    动态冲击下泡沫能量吸收对头盔防护性能的影响

    为摩托车头盔的安全性设计,需要研究在冲击载荷下内衬泡沫的能量吸收能力对摩托车头盔防护性能的影响。该文建立了有限元数值分析头盔模型,依据欧洲经济委员会(ECE)的法规ECE R22.05的动态测试方法,验证该模型的有效性。改变头盔不同测试点下的泡沫密度,进行了12个跌落的仿真试验。结果表明:在头盔的前部、冠部和后部测试点区泡沫密度由40 kg/m3增加到80 kg/m~3时,泡沫的能量吸收能力逐渐增大,头部冲击能量衰减得更快,导致3个测试点头部颅骨骨折的风险从25%、55%、39%分别增大至53%、96%、96%。头盔右侧部测试点区域下的泡沫密度与颅骨骨折风险没有显著的关系。因而,头盔的安全性设计应同时兼顾内衬泡沫密度与尺寸。国家自然科学基金(51775466);;国家外专局高端团队项目(GDT20173600037);;福建省科技创新平台项目(2016H2003

    中美高校高水平运动员培养比较研究——基于典型案例调研

    为了探寻中美高校高水平运动员培养的不同,运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地调查法及比较研究法,以美国亚利桑那州立大学与中国厦门大学为例进行实证对比研究。研究表明:在竞技水平培养上美国高校是\"体工队\"的提升竞技水平训练模式,中国高校在场馆、教练团队和竞赛体系上与之差距较大;学业培养上,美国NCAA参赛制度及奖学金契约制度将\"学训矛盾\"转化成\"学训互促\"实现全面型人才的培养,中国高校学业宽松,运动员学生的社会认可度低。研究启示:我国高校要走\"体教融合\"之路,应当促进大学生协会实体化,加强教练员队伍建设,重视对运动员的管理与培养,\"严进严出\",切实培养出高素质的社会认同人才。国家留学基金委2018年全国体育教师赴美留学项目(留金美[2018]7750

    Effects of Diosmetin from Carbonized Cirsium japonicum on Apoptosis in Human MCF-7 Breast Cancer Cells and its Mechanisms

    研究大蓟炭中香叶木素诱导人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞凋亡及其作用机制。采用硅胶和Sephadex; LH-20柱层析从大蓟炭中分离鉴定了三个黄酮类化合物,经NMR和MS鉴定他们的结构分别为香叶木素(1)、刺槐素(2)和柳川鱼黄素(3)。采用MT; S方法检测不同浓度的香叶木素对MCF-7的细胞活力的影响;流式细胞术检测不同浓度的香叶木素处理对MCF-7细胞凋亡的作用;Western; blot法检测香叶木素处理对细胞PARP、P-JNK等细胞凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响。MTS及流式细胞术结果显示香叶木素能显著抑制MCF-7的增殖并; 且诱导细胞凋亡;香叶木素可上调P-JNK促进细胞凋亡。结果表明香叶木素在体外实验能通过激活JNK细胞凋亡通路抑制MCF-7的增殖及促进细胞凋亡。To study the effects of diosmetin from carbonized Cirsium japonicum on; apoptosis in human MCF-7 breast cancer cells and its mechanisms. Three; flavonoids were isolated and purified from carbonized C. japonicum by; silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography methods. Their structures; were elucidated by NMR and MS spectroscopic data and identified as; diosmetin(1),acacetin(2) and pectolinarigenin(3). MTS assay was; performed to detect the viability of MCF-7 cells treated by different; concentrations of diosmetin. The cell apoptosis rate was further; analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM). Western blot assay was applied to; measure the apoptosis related protein expression levels of PARP,P-JNK.; Diosmetin treatment on MCF-7 cells significantly inhibited cell; proliferation and induced cell apoptosis. Diosmetin significantly; downregulated P-JNK and upregulated cleaved-PARP protein expression.; Diosmetin inhibited MCF-7 cell proliferation and induced cell apoptosis; by activation of JNK pathway in vitro.江西中医药大学校级科研项目; 国家自然科学基金; 江西省自然科学基

    Variability of Anther Culture and the Technology Strategies for Developing Pract ical Photoperiod Sensitive Male Sterile Rice

    本研究以培矮 64S/ 890 2 S F2 代中选出的 11个典型的光敏核不育单株进行花培 ,获得了 2 2个花培单个愈伤分化苗 (指由单个愈伤组织分化的一丛苗 ,以下简称愈伤苗系 )为本研究的试验材料。通过远安 ,海南不同生态条件考察来源于同一愈伤苗系的育性变化。结果表明 ,同一 F2 单株来源的不同愈伤苗系之间、以及同一愈伤苗系的不同单株间 ,结实率变异范围和变异系数较大。同一愈伤苗系不同单株结实均值均以海南高于远安 ,说明多数光敏核不育单株 ,具有长日条件下育性稳定和短日条件下育性易转换特性。分子标记分析未能检测到不同于双亲的结构变异位点 ,并证实来源于同一愈伤苗系的不同单株变异 ,是由于花培过程中多个花粉粒同时诱导、分化而来的结果。本文还讨论了籼型光敏核不育水稻的选育技术路线The materials of this study were 11 typical PSGMS plants selected fr om F 2 generation of Peiai64S/8902S, and 22 callus regenerated plants (CRP) wer e obtained from anther culture. The fertility of these plants were investigated u nder the different ecology conditions of Yuan′an and Hainan. The major results a re as follows Wider variation range and Larger variation coefficient of seedsett i ng rate were found both among different callus lines from the same F 2 plant an d among different plants from the same callus line. The seedsetting rate of the same plant was higher in Hainan than that in Yuan′an. It shows that most PSGMS p lants have the characteristic of fertility stability under long day condition an d fertility reversibility under short day condition. RFLP analysis have not dete cted the genetic variation among the DH plants. It shows the CRP variation that come from same callus might be induced and differentiated by multiple pollens ef fects simullaneoasly.美国洛克菲勒和国家 863项目资助

    基于色散及耗散的非线性优化及保单调技术,构造了6阶精度的优化保单调差分格式(OMP6)。通过Shu-Osher,双Mach反射,R-T不稳定问题对格式进行了测试。算例表明,与目前常用的7阶WENO格式相比,OMP6在激波及小尺度波分辨率上具有一定优势,且计算效率有了明显提高,是进行可压缩复杂流动高分辨率数值模拟的良好候选方法。运用该方法,进行了激波-湍流边界层干扰的直
