    Aging characteristic investigation of VLEDs with current blocking layer structure

    发现ICP dAMAgE制作电流阻挡层的制程会导致垂直结构lEd在老化过程中发生漏电。通过更换反射层的金属及EMMI&SEM分析,发现老化漏电的原因来源于反射金属——Ag的电迁移,迁移通道可能来源于ICP打开穿透位错的封口。在缺陷位错内填入低电迁移率金属并检测。结果表明,填入低电迁移率金属后既解决了老化漏电问题,同时不影响芯片的初始光电特性。The failure of current leakage in the process of ICP-damage current blocking layer was found.Through changing reflecting layer metal and EMMI & SEM inspection, it was found that the failure can be ascribed to reflecting metal Ag electro migration, whose migrating channel may be ascribed by penetrating dislocation seal opened by the ICP treatment.Low electro migration rate metal was deposited in the defect dislocation, then the chip was tested.Results show that the question of aging current leakage is solved after the low electro migration rate metal to be deposited.Meanwhile, initial lighting property of the chip isn't influenced.2013年国家发改委产业振兴与技术改造项

    Secretive Expression and Optimized Inducement of Barnase

    从解淀粉芽孢杆菌中PCR分别扩增解淀粉芽孢杆菌核糖核酸酶barnase基因及其抑制剂barstar基因,采用将barnase基因置于barstar基因保护下的克隆策略,以pET-22b(+)质粒为基础,构建大肠杆菌分泌型表达质粒.IPTG诱导表达目的蛋白后将培养基蛋白进行SDS-PAGE分析并从诱导温度、IPTG诱导浓度和诱导时间三方面初步优化诱导表达条件.Using PCR method to amplify Bacillus amyloliquefaciens ribonuclease barnase gene and its inhibitor barstar gene from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The secretive expression vector is constructed by the strategy of protective clone from plasmid pET-22b(+). After induced by IPTG, a 12 kD target barnase protein can be detected from medium protein by SDS-PAGE analysis.     反相高效液相色谱法分析盘基网柄菌对氨基酸的利用

    为观察盘基网柄菌(Dictyostelium discoideum)在SIH培养基上对氨基酸的利用情况,以2,4-二硝基氯苯为衍生化试剂,研究了用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定氨基酸的方法.在60min内16种氨基酸达到基线分离,峰面积与氨基酸浓度的线性相关系数为0.992~0.999.对发酵液样品的分析结果表明,盘基网柄菌对赖氨酸的利用最为彻底,发酵后期赖氨酸已被消耗完全.蛋氨酸、色氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸也较易被盘基网柄菌利用,而对天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、苏氨酸、脯氨酸、缬氨酸的需求不大.这一代谢特点为改进盘基网柄菌培养基组成提供依据

    随着人类对天然虾青素需求的不断扩大,红发夫酵母(XAnTHOPHyllOMyCES dEndrOrHOuS)以其易于培养的优点被选为当前虾青素生产极具潜力的微生物.实验主要从氮源调控入手,阐明虾青素生产机制,以期获得更高的虾青素产量.在微生物生长过程中,氮源的调控对细胞的生长和产物的积累至关重要.考察了在红发夫酵母生长过程中添加氮源对细胞生长及虾青素合成的影响.实验结果表明:补加不同种类的氮源及浓度对菌体生物量以及虾青素的产量有着不同的影响,在合适的时间点补加适量的氮源能明显促进虾青素的积累.根据实验结果,研究确定了最适的补氮时间为24H,最适的补加氮源为谷氨酸,最适的补加质量浓度为0.368g/l,在此补加条件下,虾青素的最大产量和产率分别为3.445Mg/l和1.144Mg/g,较对照组分别提高了36%和41%,这说明在细胞生长过程中补氮有利于虾青素的积累.With the increasing demand of human for natural astaxanthin,Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous which was easily cultured was chosen as the most potential production microorganism.To achieve a higher production,attention was focused on nitrogen source regulation to clarify the production mechanism of astaxanthin.Nitrogen regulation plays an important role in cell growth and product accumulation in Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous.Thus,the effect of nitrogen feeding on cell growth and astaxanthin synthesis in X.dendrorhous was investigated in this work.Furthermore,the sources and optimal conditions of nitrogen on astaxanthin production were also investigated.As a result,the optimal source,concentration and addition time of nitrogen source were glutamate of 0.368 g/L at 24 h,respectively.The highest astaxanthin yield of 3.445 mg/L and the maximum astaxanthin productivity of 1.144 mg/g were achieved for which were 36% and 41% higher than the original conditions.It indicated that nitrogen feeding was beneficial to improve astaxanthin accumulation.国家自然科学基金项目(31071488); 国家海洋公益性行业项目(201205020); 中央高校基本科研业务费专项(20101201049); 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20121021

    Analysis on Plasmid Profiles of Neisseria Gonorrhoeae in Shanxi Province

    目的了解山西地区淋球菌流行株的质粒谱,探讨淋球菌质粒谱与耐药谱间的关系。方法采用碱裂解法提取山西地区54株淋球菌的质粒,分析其质粒谱型。结果 54株淋球菌中,51株有可靠的分析结果,其中49株检测出携带有质粒,检出率96.08%。以7.4kb+4.2kb,39.5kb+7.4kb+4.2kb及42.5kb+39.5kb+7.4kb+4.2kb三种类型居多,占82.35%。结论质粒图谱显示山西地区的质粒谱型有别于国内其他地区,具有地区特殊性,产青霉素酶淋球菌(PPng)与7.4kb质粒密切相关。Objective To survey plasmid profiles of Neisseria gonorrhoeaes in Shanxi,probe the relationship between the plasmid profiles and resistance of neisseria gonorrhoeaes.Methods The plasmids were extracted by alkaline lysis technique.Analysis the plasmid profiles of neisseria gonorrhoeaes in Shanxi.Resuts Fifty-one strains of fifty-four strains has the reliable results.The detection rate of plasmid is 96.08%.Three main types were 7.4kb + 4.2kb,39.5kb + 7.4kb + 4.2kb and 42.5kb + 39.5kb + 7.4kb + 4.2kb accounting for 82.35% of total isolates.Conclusion The plasmid profiles of neisseria gonorrhoeaes in Shanxi are different of the other areas.It has its specificity.PPNG was correlated to the 7.4 kb plasmid.山西省科技攻关项目(20100311103
