    Research on Building Recognition in Side View Images and the design of recognition system

    本文主要研究在侧视可见光建筑目标图像中,位于中远距离的显著建筑目标的搜索、匹配与识别方法,以及建筑目标识别的系统的设计与实现方案。在对大量侧视建筑图像的研究和分析的基础上,本文提出一条行之有效的技术路线——首先根据建筑目标建立融合形状信息和颜色信息的特征模板,然后采用基于Halcon的多分辨率匹配方法利用形状模板的信息搜索可能的建筑目标区域,最后利用颜色模板识别建筑目标。对建筑目标特征模板的建立一方面采用基于Harr小波的提升模式的边缘提取方法提取建筑物轮廓,然后利用区域收缩技术得到其外轮廓图,最后建立基于外轮廓图的旋转变换图像金字塔,并以此作为形状模板;另一方面对模板图像的RGB和HSV空间...This paper focuses on building searching, matching and recognition with distinct building target at a distance of one mile in side imges, as well as designing a building recognition software.     Fast Stitching Algorithm & Implimentation for Color Images Based on Grad-filtering

    提出了多优先区域搜索算法,结合梯度滤波改进了匹配模板提取法和分块相似匹配法,并对图像配准的各环节进行加速,实现了特征模板的自动、快速提取和快速匹配,极大地减少了用相似性准则比较图像的计算量,大量的实验结果表明本文所实现的拼接系统既满足实时要求,又具有较强地抗噪声鲁棒性.This paper proposes three algorithms: Multipriority Area Search, Template Searching Method based on gradfiltering and Local Similarity Matching based on gradfiltering. We accelerate each step in image calibrating based on template matching, thus get template automatically and faster, and greatly cut down the computation task using similarity rule.     Dynamic Gesture Recognition Based on Kinect Depth Data

    提出了基于kInECT传感器深度信息的动态手势识别方法,在预处理阶段通过OPEnCV快速跟踪手部,有效分割手势.为改进动态手势轨迹的提取和分类,引入隐马尔可夫模型(HMM)对手势轨迹进行训练和识别.实验结果表明,基于HMM的识别方法对具有时空特性的动态手势有很高的识别率,在不同光照和复杂背景下有鲁棒性的结果.Based on the depth data obtained from a Microsoft's Kinect sensor,this paper proposed a reliable method for dynamic gesturerecognition.We preprocessed the raw depth datato quickly trackthe hand palm and segment the hand gesture by using OpenCVlibrary.To improve the extraction and classification of the dynamic gesturetrajectory,we introduced the Hidden Markov model for training and recognition.The experimental results show that HMM-based method has high recognition rateand strong robustness in the different illuminationconditions and complex backgrounds.国防基础科研计划项目; 国防科研重点实验室基

    PM_(2.5) in Northern Coastal Area of Shandong Peninsula: Correlation between Its Acidity and Chemical Composition in Winter

    To investigate the acidity variation characteristics of fine particulate matter (PM_(2.5)) in the areas down-wind of Jing-Jin-Ji region in winter, the Qimu Island Environmental Monitoring Station, situated in Shandong peninsula, conducted a PM_(2.5) sampling project for the period from 3 January-11 February, 2014 according to the sample collection schedule: one sampling every 12 hours. The analytic results of the samples showed that the average mass concentrations of PM_(2.5) during the sampling period were (77.1&plusmn;58.7) &mu;g/m~3; the total content of water soluble ions including SO_4~(2-), NO_3~-, Cl~-, NH_4~+, Ca~(2+), K~+, Na~+ and Mg~(2+) accounted for (37.3&plusmn;16.3)% of PM_(2.5) mass, among others, the share of SO_4~(2-), NO_3~-and NH_4~+ were the most, and no obvious variation of the contents of PM_(2.5) and the ions was noted day and night, but the variation was comparatively remark- able according to the trajectory classification of clustered air mass. On the basis of the assessment by the ion balance method and modeling of ISORROPIAⅡ, total acidity and in-situ acidity were (309&plusmn;544) nmol/m~3and (193&plusmn;292) nmol/m~3, respective- ly, and no notable variation of total acidity of PM_(2.5) was observed for the day and night but the change was significant according to classified clustered air mass. The M-K test indicated that acidity decreased when the 2nd class clustered air mass oc- curred, and the linear regression analysis suggested that it was the in-situ acidity that notably influenced the total acidity and the water content in PM_(2.5) was unlikely the main factor that restricted acidity of PM_(2.5).</p

    以福建省海洋环境保护规划的方法和步骤为基础,以系统的应用需求分析为出发点,进行海洋环境保护规划信息系统开发模式分析、系统总体结构设计、系统界面与系统功能模块实现等研究,采用组件式设计方法,用C#4.0封装了ArCEngInE地图引擎,实现海洋环境信息采集、存储、管理、分析和图形处理,以及查询、分析、评价和辅助决策等主要功能,为海洋建设项目的立项、选址、规划和海洋污染事故应急处理以及海洋环境研究提供支持。There are rich marine resources in Fujian Province.With the rapid development of the marine economy,the protection of marine environment has become a critical issue.Great attention must be paid to dealing with the pollution threats to the waterways and oceans and the serious effects that may result in.Marine environment planning can provide a geographic frame for the ecological environment management and resources information allocation based on grade control and regional management in Fujian Province.In this paper,Fujian marine environment protection information system is built by using programming language C#4.0.On that basis,the pattern of the development and the framework design of the system,the data virtualization technology,and the implement of the system function module are analyzed.This system uses ArcEngine to visualize different kinds of marine information onto a map,and it can store,manage,analyze,and calculate many kinds of the marine information.Component-based technology is used to encapsulate different models such as query module,analysis module and decision-making module.This system would be helpful to make a plan to effectively protect the marine environment of the Province.国家海洋局基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目(海三科2010015

    C-2v-Symmetric C-60 Isomer in the Gas Phase: Experimental Evidence against Buckminsterfullerene (I-h-C-60)

    Pure non-IPR (isolated-pentagon-rule) C-60 isomer has rarely been investigated experimentally. The recently reported availability of (C60Cl8)-C-#1809 opens an avenue for experimental investigation of C-#18098(60), a C-2v-symmetric C-60 isomer having two pairs of fused pentagons. Herein, the experiments on C-#1809(60) were performed oil the basis of thermal dechlorination of (C60Cl8)-C-#1809 in the solid state and gas phase. (C60Cl6)-C-#1812 was employed for comparative study. As determined by Raman and other methods, C-#1809(60) from thermal decomposition of (C60Cl8)-C-#1809 crystals readily coalesces to form carbon solid with a collapsed crystal lattice. In contrast, dechlorination via thermal spray of (C60Cl8)-C-#1809 in the gas phase is feasible for investigation of monodispersed all-carbon C-60 isomer, because the existence of C-#1809(60) in the gas phase has been confirmed by experimental evidence from mass spectrometry and high-perfomance-liquid-chromatography.National Natural Science Foundation of China 20525103,20531050,20721001 973 Program,2007CB81530
