    脱氧胆酸改性普鲁兰多糖纳米粒子制备与表征

    通过酯化反应将脱氧胆酸偶联于普鲁兰多糖骨架形成具有两亲性的普鲁兰多糖衍生物(DP),采用纳米沉淀法制备纳米粒子(DPNs),考察制备条件对纳米粒子性质影响,为进一步将其作为药物载体的研究提供基础。衍生物DP结构通过FT-IR和1 H NMR表征,DPNs经透射电镜、动态光散射仪和zeta电位仪表征检测。获得不同取代度脱氧胆酸改性普鲁兰多糖衍生物,制备得到的纳米粒子呈球形,表面光滑规整,平均粒径100~300nm,zeta电位在-20mV左右。脱氧胆酸改性普鲁兰多糖衍生物通过纳米沉淀法能制备出纳米粒子,颗粒性质受制备条件影响

    合成生物素化普鲁兰多糖衍生物(BP),采用纳米沉淀法制备纳米颗粒(BPNs),考察制备条件对纳米颗粒性质影响,为进一步将其作为药物载体的研究提供基础。通过酯化反应将生物素羧基与普鲁兰多糖连接,生成的衍生物BP通过FI-IR和1H-NMR表征,取代度采用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪(ICP)确定;BPNs进行透射电镜、动态光散射仪和ζ电位仪表征与检测,颗粒表面生物素采用Quant*TagTMBiotin Kit生物素测定试剂盒测定。获得取代度21(BP1),46(BP2),81(BP3)3种衍生物,其中BP2和BP3能够制备纳米颗粒(LBPNs,HBPNs)。纳米颗粒呈球形,表面光滑规整,平均粒径100~300nm,水中ζ电位在-17mV左右。制备过程中,粒径随BP浓度(10~50mg/ml)增加而增加((136.2±46.8)nm,(190.8±89.6)nm和(254.5±140.0)nm)。调整水相组成为水:无水乙醇(v/v)1∶1和1∶2时粒径分别为(170.7±30.4)nm和(158.8±21.0)nm。HBPNs和LBPNs表面的生物素量为衍生物的(1.9±0.03)%和(2.0±0.04)%。生物素化... 【英文摘要】 To synthesize biotinylated pullulan derivation(BP) and prepare nanoparticles by nanoprecipitation.The effects of different parameters on the nanoparticles formation were investigated for further ions for the BP as cancer target drug carriers.Methods Biotin was covalently attached to pullulan by esterification.FI-IR spectroscopy(Bio-Rad Merlin) and 1H-NMR(INOVA 500Hz) were used to confirm the synthesis of the BP.The degree of BP substitution(DS) was determined by ICP.The physicochemical properties of the nan...国家重大科学研究计划资助项目(2006CB933300);; 国家教育部博士点基金资助项目(20060023050

    目的:制备一种可用于关节腔注射的甲氨蝶呤(methotrexate,MTX)聚乳酸-聚羟基乙酸共聚物(PL-GA)缓释微球,并研究其体内外释药规律。方法:应用O/W溶剂挥发法制备MTX-PLGA微球,对其表面形态、粒径分布进行表征并测定其包封率、载药量和体内外释药谱;采用HPLC法分析药物含量;体内释放采用大鼠皮下气囊模型。结果:微球表面光滑圆整,平均粒径为(38.47±1.32)μm,包封率和载药量分别为(62.71±0.84)%和(3.23±0.13)%。体外释放t50为20 d,体外释放速率常数Kr=0.038μg.mL-1.d-1。体内试验显示,在气囊中的释放速率常数KR=0.12μg.mL-1.d-1。结论:采用本法制备的MTX-PLGA微球具有明显的缓释作用,有望成为一种有效的治疗类风湿关节炎的制剂。 【英文摘要】 Objective:To prepare methotrexate(MTX) loaded poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA) microspheres for intra-articular administration and investigate their release profiles.Methods:Microspheres were prepared by oil-in-water emulsion solvent evaporation method.The surface morphology,size distribution,drug loading content and the encapsulation efficiency of microspheres were examined.The in vitro drug release profiles of the microspheres were measured in phosphate buffer saline(PBS,pH 7.40),and a rat air-pouch mo...国家重点科学研究计划项目(2006CB933300);; 博士点基金(96002323);; 厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20055007

