[์˜๋ฌธ] The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the "5&6 smoking cessation program-six classes in five weeks" on the adolescent smoking behaviors. The data collection was done from November, 2006 to March, 2007. This study was designed using nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest. Experimental group was 28 students, first control group was 19 students and second control group was 53 students. The 5&6 smoking cessation program was applied to the experimental group once a week(twice at the only first week), two hours per session for five weeks. First control group was provided with "five day smoking cessation program" and second control group was not given any program.Data was measured at 4 times(before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, four weeks after the intervention, eight weeks after the intervention), and analyzed by SPSS 12.0. using descriptive statistics, X2-test, Fisher's exact test, Independent-samples t-test, Paired t-test, One-way ANOVA, Repeated measures ANOVA, Repeated measures ANCOVA, Cronbach's coefficient alpha.The hypotheses were verified with variations of measurements at four points of time with short term effects{(measuremets of immediately after the intervention) - (measurements of pre-test)} and long term effects {(measuremets of eight weeks after the intervention) - (measurements of pre-test)}The results were as follows :The experimental group was significantly increased on smoking self-efficacy, Cons. for smoking and stage of smoking cessation behavior change and significantly decreased on daily smoking amount, dependancy of nicotine, urine cotinine level than control group. But the experimental group was not significantly changed at self-awareness and Pros. for smokingSpecifically, The experimental group showed significant difference on smoking self-efficacy at eight weeks after the intervention, and showed significant difference on stage of smoking cessation behavior change at immediately after the intervention and eight weeks after the intervention than first control group. This movement, dubbed Education 4.0, can be said to be a paradigm shift in education rather than a simple change in learning tools to apply artificial intelligence technology to education, and it aims to provide an adaptive learning experience. Adaptive learning using artificial intelligence technology is also highly useful in English subjects. English is one of the subjects in which the issue of educational disparity is constantly being raised, and compared to before the outbreak of COVID-19, the educational disparity has recently deepened. In this context, there is a demand to provide individual learners with individual learning experiences in order to bridge the educational gap in the English subject. Until now, level-specific classes have been proposed as learner-specific learning support measures in the context of public education, but there are limitations in that level-specific classes are difficult to operate effectively due to the stigma effect and lack of teaching-learning materials and methods for each level. In addition, considering the reality of the limited budget and manpower in the school education field, there were practical difficulties in practicing adaptive teaching and learning only with the efforts of individual teachers. However, with the rapid development of technology after the 4th Industrial Revolution, there has been intensive development in the field of artificial intelligence technology that enables adaptive learning support, and the introduction of artificial intelligence technology to establish a scientific and objective adaptive learning system based on learner data. This makes it possible to realize adaptive education for individual learners. However, when synthesizing several previous studies, simply using an AI-based adaptive learning system does not guarantee the realization of effective teaching and learning, so research on instructional design frameworks to utilize it needs to be continued. Therefore, this study is based on the purpose of exploring instructional a model and strategies that instructors can practically use when designing and implementing English classes using an AI-based adaptive learning system, and the specific research questions are as follows. First, what is the instructional model of English classes using an AI-based adaptive learning system? Second, what is the instructional strategy of English classes using the AI-based adaptive learning system? Third, is the instructional model valid? This study was conducted with the following procedures according to the type 2 model research method among the design and development research methods. First, an initial instructional model and strategy were developed based on the results of a comprehensive review of prior literature and interviews with related experts. Next, in order to review the internal validity of the initial instructional model and instructional strategy, a total of two expert validations were conducted targeting three educational technology experts and three English education experts. Based on the results of the expert validation, the model and instructional strategy were corrected and supplemented. By applying this to the 3rd-grade class at B middle school in Seoul, the responses and opinions of 1 teacher and 28 learners were confirmed. Afterward, after analyzing the collected data, based on this, the model and strategy were modified once more to finally derive an English instructional model and strategy using an artificial intelligence-based adaptive learning system. The results are as follows: the final instructional model includes five stages as follows. 