    记述了采自南海的棒状水母科COryMOrPHIdAE AllMAn,18721新属,肋突水母属COSTA HuAng,Xu ET lIn,gEn.nOV.,2新种,即南海肋突水母COSTA nAnHAIEnSIS HuAng,Xu ET lIn,SP.nOV.,间腺梅尔水母MAyErI InTErgOnA HuAng,Xu ET guO,SP.nOV.和1新纪录种,幼芽真囊水母EuPHySOrA gEMMIfErA bOuIllOn,1978。详细描述其形态特征,并绘图与本属其它种进行比较,模式标本保存于国家海洋局第三海洋研究所。Samples of Corymorphidae were collected from the South China Sea(4°-18° 30' N,109° 119°E),during Aug.2011.Based on the taxonomic system of Bouillon et al.(2006),at present time 12 valid genera of Corymorphidae are known,Euphysora M aas,1905 and Vannuccia Brinckmann-Voss,1967 are valid genera.In view of the used of the genus name of Vannuccia M arcus,1948,we wish to make the proposal of which the genus name of Vannuccia BrinckmannVoss,1967 is change to that of Mayeri Xu,Huang et Guo,gen.nov.,remembering the first author for the species of the genus.One new genus,Costa Huang,Xu et Lin,gen.nov.,two new species,i.e.Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.,Mayeri intergona Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.and one new record,Euphysora gemmifera Bouillon,1978 are described.All type specimens are deposited in the T hird Institute of Oceanography,SOA.T he specific diagnoses of one new genus and two new species are as follows.Costa Huang,Xu et Lin,gen.nov.Umberlla dome-shaped,exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs;manubrium large,the length no extending umbrella margin;mouth simple,circular;one well-developed solid tentacle terminating in large cnidocyst knob,3 marginal bulbs without tentacles;4 radial canals,1 circular canal;with mesenteries.T ype species:Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.Etymology.T he genus name from Latin Costa,means rib and ridge,the new genus exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs.Costa nanhaiensis Huang,Xu et Lin,sp.nov.(Figs 1-2) Umbrella dome-shaped,exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs;manubrium large,extending no beyond umbrella margin,vacuolated endodermal cells in the upper part,gonads in the lower part;one well-developed solid tentacle terminating in two large cnidocyst knobs;3 marginal bulbs without tentacles;4 radial canal,1 circular canal;with mesenteries.Etymology.Form Latin,Nanhaiensis,means Nanhai,the species name refers to the first collected from Nanhai(the South China Sea).Mayeri intergona Huang,Xu et Guo,sp.nov.(Figs 3-4) Umbrella dome-shaped,without apical process,bell margin slightly asymmetrical;manubrium short,length about 1 /3 of the umbrella cavity,with a apical chamber;gonads global shaped,in interradial position of manubrium;one swollen marginal tentacle,hollow for half its length and ending in long,large,clubshaped swelling armed with cnidocysts.我国近海海洋综合调查与评价(908专项);“中国海洋生物种类名录和图谱”(908-ZC-Ⅱ-02);“908专项海洋生物样品库”和“全球变化与海气相互作用专项”资助---

    材料于2012年6月在印度尼西亚比通海峡水域采集,调查区共设19站,经对38份样品分析,鉴定出48种水母,其中有2个花水母新种:幼芽伪帽水母PSEudOTIArA gEMMIfErA lIn,XuETHuAng,SP.nOV.和比通真囊水母EuPHySOrA bITungEnSIS Xu,HuAngET guO,SP.nOV.,对新种形态特征进行了绘图和描述,并讨论其与同属其它种主要特征的比较。模式标本保存于国家海洋局第三海洋研究所。Samples of Hydroidomedusa were collected from the Bitung Strait,Indonesia Sea (1.35°-1.50°N,125.10°-125.26°E),during June 2012.Through the analysis of 38 samples,two new species of Anthomedusae are found,i.e.Pseudotiara gemmifera Lin,Xu et Huang,sp.nov.and Euphysora bitungensis Xu,Huang et Guo,sp.nov.All type speciemens are deposited in the Third Institute of Oceanography,SOA.The specific diagnoses of four new species are as follows.Pseudotiara gemmifera Lin,Xu et Huang,sp.nov.