    A meta-analysis on the demand rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology for older adults (老年人中医护理技术需求率的Meta分析)

    Objective To systematically evaluate the demand rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing technology for older adults in China. Methods The Web of Science, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CNKI, CQ VIP, WanFang Data and SinoMed were retrieved for researches about the need of TCM nursing technology in older adults and (or) studies on factors influencing the rate of demand. These databases were systematically searched from inception up to March 1, 2023. Two researchers independently screened and used American Agency for Health care Research and Quality scale for quality evaluation. The meta-analysis was conducted using R4. 2. 3 software. Results A total of seven articles finally were included. The random effects models were used to combine the demand rate due to high heterogeneity. The results showed that the demand rate of TCM nursing technology for older adults was 86. 0% [95% CI (69. 0%, 94. 0%)]. The analysis results of each subgroup showed that the demand rate of TCM nursing technology for older adults was higher among those who published after 2020, adopted random sampling method, had a sample size of less than 281 cases, lied in hospitals, located in the north of the survey area, and lived in cities. Conclusion Older adults have higher demand for TCM nursing technology. Although related studies explored factors influencing the demand rate, the heterogeneity among the studies is relatively large, resulting in controversial conclusions. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore the factors influencing the demand rate of TCM nursing technology for older adults. Future studies should focus on increasing health education and practical application of TCM nursing technology for older adults in a demand-oriented manner. In addition, the advantages of TCM nursing technology should be given full play in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in older adults. (目的 系统评价我国老年人中医护理技术的需求率。方法 检索Web of Science(WOS)、Cochrane Library(CL)、PubMed、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中关于老年人中医护理技术需求和(或)影响因素的研究, 检索时间为建库至2023年3月1日, 两名研究者独立进行筛选, 采用美国卫生保健质量和研究机构(AHRQ)量表进行质量评价, 运用R 4. 2. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果 经过文献筛选, 最终纳入7篇文献。由于异质性较高, 采用随机效应模型合并。结果显示, 老年人中医护理技术需求率为86. 0%[95%CI(69. 0%, 94. 0%)]。各亚组分析结果显示, 发表年份在2020年以后、采用随机抽样方法、样本量不足281例、调查场所位于医院、调查地区位于北方以及居住在城市的老年人中医护理技术需求率较高。结论 目前老年人对中医护理技术的需求较高。虽有相关研究探究其影响因素, 但各研究之间异质性较大, 致使研究结论尚存争议。故未来需进一步探究老年人中医护理技术需求的影响因素, 以需求为导向加大对老年人中医护理技术的健康教育与实际应用, 充分发挥中医护理技术在老年慢性病防治中应用的优势作用。

    大连极紫外相干光源

    先进光源的发展在前沿科学研究中发挥的作用越来越重要。近十年来,飞速发展的自由电子激光技术为科学家们提供了探索未知世界、发现新科学规律和实现技术变革的重要工具。建成的大连极紫外(EUV)相干光源的运行波段为50~150nm,单脉冲能量大于100μJ,且可提供10-12 s和10-13 s量级的超快激光脉冲,是我国第一台自由电子激光用户装置,并且是国际上唯一运行在极紫外波段的自由电子激光用户装置,在世界范围内为用户提供具有高峰值亮度和超短脉冲的极紫外激光。大连EUV相干光源是由国家自然科学基金委资助、由中国科学院大连化学物理研究所和上海应用物理研究所共同承担的重大科学仪器研制项目,目标是打造一个以先进极紫外光源为核心、主要用于能源基础科学研究的光子科学平台
