随着高等教育事业的迅猛发展，我国高等教育学硕士研究生教育也取得了较大的发展。但是我国高等教育大众化以后，硕士研究生毕业人数迅速增加，就业形势日趋严峻。高等教育学专业的硕士研究生也面临着就业的压力。随着社会的发展，硕士研究生的就业趋向多元化，如果培养目标仍然保持不变，矛盾便会日渐突出，而且研究生的培养质量也失去了衡量的标准，因此，必须对硕士研究生培养目标进行调整。 本论文首先通过文献分析法梳理了高等教育学硕士研究生培养目标的演变历程，从而总结出培养目标演变的趋势和目标设定的依据。其次，通过对高等教育学的学科性质分析，确定培养目标的应然的定位。再次，本论文采用问卷调查和访谈的研究方法，以厦门大学...With the rapid development of higher education, postgraduate education in China has made a great progress. Changes of Learning Interest: Urgent Reform of Postraduate Education—from the perspective of learners’interests
