    建立一套基于超高真空俄歇电子能谱的原位加热系统,对GaN薄膜进行热效应研究.随着温度的增加,Ga LMM和Ga MVV的动能减小.利用第一性原理计算,获得理论的GaMVV俄歇谱.加热过程由于晶格热膨胀以及表面原子再构引起价电子态密度发生变化,从而导致价带俄歇谱负移.An in situ heating system was built for the Auger electron spectroscopy to investigate the thermal effect of Auger lines. A GaN sample was studied in this system. The kinetic energy of Ga LMM and MVV Auger lines were observed to shift negatively with temperature increasing. By using 06 initio calculation, the theoretical Ga MVV Auger line shape was fit, which well reflects the inner property of the line. The Auger shift with heating is related with the valence electron rearrangement in the thermal expansion of the local bonds

    [中文文摘]以正硅酸乙酯作硅源,嵌段共聚物为模板剂,采用沉淀法合成均匀的实心球形二氧化硅微孔材料,BET、FSEM和XRD等表面分析手段表征表明,我们合成的二氧化硅微孔材料具有3~4μm的粒径和不规则分布的0.9~1nm的孔径以及216±3.5m2/g的比表面积.实验结果还表明,在用非极性表面活性剂和非极性硅前驱体合成粒径均匀的多孔材料时,采取弱酸性的反应条件是有利的.[英文文摘]A kind of spherical microporous silica was synthesized by precipitation with the tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as a silica precursor and the block ploymer (P_(123)) as a template. The characterizations by the BET, FSEM and XRD showed that the spherical microporous silica has diameter of 3~4 μm, amorphous pore size of 0.9~1 nm and the specific area of 216±3.5 m~2/g.     The Contact Interface and Surface Characters between Multiarc Ion Plating TiN and Different Base Materials

    用多弧离子镀技术在不同金属基材上进行TiN镀膜实验 ,制备了TiN/Fe、TiN/Cu和TiN/Cr/Cu复合膜 .借助扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射仪 (XRD)和光电子能谱 (XPS) ,研究了TiN与Fe、Cu和Cr/Cu三种不同衬底接触界面的形貌、结构及其表面特性 .SEM观察发现 ,在一定离子镀膜条件下 ,TiN涂层可与Fe、Cu和Cr/Cu金属基材形成均匀平整的接触界面 ,在铜基上TiN界面清晰 ,在Fe与Cr/Cu界面有明显的层状晶界微结晶分布 .XRD分析显示 ,Fe、Cu和Cr/Cu表面生成的薄膜都包含TiN、Ti2 N等多晶相 ,在Cr/Cu界面还包含Ti-Cr的金属间化合物 .XPS结果表明 ,表面除了TiN膜外 ,还生成TiO2 和TiOxNy 等氧化膜 .Ar+ 刻蚀 5min后 ,TiO2 消失 ,TiOxNy 减少 ,TiN则呈增加趋势 .TiN与Cr/Cu界面形成明显的Ti-Cr和Cr-Ni互扩散层 ,这有助于增强薄膜附着力 ,形成较牢固的TiN涂层 .With the technology of multiarc ion plating, the experiments of TiN membrane-plating on the different base materials are carried out, which fabricate TiN/Fe, TiN/Cu and TiN/Cr/Cu compound membranes. The appearances, structures and surface characters of the contact interfaces of TiN and three different underlays, which are Fe, Cu and Cr/Cu, are obtained with the help of the SEM, XRD and XPS. The observation of SEM shows TiN coating and Fe, Cu of Cr/Cu base materials can form the well-distributed and flat contact interface under the certain ion membrane-plating condition. At the same time, there is an apparent interface on the copper material and the obvious distribution of sandwich micro crystallization. The analysis of XRD manifests the membranes shaped on Fe, Cu and Cr/Cu surfaces all contain the heteromorphism such as TiN, Ti 2N and so on. It also demonstrates there are some Ti-Cr metal compounds on the Cr/Cu interface. The result of XPS shows the surface also form TiO 2 and TiO x N y oxidizing membranes besides TiN membrane. After Ar + etching for five minutes, TiO 2 disappears, and TiO x N y decreases while TiN increases. The interface of TiN and Cr/Cu shapes palpable Ti-Cr and Cr-Ni mutual diffused layer which is helpful to enhance the adhesion force of membrane and shape firm TiN coating.福建省自然科学基金资助项目 (F990 31)~

    使用 X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)等表面分析方法 ,研究未启封、使用过未失效和使用过失效的继电器触点表面的形貌、组份和结构 .结果表明 ,经过使用后触点表面烧蚀严重并发生磨损 ,其组份中含 Ag、Sn、C和 O等原子 .C和 O的 XPS峰显示 ,触点表面氧化膜和碳化物的形成 ,导致接触电阻增大 ,从而影响继电器的稳定性和使用寿命The methods of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were used to observe and measure the electrical contact surface. The experimental results show that the contact point surface after continual operation has been ablated and worn.