1) AI-based adaptive learning system pre-exploration and diagnostic evaluation, 2) before class, 3) during class, 4) after class, and 5) formative evaluation, which consists of 5 upper stages and a total of 20 detailed stages. An instructional model was developed. In the case of instructional strategies, 7 instructional strategies and 25 detailed guidelines were developed to keep in mind throughout English classes using the AI-based adaptive learning system. The conclusions drawn through the development of an English teaching model using an artificial intelligence-based adaptive learning system are as follows. First, the role of the instructor is important when using the AI-based adaptive learning system in English classes. Second, the English instructional model and strategy using the artificial intelligence-based adaptive learning system developed in this study can increase the effectiveness of English learning. Third, in order to effectively design and implement English classes using an AI-based adaptive learning system, environmental factors must be indispensable. Based on these research results and conclusions, the significance of this study is that it developed a systematic instructional model for the use of an artificial intelligence-based adaptive learning system in the context of English classes, and presents a specific instructional strategy for the effective use of the instructional model. [์˜๋ฌธ] Nowadays, trends which consider the health problems of the public, changes in population structures, and the desire for social security from the government indicate a major need for comprehensive health services which are family based and provided by community health nurses. A change in the function of the Health Centers is necessary to provide this type of comprehensive community health service which focuses on health promotion. But to date there has been no discussion of concrete procedures or sample case persentations, and the function of Health Center is limited to doing only disease management and nursing for individuals. The main purpose of the study was to analyze the activities of Community Health Nurses in an urban Health Center. The objective of this study was to identify and classify family health problems and to analyze activities from community health nurses home visits which were directed at solving family health problems. The community health nurses were working in a Health Center where a demonstrate project on comprehensive health services through district nursing was being implemented. The other obejective of this study was to establish an effective approach and direction for home visits by community health nurses through analysis and classification of the content of the nursing record which included nursing activity. This study was a descriptive survey research, and was done from March 3, 1995 to February 29, 1996. The study population was 2,568(636 families) who lived in eleven block areas(Dong)in the Mapo District(Gu) of the city of Seoul. It did not include the very poor, those eligible for government aid to the indigent. Mapo District Health Center and Yonsei University, College of Nursing cooperated in a project: "Development of a Model of Community Based Comprehensive Primary Health Service". Family health records from this project which included general information on the family and an assessment of the family recorded after the first visit, and the progress notes for each visit were analyzed. The data analysis procedure was as follows; First, a record analysis tool was developed and second, the data were collected, coded and analyzed. In the procedure for family problem analysis, content validity was done four times by professionals. The classification for nursing activities was developed through a literature review, from which the basic analysis tool was produced, and content validity was also done. Disease problems which were experienced by individual subjects were classified according to the ICHPPC-2, and all problems appealed except pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium. Family problems that were not problems of individual family members were classified using the family nursing diagnosis system developed by Kim(1993). The results were seven problem categories, 27 problem domains, and 99 problems. For each of 99 the problems, the content and factors related to the content were also included. The result of the classification, showed that is validity in Kim's(1993) family nursing diagnoses as they reflect the problems and the characteristics of population in the study area. The results of this study showed that the 99 problems which were identified in this study are significant data for planning far community health nurses home visits. The classification of family problems is one that can be used in a practical way as data for home visits. Further the classification of the activities of community health nurses during home visits showed 16 activity categories, 45 activity domains, 101 activities. Two significant finding from this study related to nursing activity are as follows; First, new classification fields of nursing activities were identified. These include management of living environment, assisting in general administration assisting in medical administration, and helping/support which are part of comprehensive nursing activity. These are not a classification based on specific projects but are nursing activities which are basic to all public health projects like maternety health projects and tuberculosis control projects. Second, it was found that in community health nursing service a coorporative relationship with other disciplines to from a support system is very important. To provide comprehensive health care service, a readjustment of the community health nurses activities, rearrangement of the working structure, continuing education, cooperation with other disciplines, professional communication stills, delivery network, and the development of effective records which are based on the needs of community clients are indicative of the problems that must still be solved.restrictio
