    Fault Characteristic Study Based on FLUX 2D for Large Synchronous Generators With Stator Winding Inter-turn Short Circuits Under Rated Operating Conditions

    该文采用单一绕组分析和有限元分析相结合的方法,研究大型同步发电机在额定运行方式下定子绕组匝间短路故障特性。该方法同样适用于确定故障条件下的电流和转矩。对于内部故障情况的电磁瞬态仿真必须考虑到一些特殊措施,如单一绕组和电网之间正确的连接对于模拟内部故障是相当关键的。以往的结果表明,在内部磁场非对称的情况下,基于等效电路的经典算法是不适用的。该文通过对汽轮发电机匝间短路故障进行系统的研究,表明:其短路电流、相电流、转矩和径向力与短路的位置及匝数紧密相关。在一些短路情况下,发电机将产生很大的局部电流,该局部电流对同步发电机的影响甚至超过外部故障。此外,很大的径向力作用在转子上可能对整个转轴产生极大的危害。This paper investigates the stator winding short circuit characteristics in synchronous generators under rated operating conditions by combing the single-winding analytical method and the finite element method(FEM),which is still the effective method to determine currents and torques under specific fault conditions.Some special measures have to be considered in case of the electromagnetic transient process under the condition of inner faults,e.g.,the correct interconnection between sub-strands and the grid is of the particular importance for inner fault simulations.The previous results show that the traditional calculation method based on the equivalent networks fails in case of the inner asymmetry magnetic field.Based on the systematic investigation of a turbo generator with inter-turn short circuits,the results of this paper show the short circuit currents,phase currents,torques and the radial forces have strong correlations with the location and the turn number of faults.In some cases of inter-turn short circuits,the fault currents exceed that of the outer faults.Furthermore,strong radial forces acting on the magnet wheel might lead to the damages of the total shaft train

    The Influence of Magnesium Concentration for the Survival Rate of Bufo melanostictus Tadpoles in the Acidity Water and Alkaline Water

    [目的]研究野外黑眶蟾蜍(Bufo melanostictus)蝌蚪的生存状况。[方法]研究分别在碱性水(p H 7.5~8.0)以及酸性水(p H 5.5~6.0)2种模拟环境条件下,通过急性毒性试验方法以不同的浓度梯度Mg~(2+)对黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪进行24和48 h的胁迫试验。[结果]在相同浓度梯度和相同观察时间下,黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪在碱性水中的存活率低于酸性水;不同p H的水环境与Mg~(2+)的协同作用显著影响黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪的48 h存活率(F7,32=3.373,P<0.05);黑眶蟾蜍蝌蚪在酸性水环境下适宜生存的Mg~(2+)浓度范围为1 418.41~1 590.54 mg/L,半致死浓度(LC_(50))为2 357.32 mg/L,安全浓度为521.51 mg/L;在碱性水环境下适宜生存的Mg~(2+)浓度范围为1 264.91~1 418.41 mg/L,LC_(50)为1 879.81 mg/L,安全浓度为533.99 mg/L。[结论]该研究可为今后黑眶蟾蜍的保护提供理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to study the survival status of Bufo melanostictus tadpoles in the field.[Method]The regular acute toxicity test was carried out that Bufo melanostictus tadpoles were breed in the alkaline water( p H 7.5-8.0) and acidity water( p H 5.5-6.0)with different Mg~(2+) concentration gradient for 24 and 48 h.[Result]The results showed that the survival rate of Bufo melanostictus tadpoles in the alkaline water was lower than the acidity water in the same condition.Synergistic effects of different p H and Mg~(2+) concentration had a significant effect on the survival rate of Bufo melanostictus tadpoles in the 48 h toxicity experiment( F7,32= 3.373,P < 0.05).In the acidity water environment,48 h toxicity experiment results showed that the optimal Mg~(2+) concentration was 1 418.41-1 590.54 mg / L,the median lethal concentration( LC_(50)) was 2 357.32 mg/L and the safe concentration was 521.51 mg/L.By contract,these three indexes in the alkaline water environment were 1 264.91-1 418.41,1 879.81 and 533.99 mg / L,respectively.[Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for protection of Bufo melanostictus.国家自然科学基金项目(31271124);; 广东省自然科学基金项目(s2013010016062

    Studies on the Interactions between Bioactive Peroxovanadium Complexes Bearing Organic Ligands and Histidine