(Figs 2-3,5-7) At present time,two species are known in genus Pseudotiara Bouillon,1980.This new species is closed to P.tropica (Bigelow,1912),but differs from them by:1) mouth cruciform,with 4 small lips;2) manubrium short,one-quarter of the bell cavity,conical,cruciform in section,with 4 perradial lobes along the course of the radial canals;3) 4 longitudinal medusa-buds on perradial position of manubrium,extending from the upper 2/3 of the manubrium toward perradial lobes.Etymology.From the Latin gemmifera,meaning gemmifer.The species name refers to the medusa-buds on the perradial positions of the manubrium and lobes.Euphysora bitungensis Xu,Huang et Guo,sp.nov.(Figs 4,8) The new species has 3 rudimentary tentacles and 1 long principal tentacle that differ from others not only in size,but also in structures.These features place this medusa in the family Corymorphidae Allman,1872,genus Euphysora Maas,1905 (Bouillon et al.,2006).Only 24 valid species of Euphysora are known (Huang,1999;Bouillon & Boero,2000;Xu & Huang,2003,2006;Bouillon et al.,2006;Du et al.,2012).This new species can be distinguished from the other species of Euphysora by moniliform tentacles has only ring cnidocysts,which is similar to Euphysora solidonema Huang,1999 and E.annulata Kramp,1928,but differs from them by:1) umbrella with apical projection and apical canal;2) all marginal bulbs without extending to both lateral sides;3) moniliform principal tentacles with a large terminal nematocyst knob;4) manubrium cylindrical about two-thirds as long as the bell cavity;5) three other perradial bulbs without a short filiform tentacles.Etymology.From the Latin bitungensis,referring to the first collected type specimen from the Bitung Strait.中-印尼海洋生态站建设及热带典型海洋生态系统生物多样性研究~

    西太平洋区是全球海洋生物种源中心,许多类群的最高物种多样性都出现于该区域,因此,在该区开展种类多样性的研究不仅重要和必要,而且具有在跨国尺度上进行综合管理和相互合作的迫切性。本文在西太平洋的浮游动物样品鉴定分类、编目、文献资料整理和分析的基础上,记录和编入西太平洋10个浮游动物类群2,658种(含亚种),隶属于206科675属,其中水螅水母类99科251属697种,栉水母类12科22属59种,浮游软体动物14科35属86种,介形类8科89属416种,桡足类51科156属908种,糠虾类4科58属202种,磷虾类2科8属56种,十足类8科22属105种,毛颚类5科8属48种,被囊类5科26属81种。The western Pacific region has been operating as a centre for the origin of marine biodiversity: the richest diversity of many marine taxa was found in these waters.Therefore,biodiversity research and con-servation efforts in this area are necessary in order to promote the integrative and international management of this resource.The present work is a compilation of numbers of all the families,genera and species of ma-jor taxa of zooplankton known in the western Pacific Ocean(106°–150°E,0°–44°N).In all,2,658 zooplank-tonic species(including subspecies) belonging to 206 families and 675 genera have been recorded from taxonomic identifications and literature,99 families,251 genera and 697 species belong to the Medusozoa,12 families,22 genera and 59 species to the Ctenophora,14 families,35 genera and 86 species to the pelagic Molluscs(Pteropoda and Heteropoda),8 families,89 genera and 416 species to the Ostracoda,51 families,156 genera and 908 species to the Copepoda,4 families,58 genera and 202 species to the Mysidcea,2 fami-lies,8 genera and 56 species to the Euphausiacea,8 families,22 genera and 105 species to the Decapoda,5 families,8 genera and 48 species to the Chaetognatha,5 families,26 genera and 81 species to the Tunicata.908专项“中国海洋生物种类名录和图谱”(908-ZC-II-02)和908专项海洋生物样品库;科技部基础工作专项“我国和邻近西北太平洋海洋生物物种编目和分布图集编制”(2006FY220700
