    本文结合神经生理学、心理学、计算语言学、物理学和美学等学科的知识,以文学语篇中的可能世界为基础,提出了“美感三角模型“假说。该模型建立在共鸣、势能和张力等三个物理概念的基础上,试图从物理原理的角度探求审美活动的本质。这三个因素相互牵制、相互协调、相互促进,形成一个动态三角结构,成为美感产生的基础。该模型最大的优点是能够解释不同层次和不同个体美感之间的差异,有较大的普适性。文章还对“美感三角模型“的原理和解释力进行了例释

    本文从爱尔兰—英国诗人希尼所处的社会、历史和文化语境入手,考察他的整体创作,以客观事实和具体的文本论证:希尼应对其两难身份的策略并非一以贯之,而是在不断调整和发展。希尼在早期创作中毫不犹豫地选择了爱尔兰的立场和身份。随着时间的推移,他对爱尔兰的沦丧文化具有危机意识,但在“拥有了双重国籍后“,他依然没有轻易弃离爱尔兰身份。希尼最终寻求到完美的“平衡“策略,承认了自己的英国—爱尔兰二元身份。这种“求和“的策略是他反思文学、社会与历史之间的关系的产物,也与当今时代的发展潮流相适应。Referring to the social,historical and cultural context of Seamus Heaney's time,this article explores his works and argues that he adopts an inconsistent strategy in the choice of his controversial identity.He is adjusting and developing the strategy all the time.In his early works,he did not hesitate in choosing and displaying his Irish identity.With the passing of time,he senses the degradation crisis of Irish culture.However,with his dual nationality,he does not readily renounce the Irish identity,which,in some sense,indicates he acknowledges both his Irish identity and English identity.Heaney's balanced strategy is the product of his reflection on the relations among literature,society and history

    Study on extraction technology of volatile oil from cortex phellodendri by supercritical carbon dioxide

    使用超临界二氧化碳技术对经过超声-微波处理过的黄柏中的挥发油进行萃取,并对萃取工艺进行响应面优化。在单因素预实验的基础上,以萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间为响应因素,黄柏挥发油的萃取量为响应值,根据中心组合(bOX-bEHnkEn)实验设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,确定各工艺条件对萃取量的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对萃取前、未超声-微波处理超临界萃取后及超声-微波处理超临界萃取后的黄柏进行比较观察,对萃取效果进行了微观解释。结果表明,经过超声-微波处理过的黄柏中的挥发油超临界二氧化碳萃取最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力为34MPA,萃取温度为41℃,萃取时间为66MIn,萃取率达6.03%。The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of volatile oil from processed cortex phellodendri was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).According to the principle of Box-Behnken central composite design,extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time were chosen as response factors,extraction mass was chosen as response value,and a three-factor and three level central composite design was adopted to determine the influence of various technological conditions.Using SEM observed the cortex phellodendri before and after extraction,and explained the extraction effects from microcosmic aspect.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction pressure 34MPa,extraction temperature 41℃,extraction time 66min,extraction yield was 6.03%.湖南省科技厅重大专项(2008FJ1007);2010年吉首大学大学生研究性学习与创新性实验计划项目(JSU-CX-2010-49

    Design of Electrical Downtilt Broadband Patch Antenna

    针对室内壁挂基站应用要求,采用对称角形缝隙加载正方形贴片,实现具有电下倾辐射特性的低剖面宽带贴片天线结构。实验结果表明,设计天线S11参数小于-10db的相对阻抗带宽为5.15%。在工作频带内,天线辐射场可产生约30°的下倾角。并且可通过馈电位置的改变,实现辐射场下倾角的调整。水平平面辐射方向图表明,在120°范围内,其垂直极化辐射场要比水平极化高10db以上,表明天线具有良好的垂直线极化特性。工作频带内天线的增益约为6dbI。该天线可内置于壁挂基站以减小设备尺寸。To meet the requirements of electrical downtilt beam patterns and broad bandwidth for the indoor wallmounted base-station antennas,a symmetrically right-angled slot is loaded into the low-profile square patch antenna.The experimental results show that the relative impedance bandwidth with the parameter S11less than-10dB is 5.15% for the designed antenna.Over the operating frequency band,the electrical downtilt of radiation beams is about 30°.Meanwhile the downtilt can be adjusted by changing the feed position.In the angle range 120° of the horizontal plane pattern,the radiation level of the vertically polarized electric field is 10dB higher than the horizontal polarization,which indicates that the antenna has the radiation characteristics of vertically linear polarization.Over the working band the antenna gain is about 6dBi.The presented antenna can be built into the wall-mounted base station to reduce the device size.福建省重大科技专项(2010HZ0004-1

    Core-shell Hydroxyapatite Combined with Bone Morphogenetic Protein 2 in Periodontal Regeneration Treatment in Dogs

