The Creation of an Indigenous Genealogy: for the Discipline of “Political Science” in Modern China

This paper argues that the formation of political science as an academic discipline in modern China was the result of a complex process of cultural interaction. The arrival of Western political knowledge and related academic theories in late-nineteenth and early twentieth-century China led to heated debates among Chinese scholars. Did political science exist as an indigenous tradition of knowledge? Some authors asserted not only that a discipline similar to Western political science had existed in China but that it even possessed its specific conceptual framework and a unique set of classical works and authors. Among of the legacy of this reshaping of political science’s disciplinary history are courses entitled “History of Chinese Political Science” or “History of Chinese Political Thought” which are taught at Political Science Departments in many Chinese universities. The intellectuals involved in the einvention of Chinese political science had different academic backgrounds and advocated conflicting political positions. Still, they all helped to bring Chinese native knowledge into dialogue with the Western discipline of political science. Starting point of this paper is the question of the narrative requirements of the discipline since the middle of the nineteenth century. I will then analyze different attempts to reshape the Chinese tradition in view of Western concepts and the ways in which indigenous contents was analyzed by applying a Western disciplinary methodology. One Method of Standard Recognition of Underwater Acoustic Signal

研究了制式识别的特征参数提取方法,以小波变换为主,结合瞬时频率统计算法、高阶谱等多种识别算法,对现有水下通信信号调制方式进行类间、类内识别,包括多载波（OFDM）和单载波（MFSK、MPSK和QAM）。仿真结果表明,文章所采用的方法在低信噪比下的识别概率均能保持在82%以上,具有较好的识别性能。This article did a research on themethod of characteristic parameter obtainment. Based on Wavelet Transform, instantaneous parameter extraction and higher-order cumulants are used to recognize the Underwater Sound Signal, including Single carrier（MFSK,MPSK, QAM） and multicarrier（OFDM）.
