Dampak Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Religiusitas Sebagai Moderating
Intention of this research have to analyse influence of organizational commitment and leadership with religiosity as moderator to employees performance in Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Technique of sample intake used is the non probability sampling with convenience sampling method. Population and sample used at this research is employees in Muhammadiyah University of Surakartaamounting to counted 100 respondents. Hypothesis tested in this research use analyzer validity test, reliabilities test, classical assumption tests, doubled linear regression, F test, coefficient of determinacy (adjusted R2), and t test.Result of the research indicate that organizational commitment and leadership have influence to employees performance. Religiosity and leadership have influence to relation between organizational commitment with employees performance. Organizational commitment, leadership, and religiosity interaction between relation of organizational commitment with religiosity and leadership relation with religiosity have an effect on by together to employees performanceand the model have got away from the tested of classic assumption
Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Keinginan Berpindah Pekerjaan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening
This research aim to know the level of job satisfaction and organizational
commitment of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta profession lecturer and
also to know level of job satisfaction having an effect on to turnover intentions
and job satisfaction having an effect on to turnover intentions with organizational
commitment as the mediation of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta
profession lecturer. The population and sample used at this research is
Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta profession lecturer amounting to counted
56 respondents. The data collecting method used is questioner. The hypothesis
tested in this research use analyzer validity test, reliability test, classic
assumption test, path analyses, test F, test t, and coefficient of determinacy (R2).
The result of research indicate that job satisfaction will affect at organizational
commitment, with job satisfaction as forerunner early incidence of organizational
commitment and represent matter preceding organizational commitment.
Organizational commitment shown with high commitment and have to identify to
organization, involve seriously in officer and there is loyality and also positive
effect to organization. Job satisfaction has an effect on to turnover intentions.
Mount job satisfaction have an effect on to turnover intentions with
organizational commitment as the mediation. Result of coefficient of determinacy
test (R2) show turnover intentions influenced by job satisfaction and commitment
organizational as the mediator equal to 27,3%, and the model have got away from
the classic assumption tested
