    Effect of delayed implantation on pregnancy in mice

    哺乳动物的胚胎植入都存在着一个短暂的植入窗口期,这个窗口期阻碍了辅助生殖技术的应用。通过以小鼠为研究对象,利用胚胎移植技术研究了延后着床对妊娠的; 影响。结果显示,小鼠的胚胎在延后1 d(即第5天)也能着床并能诱导蜕膜化的发生,而延后2; d则不能移植。与正常组(第4天移植)相比,延后着床组的胚胎吸收率明显增加、窝产仔数明显减少及妊娠期延长。试验结果表明,小鼠胚胎超出子宫植入窗口期; 亦可着床,但会导致植入间隙和胎盘发育异常进而影响妊娠结果。Window of implantation is very short period in mammalian,the window; period greatly hinders the application of assisted reproductive; technology.In this study,mice as the research object, using embryo; transfer technique to study the effects of delayed implantation on; pregnancy. The results showed that mouse embryos at delayed 1 day(the; fifth day)could initiate implantation and induce decidualization,and; could not initiate implantation at delayed 2 days.Compared with normal; group(the fourth day)group,embryo absorption rate increased and litter; size decreased significantly,and extended duration of pregnancy in; delayed implantation group.Our findings suggest that the mouse embryos; beyond uterine implantation window could also initiate implantation, but; it could lead to abnormal implantation spacing and abnormal placenta and; then affect the pregnancy outcome.黑龙江农垦总局科技局资助项

    北方农牧交错带引种抗逆植物筛选及经济适用性评估——以怀来为例

    以初步筛选的63种抗逆性花草植物为试材,在北方农牧交错带的典型地区张家口市怀来县进行引种。通过观察植物生长状况,筛选出适应该区生长的优良花草品种,运用层次分析法对花草植物进行适应性评价,再根据引种植物的经济可行性,评估抗逆花草在园林绿化中的应用价值。结果表明,与乡土植物相比,外来植物的越冬保存率降低了约27个百分点;乡土植物种植方式不会影响植物越冬,但对外来植物有一定的影响,且分株种植都比种子种植的成活率高;在引种的63种植物中,有18种植物的环境适应性良好和经济适用性较高,可以大规模引种,分别为五彩石竹、拂子茅、燕麦、狼尾草、羊草、毛茛、扁蓿豆、鼠尾草、蓝花鸢尾、荷兰菊、地被菊、三七景天、八宝景天、德国景天、天人菊、黄花鸢尾、萱草、福禄考,其中有德国景天、金娃娃萱草、荷兰菊、燕麦有矮壮化现象,此研究对北方农牧交错带草地恢复、资源配置及区域绿化有积极的作用