    目的初步评估贝壳多孔羟基磷灰石基骨修复材料及该材料和骨形成蛋白-2联合应用引导比格犬牙周组织再生的效果。方法选取18月龄比格犬6只,牙周基础治疗后1周,在下颌第二、三、四前磨牙,建立急性牙周骨缺损模型,依照分组情况进行不同治疗。实验组(T组)植入骨修复材料和骨形成蛋白-2;阴性对照组(nC组)植入骨修复材料;空白对照组(bC组)不植入任何材料。实验设计采取同颌同名牙对照,同一只比格犬的3对同颌同名牙分别为:空白对照组和阴性对照组,阴性对照组和实验组,空白对照组和实验组。术后12周,处死动物,MICrO-CT检查并对数据进行统计学分析。结果材料植入后,未见材料溢出,植入局部和全身都未见明显不良反应。3组缺损都有一定程度骨再生,以T组再生组织量最多,bC组最少。MICrO-CT结果显示:T组、nC组和bC组的骨再生平均高度为(4.50±0.47)MM(、1.75±0.42)MM和(0.87±0.31)MM。nC组和bC组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T组与nC组和bC组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且有临床意义。结论贝壳多孔羟基磷灰石基骨修复材料和骨形成蛋白-2联合应用于比格犬,可以获得更好的引导组织再生效果。Objective To evaluate the ability of core-shell hydroxyapatite bone graft material alone and combined with bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP-2) in periodontal regeneration treatment in dogs.Methods Thirty-six defects were created in six 18-months male beagle dogs at the sites of the second,third and fourth mandibular premolars one week later after the dogs were treated with non-surgical periodontal therapy.Different treatments were carried out according to which group the teeth belonged.There are 3 groups.The test group(group T) was treated with core-shell hydroxyapatite bone graft material combined with BMP-2;the negative control group(group NC) was treated with core-shell hydroxyapatite bone graft material alone and the blank control group(group BC) was treated with no graft material.When a tooth was selected into one of the 3 groups randomly,the tooth with the same name on the other side in the same jaw was selected into another group.6 defects in the same dog were made and divided into 3 groups.The animals were sacrificed 12 weeks after surgery and analyzed by Micro-CT.Results There was no adverse reaction after material was planted.There were bone regenerations in all groups.Group T got the best bone regeneration while group BC got the least bone regeneration.The biggest height of bone regeneration for group T,group NC and group BC were(4.50±0.47) mm、(1.75±(0.42) mm) and(0.87±0.31) mm according to Micro-CT evaluation.There were statistical difference of bone regeneration height between group NC and group BC.There were statistical differences between group T and group NC and between group T and group BC.Conclusion More periodontal tissue regeneration could be got when core-shell hydroxyapatite bone graft material was used with bone morphology protein 2.南京市医学科学技术发展专项项目(ZKX07022);天津市生物医学材料重点实验室开放课题;南京市医学科技发展青年人才启动项目(QYK10166

    讨论了光波在水平大气湍流中传输时的情况。计算结果表明自适应光学系统的补偿效果与光波传播路径上的横向风有很大的关系。大气湍流的强度越大, 自适应光学系统的截止频率越高, 横向风的影响也越大。计算结果还表明在相同的r0 或者相同的大气湍流强度下, 球面波所受大气扰动的自适应光学补偿效果受横向风的影响要比平面波的厉害。本文还将理论分析的结果和数值模拟的结果进行了比较, 表明数值模拟结果受横向风的影响比理论分析结果受横向风的影响大。最后, 文中分析了以上现象并对此作出了合理的解释

    Structural analysis and lightweight study for the five-axis grinder bed

    以五轴联动工具磨床的床身为研究对象,分析了磨床在极限位置使用情况下床身的静态特性,找到了床身变形最大区域。通过自由模态分析和约束模态分析,得到床身各阶模态的振动特点,并从最大变形区域中选取一点进行谐响应分析,预测床身的持续动力特性。根据分析结果,找出薄弱环节,在保证床身动静态特性不降低的基础上对床身进行轻量化研究,最终减重7.73%,节省了材料与成本。With the five-axis grinding machine tool bed as the research object, the maximum deformation region can be found after analyzing the static characteristics in the use of the grinder limit positions.Through free modal and constraint modal analysis, the vibration characteristics of each order of the bed can be seen and a point in the maximum deformation region is selected to carry out the harmonic response analysis to predict the sustainable dynamic characteristic.According to the results of analysis, find out the weak areas in the bed and conduct the lightweight optimization on the condition of no reduction of static and dynamic characteristic of the bed.And finally, it reduces 7.73% of materials and prime costs.数控国家科技重大专项(2010ZX04001-162
