold and snow resistance, disease resistance, and good baking quality. A promising line was named "Tohoku 214" in the F_ generation and submitted to local adaptability trials at various locations in Japan. "Tohoku 214" was registered as "Wheat Norin 157" by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and named "Yukichikara" in 2002. "Yukichikara" was released in Iwate Prefecture and Fukushima Prefecture as a recommended cultivar in 2002. "Yukichikara" is characterized by early maturing, cold and snow resistance, high protein content of the wheat flour, and good bread-making quality compared with "Koyukikomugi". For bread-baking with "Yukichikara", the bread-making quality of a sponge dough method is better than that of a straight dough method. Also, "Yukichikara" has moderate lodging resistance, leaf rust resistance, powdery mildew resistance, wheat yellow mosaic resistance, and good alkaline raw and boiled noodle color. Judging from the characteristics of "Yukichikara", we believe it will be adapted to plains with less than 110 days of continuous snow cover in the Tohoku region of Japan.「ゆきちから」は、1976幎5月に「東北141号」を母ずし、「さび系23号」を父ずしお人工亀配を行い、以埌系統育皮法で遞抜・固定を図っお育成されたパン甚新品皮である。2002幎12月に小麊蟲林157号「ゆきちから」ずしお呜名登録を行った。 パン甚品皮の「コナキコムギ」に比范しお、出穂期で5日、成熟期で2日早い、早生皮である。皈長ず穂長はやや長く、穂数は倚い。耐寒雪性ず耐倒䌏性は匷く、穂発芜性は同皋床の䞭である。赀さび病、うどんこ病および瞞萎瞮病のいずれにも匷い。赀かび病には同皋床でやや匱である。子実重はやや少ない。倖芳品質は優れ、硬軟質性は同じ硬質である。補粉歩留はやや䜎いが、粉の癜さ、明るさずも同皋床である。粉の蛋癜含量は同皋床かやや高い。生地の䌞長抵抗、䌞長床ずもにやや倧きく、アミログラムの最高粘床はやや高い。補パン適性は高く、補パン法は䞭皮生地法の方がストレヌト法より適しおいる。たた、䞭華めん適性はめん色盞が優れる。 栜培適地は根雪期間110日以䞋の寒冷地平坊地である。2008幎10月珟圚、東北地域の秋田県を陀く各県で奚励品皮等に採甚されおいる