    在合成和表征了 4种具有较强生物活性双过氧钒配合物K3 [VO(O2 ) 2 (ox) ]·2H2 O ,Na[VO(O2 ) 2 (bipy) ]·5H2 O ,K[VO(O2 ) 2 (phen) ]·3H2 O和K2 [VO(O2 ) 2 (pic) ]·2H2 O [分别缩写为pV(ox) ,pV(bipy) ,pV(phen)和pV(pic) ,其中ox为草酸根 ,bipy为 2 ,2′ 联吡啶 ,phen为邻菲咯啉 ,pic为 2 羧酸吡啶负离子 ]的基础上 ,利用多种NMR技术和电喷雾质谱 (ESI MS)研究了这 4种含有机配体双过氧钒配合物与组氨酸 (His)在溶液中的相互作用以及反应物浓度、时间、pH等对相互作用体系的影响 .51VNMR跟踪监测的结果表明 :双过氧钒配合物pV(ox)和pV(pic)与His在中性水溶液中存在强配位相互作用 ,而pV(bipy)和pV(phen)与His在中性水溶液中无明显作用 .我们还利用谱学方法确定了pV(ox)和His相互作用后所生成产物是pV(ox)分别与His咪唑基上的 3 N和 1 N配位的一对异构体.  In order to explore the structure2activity relationship and molecular mechanism of the specific recognition between peroxovanadium (pV) complexes bearing organic ligands and the target enzymes of tyrosine phosphatase , several NMR techniques and ESI2MS were used to study the interactions of four pV complexes {pV(ox) , pV ( bipy) , pV (phen) and pV (pic) , where pV = [VO (O2 ) 2L ] n - , in which L = oxalic acid dianion (ox) , bipyridine (bipy) , 1 ,102phenanthroline (phen) , and pyridine222carboxylic acid (pic) } towards histidine. Strong coordination interactions between imidazole of histidine and vanadium of pV(ox) or pV(pic) were observed in neutral solution , while there are not obvious interactions between histidine and pV(bipy) or pV(phen) . All 13C and 1H NMR signals of 1∶1 stoichiometric mixture of pV(ox) and histidine were assigned. Spectroscopic studies demonstrated that new complexes in the mixture of pV(ox) and histidine are a pair of isomers in which the vanadium in pV(ox) binding to the 32N and 12N of the imidazole ring. Moreover , the results of effective factors on the interaction system indicated that the new isomers were stable under the condition of physiological pH and the structure2activity relationship of these pV complexes may be relevant to their specific recognition towards histidine residues in tyrosine phosphatase.国家自然科学基金 (Nos.2 0 172 0 42 ,2 9832 0 2 0 )资助项

    Kilogram Scale-up Preparation of Catalysts and its Reaction Process in Syngas Methanation

    甲烷化催化剂是煤制合成天然气核心技术之一,因此研发合成气完全甲烷化催化剂具有重要意义。研究工作采用实验室小试共沉淀制备甲烷化催化剂的最佳工艺条件; 方法,进行单批次1、5和10; kg级(代号cat-1、cat-5、cat-10)催化剂的制备研究。研究了催化剂制备的控制因素和放大制备催化剂的反应性能及催化反应工艺条件。研究; 显示:催化剂制备的控制因素主要包括Na~+含量及晶型结构;放大制备催化剂具有良好的活性、操作稳定性和耐热性能,与小试制备催化剂具有较好的一致性;; 放大制备催化剂(cat-10)在所考察的还原温度、反应H_2/CO比和10000~40000; mL·h~(-1)*g_(cat)~(-1)反应空速范围内具有良好的甲烷化活性。研究结果表明,该研究单批次公斤级催化剂放大制备是成功的,为实现催; 化剂进一步放大制备提供了良好基础。Methanation catalysts play a vital role in the production of synthetic; natural gas (SNG) from coal. Based on bench-scale optimum; co-precipitation conditions of catalyst preparation, scale up; preparation of catalysts for syngas methanation with single batch of 1,; 5 and 10 kg is studied. Factors affecting catalyst; preparation/performance and scale-up were investigated. The results show; that Na~+ content and crystal structure of the catalysts are the; critical factors, and the catalysts prepared under scale-up conditions; possess excellent operation stability and heat resistance, with; consistent performance as those from bench-scale samples. The 10 kg; batch has good reaction activity under studied conditions. Therefore,; the scale-up preparation is successful for the methanation catalyst in; this study, which is useful for future scale-up preparation of related; catalysts

    Estimation of Fuzzy Factors on the Mortality of Taiwan Population

    本文基于1981—2010年台湾人口死亡率数据,对人口死亡率估计模型进行深层次分析。研究发现:⑴1-100岁之间各年龄组别中心死亡率与时间因素存在显著负相关;45岁以后,时间对各年龄组别中心死亡率的影响程度形成“V“字型。⑵不同年龄组和不同时间段之间过渡时所呈现的“亦此亦彼“性,即模糊性,对死亡率的影响在现有的死亡率估计模型中常被忽视。⑶死亡率的不确定性主要源自模糊不确定性,本文构建的死亡率模糊模型可以提高死亡率估计精度。The paper makes a detailed study on the mortality models based on Taiwan population mortality from 1981 to2010.The findings show that there has been a significantly negative correlation between time factor and central mortality in different age groups from 1 to 100 years old.Time influence degree on central mortality in different age groups over 45 years old exercises like a V shape.On the other hand,there appears"fuzziness"that happens at a transitional period of time between different age groups and different time phases,whose influence on death rate tends to be ignored in the existing mortality models.Finally,the uncertainty of mortality comes mainly from fuzziness,and fuzzy mortality model produced in this paper can improve the estimation accuracy of mortality.国家社科基金重大项目“大数据与统计学理论的发展研究”(13&ZD148); “计量经济学”教育部重点实验室(厦门大学); 福建省统计学重点实验室(厦门大学

    本文采用事件研究法分别研究了“汶川地震“对我国金融板块和四川板块的影响。本文根据“汶川地震“的特点确定了估计窗和事件窗,选择市场模型作为正常收益的估计模型,得到了各个板块在事件窗内的累积非正常收益并对其进行了显著性检验。本文研究结果表明:“汶川地震“对我国金融板块没有显著性影响;“汶川地震“对我国四川板块的影响是四川板块组合的累积非正常收益由显著为正到显著为负的变化过程。This paper respectively studies on the impact of Wenchuan earthquake on China's financial sector and Sichuan sector using event study method.It chooses"estimation window"and"event window"based on the features of Wenchuan earthquake, and gets the cumulative abnormal returns of these sectors during the"event window"choosing the market model as the normal return estimation model,and has significant test on them.The results of this study indicate that Wenchuan earthquake has no significant influence on China’s financial sector and the impact trend of cumulative abnormal returns of Sichuan sector changes from significant positive to significant negative.国家杰出青年科学基金(70825003)的资
