    Clinical analysis of perimenopausal women presenting initially with dry eye symptom

    目的探讨围绝经期妇女的干眼症状与干眼病诊断的相关性。方法分析56例具有干眼症状的围绝经期妇女眼部检查的临床资料,观察主诉为干眼症状患者的干眼病确诊率及其关系。结果56例以干眼症状为主要表现的围绝经期妇女,确诊水液缺乏型干眼17例(30.4%),蒸发过强型干眼12例(21.4%),混合型干眼8例(14.3%);不能诊断干眼病的19例(33.9%),最终诊断为围绝经期综合征。结论围绝经期妇女干眼病确诊率较高(66.1%),但部分干眼症状可以只是围绝经期综合征的精神神经症状的一种表现,临床诊断干眼应慎重。 【英文摘要】 Objective Diagnosis and treatment of dry eye are important for improving living quality.Present paper was to investigate the correlation between dry eye manifestations and diagnosis of dry eye disease in perimenopausal women.MethodsThe clinical data of 56 perimenopausal women presenting initially with dry eye symptoms including ocular symptoms,slit-lamp examination,tear film break-up time,basal and reflex Schirmer test,vital staining(fluorescence and rose bangle),and meibomian gland dysfunction examination ..

    为了研究挠性光电互联结构在实际工程应用中的可靠性,建立了埋入光纤挠性基板光电互联结构有限元模型,根据光器件Telcordia GR-468标准加载热循环试验条件,对光电互联结构中的焊点应力、光纤应力和光电耦合效率进行仿真分析。热—结构仿真结果表明,焊点和光纤的最大等效应力均在安全范围内,光电耦合产生的最大损耗为0.7 dB,光电传输未受到显著影响,可以判定挠性光电互联结构在标准热循环作用下能够保证光电传输的稳定性

    以癌细胞诱导分化物维甲酸为平行对照,应用中药有效成份熊去氧胆酸处理人成骨肉瘤MG63细胞,观察比较熊去氧胆酸及其与维甲酸的组合对MG63细胞形态、细胞周期及分化的影响.实验结果显示,经熊去氧胆酸、维甲酸及其组合联合处理之后,MG63细胞体积增大,核质比例减少,形态趋于规则.细胞周期发生G0/G1期阻滞,G0/G1期细胞比例显著增加,而S期和G2/M期细胞比例则明显下降.细胞终末分化标志物I型胶原表达明显增强,骨结节形成数目增多,且结节结构更为典型.其中,熊去氧胆酸和维甲酸联合组对MG63细胞周期的阻滞及细胞终末分化指标I型胶原的表达、骨结节形成的诱导均强于单独处理组.结果表明,熊去氧胆酸具有与维甲酸相近似的诱导人成骨肉瘤MG63细胞分化的作用,并且两者组合具有协同诱导成骨肉瘤细胞分化的效果.In this study,the human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid,retinoic acid.The combination of the two drugs was used to observe and to compare their effects on the morphology,cell cycle and differentiation of human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells.The results showed that after the treatment of ursodeoxycholic acid,retinoic acid and their combination,MG-63 cells became bigger.The proportion of nucleus to cytoplasm decreased and the cell morphology was more regular.The cell cycle of MG-63 cells was arrested at G0/G1 stage and the cells in this stage increased markedly,while the cells in S and G2/M stages decreased greatly.The expression of the terminal differentiation maker,collagen I,was upregulated.The number of bone nodule,which is another important terminal differentiation marker,increased and the morphology and structure of the bone nodules were typical.Compared with ursodeoxycholic acid and retinoic acid,their combination had better effects on the cell cycle arrest,the expression of collage I and the induction of bone nodules formation.From the above,a conclusion can be drawn that,ursodeoxycholic acid has similar effect on inducing human osteosarcoma MG-63 cells to differentiation.And their combination has better effect on the differention induction of MG-63 cells国家自然科学基金(30470877);; 福建省自然科学基金(C0310003)资
