基于栈自编码器的图像分类器

Research on protocols' automatic analysis based on compiler
目前国内变电站综合自动化系统中规约种类繁多,IEC逐步提出的一系列通信规约技术标准制定周期又较长,导致国内变电站综合自动化系统中不同厂家或同一厂家在不同时期内对同一种通信规约的实现有所不同,这给现场维护带来极大不便。针对上述情况,提出了基于编译器的标准规约自动解析思想,并以部颁CdT通信规约为例进行了该思想的设计,在自主设计的变电站综合自动化软件系统中得以实现,有很高的实用价值。At present,in the field of domestic transformer substation synthesis automated system,different factories or same factories in different periods carry out the same standard protocol differently,which lead to revise the procedure for transformer substation protection system even it has been input products with same standard protocol.It brings enormous inconvenience for on-site maintenance.In view of above situation,this paper proposes standard protocol automatically parse method based on the template and compiler,and has carried on two kinds of thoughts,respectively by IEC60870-5-103 and CDT issued by the ministry communication protocol for the example.Moreover,combining IEC60870-5-103 protocol applying for transformer substation synthesis automated software system,it has implemented this idea.After the test,it has a very good utility.福建省科技重点项目(2006H0037
The Research on Neural-fuzzy Controller and it's Application in VVVF System

Hierarchical Image Automatic Annotation Based on Discriminative and Generative Models
图像自动标注是模式识别与计算机视觉等领域中重要而又具有挑战性的问题.针对现有模型存在数据利用率低与易受正负样本不平衡影响等问题,提出了基于判别模型与生成模型的新型层叠图像自动标注模型.该模型第一层利用判别模型对未标注图像进行主题标注,获得相应的相关图像集;第二层利用提出的面向关键词的方法建立图像与关键词之间的联系,并使用提出的迭代算法分别对语义关键词与相关图像进行扩展;最后利用生成模型与扩展的相关图像集对未标注图像进行详细标注.该模型综合了判别模型与生成模型的优点,通过利用较少的相关训练图像来获得更好的标注结果.在COrEl 5k图像库上进行的实验验证了该模型的有效性.Image automatic annotation is a significant and challenging problem in pattern recognition and computer vision.Aiming at the problems that the existing models have low utilization and they are affected by unbalanced positive and negative samples,a hierarchical image annotation model is proposed.In the first layer,discriminative model is used to assign topic annotations to unlabeled images,and then the corresponding relevant image sets are obtained.In the second layer,a keywords-oriented method is proposed to establish links between images and keywords,and then the proposed iterative algorithm is used to expand semantic words and relevant image sets.Finally,a generative model is used to assign detailed annotations to unlabeled images on expanded relevant image sets.Hierarchical model uses less relevant training images to obtain better annotation results.Experimental results on Corel 5K datasets verify the effectiveness of proposed hierarchical image annotation model.国家自然科学基金项目(No.60873179;60803078);高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目(No.20090121110032);深圳市科技计划基础研究项目(No.JC200903180630A)资
Graph Configuration System for Substation Integrated Automation Based on JGraph

Research on action recognition via multi-feature fusion

低强度聚焦超声触发PLGA阿霉素在细胞内空化增加乳腺癌细胞死亡
目的探讨低强度聚焦超声能否触发聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)包裹阿霉素在细胞内的空化作用以增加4T1肿瘤细胞的死亡。方法采用双乳化溶剂蒸发法制备了负载阿霉素的聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)纳米气泡。设立细胞内释药组,细胞外释药组,传统给药组,单独超声组和对照组。用流式细胞仪检测各组细胞的死亡情况,用细胞活力检测试剂盒(CCK8)检测各组的细胞增殖,细胞划痕检测各组的侵袭情况。结果超声组细胞核的红色荧光平均强度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=16.627,P<0.001);聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)包裹阿霉素在3、5、7、24和48 h的累计释药量超声组均高于对照组,差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.001);细胞内释药组,细胞外释药组及传统给药组的细胞存活率,细胞增值率及划痕像素面积均低于对照组,且细胞内释药组显著低于其他组,差异具有统计学有意义(P<0.001)。结论低强度聚焦超声通过细胞内空化触发的细胞内药物释放比低强度聚焦超声触发的细胞外药物释放及传统的给药方式更有效地增加4T1肿瘤细胞的死亡
