μ λ€λ¬Έν νλκ³Ό λ€λ¬Έν μΈμ, λ€λ¬Έν νλ λ° λ€λ¬Έν νλμλ κ°μ μΈκ³Όκ΄κ³μ λν ν¨μλ₯Ό λμΆνκ³ νμ μ°κ΅¬λ₯Ό μν μ μΈμ μ μνμλ€.The purpose of this study was to identify structural relations among multicultural behavior, multicultural cognition, multicultural attitude and multicultural behavior intention of the Korean adolescent. For this purpose, structural model was set and analyzed, and the relations among variables within the model were identified. The population of this study was students in high school. 550 adolescents were drawn from 3 high school of metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas by using a purposive sampling method. The findings of the study were as follows; First, the goodness-of-fit of hypothetical structural model of multicultural cognition, multicultural attitude, multicultural behavior intention and multicultural behavior was satisfactory, which confirmed the structural relationships of the variables. Second, multicultural attitude and multicultural behavior intention of adolescents have direct effect on multicultural behavior.
However, multicultural cognition has no direct effect on multicultural behavior intention. Third, the relationship between multicultural cognition and multicultural behavior intention has moderating effect and so did multicultural attitude, and the relationship between multicultural attitude and multicultural behavior has moderating effect and so did multicultural behavior intention.
Finally, academic and practical implications based on major findings were presented in the conclusion section

Possible influences of increase in opportunities for higher education, changes in social structure due to the job structure changes in knowledge -information society, postmaterialistic value, increase in importance of leisure, cultural changes due to formation of generational subculture were presented as theoretical explanation. The result of the analysis usign the 2006 KRIVET survey data, younger group, higher education level group and professionals tended to set high value on internal and external job characteristics. The influence of change in social structure on job consciousness was observed. And also the postmaterialistic value had a positive influence on the recognition of internal job characteristic importance and the tendency to put more importance on leisure had positive influence on the recognition of both internal and external job characteristic importance
